The room ok, bed seemed to have some dirty spots on the comforter. Maybe they were stains that didn’t come out in the wash. I asked for extra pillows as there were only 2. They brought them right up but again the pillow cases looked dirty. It’s was a place to sleep and it’s cheap, so I guess you get what you pay for. Didn’t have breakfast but just outside the door there are plenty of places.

My wife and I had the room on the first floor with access to the balcony which we enjoyed very much. As everyone has mentioned, the room is very clean and spacious. It was nice to have both a fan and a/c. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on.

I need to drink water often so I appreciated being able to refill my water bottle with filtered water from the ground floor.

Helen and her husband were extremely helpful and always easy to reach whenever we needed to ask anything. Would recommend highly!

My room was perfect, comfortable and quiet. One of the best features was the TV channels, many movie channels and the clarity of the picture was 10/10. All of the staff members had a kindness, honesty and innocence that was very attractive in a psychological sense. I recommend this property to anyone thinking it's too far from activities in Da Nang or just looking for a quiet place to stay for a few nights.

Beautiful large window facing the river showcasing all the river boats at night. So colourful and really a site to be seen.
Personable staff, I loved them. They even got me a cake on my birthday 🎂. I will be back but I'll be excited to see the garden terrace fully useable on my next trip. Truly a gem of a stay.

The hotel itself is great! I love the way how they decorate the room.
Why this hotel worth your money:
+ Upscale
+ Good location - high recommend if you're going to watch fireworks, the bar/restaurant is on floor 11 which will give you a clear view to see the fireworks. Even inside the room, you can still see fireworks because of the place where they have fireworks performance is kind of in front of the hotel.
+ As they said, every type of their room all included bathtub
+ A free bowl of Pho - a special dish of Vietnam - in the night

Why this hotel worthless:
- Not all of the bellman of this hotel is not good but the one on his shift when we coming is not good at all, no open door for guests when we get in/out; not bring welcome drinks for us, not help us carry the luggage to the lobby.
- The receptionist is not well-prepared even we did call the hotel in advance in the morning and state that we will come at noon.
- The floor inside the room is not really clean, I have the feeling like it's kind of oil or something when my feet touching the floor inside the room.
- Only 1 lift/elevator
- Although the room looks nice/clean/new, it's like no one used the room for years. When I first use the water in the bathroom, the water has an orange/yellow color which means the water pipe is not used for long.

Everything else is good. Because they define themself as a luxury level so I think they should improve their services to be better.
In short, I still recommend this hotel.

Panoramic view of the Han River and bridges.
It's really awesome experience to have the good view in the bedroom. When you dine on top floor, it's full glass window view, which is even more romantic and relaxing.
The food spread is sufficient for me, though ovo lacto, I stretch a little while travel to make life easy. It's wonderful experience.
The lady at reception is professional and courteous.

The Blossom City Hotel offers value for money.

Rooms - average
Restaurant and Food - Fantastic panaromic views at 11th floor, food and drinks were good. They offer a decent buffet breakfast spread.

For our stay, we were also entitled to 1 free bowl of pho daily (anytime from 5pm - 10pm). Yum!

They also offer free onsen experience (inclusive of return shuttle) at Blossom Resort. The whole experience was great, until 5 minutes before our shuttle which should have dropped us back to the hotel cancelled on us. Later, we found out that they have used the shuttle to send other people to the airport instead. So that's a shame of over promising your guests.

Based on this and a few other privacy incidents, my advice is to be cautious about your stay.

I LOVE this hotel, will stay again!

Chose this hotel because I read that it provides free shuttle bus services to the city center, Marble Mountains and Hoi An. What I did not know however was that for the latter two, the shuttle bus leaves at only one timing: 3.15 pm. Marble Mountain is only one way (from hotel to there), Hoi An has 2-ways (return timing is at 7.30 pm. We ended up not using the shuttle bus AT ALL because of the limited timings - but they’re great perks nonetheless, and I would recommend anyone to stay with them. A point of feedback, the hotel staff should make the limited timings clear. I had liaised with a couple of hotel staff prior to leaving to Da Nang via Expedia, and though they helped me make reservations for the buses, there was no mention at all that they only depart at 3.15 pm! If I had known, I would have RUSHED to the hotel to reach it by 3.15 pm (we reached the hotel at 3.20 pm only to find out that it had left).

