The room was excellent, it was very clean. The hair and body wash was over when we arrived and we did not find any option to notify it to housekeeping.Also the check in process at the property is too tedious and lengthy. Pls keep in mind that this property is a bit away from the Bahnhof and frequency of public transport is too less and taxi availability depends on your luck.

I liked the security you have when you're in the building, not everyone can get in without having the security code. I didn't like my room not being clean and my bed sheet not changing for my entire stay, a week. I didn't like not having someone on site to help when needed. During my 7 days, the last 4 days I couldn't use my security code to get in the building. I had to piggybacking, I wasn't alone, other people had similar issue.

Wir haben zwei Zimmer gebucht, mit Platz für zwei Erwachsene und drei Kinder im Alter von 5, 9 und 13 Jahren. Bei unserer Ankunft waren jedoch insgesamt nur vier Betten in den beiden Zimmern, weshalb ich gezwungen war, auf dem Boden zu schlafen. Das war eine ziemlich enttäuschende Erfahrung, da die Buchung für fünf Personen gemacht wurde.

Very strange system. Your room key is a code that is sent to you electronically. All instructions were in German requiring translation. Not the best system for non-German speakers. Wouldn’t stay there again.

The big negative is the communication with the host. I haven't gotten any messages through hotels.com and the phone customer service doesn't work in the evening. This is very strange.
Further, after the checkin procedure, I received a code to enter, but the door to the corridor opened strangely not through the code, but through the phone, as one of the kind neighbors informed me after several fruitless attempts to enter the code. Not a pleasant experience, something needs to be fixed.

Hotellet har ingen personal utan sker digitalt med incheckning och koder till entré och rum. Allt funkade jättebra och både rum och hotell var fräscht. Ligger ett café i samma byggnad där du kan äta frukost. Läget är i ett industri område 10 min från centrala Ingolstadt. Bra hotell för en övernattning på väg till nästa destination.

There is a lovely room and comfortable bed, but no aircon, fan and ventilation don't work well in heat. Self-check-in (no personnel) means you must figure out how to access the room. If you don't mind figuring out the new system and the weather is cold, this place is good; otherwise, it might drive you nuts.

No AC in the rooms, no mosquito nets. The outside of the hotel stays lit up all night so keeping the blinds and windows open at night is also impossible.
We booked a room for 3 people (2 adults + a 6 year old) and only got two twin beds pushed together. No one slept because of the heat, light and the beds.

We stayed there for the second time and would give 5 stars but it appeared that the soundproofing of the hotel is very bad. Guests in one of the rooms had a loud conversation with some strange low frequency music till 3 a.m. It was really hard to sleep and there was no reaction from the hotel's staff. Other things were perfect. The hotel was very clean, beds comfortable and we liked it very much

This is a good budget hotel on an industrial estate close to what seems to be an immigration camp. Very nice bakery/cafe next door and convenient for Lidl supermarket & petrol. Great shower, no air conditioning & even with window open it was hot.

Eigentlich war ich dort immer sehr zufrieden, beim letzten Aufenthalt roch das erste Zimmer dermaßen nach Nikotin sodass ich auf einen Zimmerwechsel bestehen musste. Das klappte auch relativ reibungslos und das neue Zimmer roch nicht Nikotin, dafür hat wohl einer der vorigen Gäste im Zimmer gekocht.
Nicht angenehm, aber besser als der Nikotingestank.
Auf den Fluren riecht man aber schon, das in dem einen oder anderen Zimmer geraucht oder gekocht wird. Schade, ich bin eigentlich immer gerne gekommen.

Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber ebenso das Bad und das gesamte Hotel. Frühstück in der Bäckerei war sehr lecker. Beim Online Check-In muss man erstmal schauen wie es geht, aber dann ist es total einfach und funktioniert problemlos.

Für den Preis sehr gut und vollkommen in Ordnung. Sauberkeit ebenfalls sehr gut, sprich gab es fast nichts zu bemängeln. Lediglich der Geruch im Eingangsbereich (nicht mehr spürbar in den Zimmern) glich einem guten asiatischem Restaurant, sprich hat man direkt Hunger bekommen.

Der Check-In verlief bei uns problemlos, da wir bereits vor der Anreise alle notwendigen Angaben im Online-Portal gemacht hatten. Am Anreisetag gab es lediglich eine Email mit einem Link wo wir unseren Türcode erhielten.
Das Hotel liegt in einem Gewerbegebiet, ausreichend Parkplätze, zwei Bäckereien, Lidl und zwei Tankstellen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Das Hotel und das Zimmer wirkte sehr sauber und wir waren zunächst sehr positiv überrascht. Dass es im Hotel keine Klimaanlage gibt, wussten wir und so waren wir auch nicht überrascht dass es bei unserer Ankunft im Zimmer überdurchschnittlich warm war. Der Geruch im Zimmer bei der Anreise war leider nicht sehr angenehm, trotz gekippten Fenster. Es stellte sich nämlich heraus, dass wir zwar in einem Nichtraucher-Hotel waren, das Zimmer #116 jedoch DIREKT über dem Haupteingang lag, sodass bei geöffnetem Fenster permanent Zigarettengeruch (der vor dem Hotel rauchenden Gäste) ins Zimmer zog. Aufgrund der Wärme im Hotelzimmer mussten wir das Fenster jedoch bis in die späten Abendstunden geöffnet halten um eine halbwegs angenehme Schlaf-Temperatur zu bekommen. Geräusche und Gespräche von anreisenden und rauchenden Gästen waren leider somit auch jederzeit hörbar und störten besonders abends/nachts ziemlich.
Das Hotel an sich ist besonders für einen kurzen Aufenthalt von 1-2 Nächten gut zu empfehlen. Ich würde aber ausdrücklich um ein Zimmer auf der anderen Seite des Gebäudes bitten (ungerade Zimmernummer).

Ich war jetzt wiederholt in dem Hotel. Etwas umständlich ist es mit dem Code und leider waren, wie auch beim letzten Aufenthalt, alle Parkplätze besetzt. Es ist schon total ärgerlich, wenn man als gehbehinderte Frau abends spät im Industriegebiet einen Parkplatz suchen muss. Sonst bin ganz begeistert von dem Hotel