The bathroom in our room was LOVELY. It might be my FAVOURITE bathroom. There’s a bathtub, and an adjacent shower, which makes it feel bigger (but the hot water can’t be shared between both the bathtub and shower I.e. if you’re using warm water to fill the tub, the shower won’t have warm water). The toilet bowl has the Japanese bidet seat cover, so it’s warm and toasty. The hotel provides quality shampoo, conditioner and soap. Hotel staff could give better recommendations though.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Overall, the place is older. there were stains on the wall of our room which made me uneasy at first. However the linen, bathroom, and were super clean so I got over it quickly. For the price it was worth it! The staff was extremely nice.

My favorite part of my stay is the buffet breakfast available. A great selection of food and fresh juice. The breakfast is on the top floor of the building and the view is amazing.

The location is good too, easily get to everywhere by using Grab.

I stayed 3 nights for holiday use. Room was simple and nice clean, but no space to open luggage on the floor.
Bathroom is quite big that must be the same size with bedroom. Funny design.
However, I check-out and ask reception to keep my luggages. I came back late afternoon to pickup then police stopped my taxi 1km before and tell me to walk.
Police blocking the all streets around hotel for firework event that’s I can understand but all vehicles are no entry.
No choice, I walk back to hotel and request airport taxi but hotel doesn’t arrange any transportation even receptionist says, I have to walk again to the Main Street with carry on my suitcase and get the taxi myself...
I really complained when they said.
Luckily bellman take me and carry on my suitcase by motorbike to the main street and get taxi.
I think bellman also not supported if I’m not complained. Wish to improve their hospitality.

Staff at the top restaurant are okay, but they made a mistake with almost charging me for rice when they told me it was included in the meal. They didn't charge me for the rice. The front desk staff are not friendly and not professional. They didn't confirm my spot on a shuttle bus, rarely smile, and don't say thanks or enjoy your stay. The other staff are good except the front desk staff.

Situated adjacent to the river and based in a quiet area. It's a 10 minute walk to the Dragon Bridge, and a 5 minute taxi ride to the beach. The hotel itself is very clean and modern, with very friendly staff. My room was ideal and really comfortable. The view from the top floor restaurant/bar & swimming pool was amazing! I'm very disappointed at Blossom City Hotel.

1. Why I have to pay extra-extra money?
I had to be angry as soon as I arrived at the hotel.
My son was born in May 2012. So I checked as 5 year and made the reservation on cheapticket.
(Extra guest fee was already included the online reservation for my 5 years old son)
But the hotel staff said that I had to pay extra-extra money because he was more than 6 years.
He becomes 6 year after 3 months. So he's less than 5 years. Why I have to pay more?
But she said I had to pay more to have breakfast every morning.
In the end I had to pay extra-extra money.

2. 24-hour airport shuttle service?
I contaced to take airport shuttle couple of days before checking out.
But the hotel staff said
\" Sorry. The last shuttle is 9:15 pm.\"
I double-checked my reservation. It clearly mentioned as below.
24-hour airport shuttle service is available on request. Contact the property in advance to make arrangements.
Was I wrong?
I think they are liars and it should be modified.

3. When we have to make reservation of Hoi An shuttle?
I heard that Hoi An shuttle might be fully booked.
So I tried to make the reservation right after checking in.
\" Sorry. Tomorrow(Saturday) is impossible.\"
\"Oh. How about the day after tomorrow?\"
\" Sorry. Sunday is also impossible.\"
\"Oh. How about Monday?\"
\"Monday is possible.\"
I could reserve Hoi An shuttle because I had stayed for 4 nights.
If I stayed for just 1 or 2 night, could I do it?
When should we contact hotel staff, to take Hoi An shuttle?

Friendly and nice staff. The food is food. Room is good. The bed is kinda not comfortable to sleep because it is combined from 2 twin beds and 2 twin blankets.
There are a lot of free services: free bicycle, free Japanese shampoo and conditioner, free buffet breakfast, free chicken Pho at night, free round trip shuttle bus to Hoi An, free shuttle bus to 1 place in Da Nang city everyday, 1 free hot spring bath ans sauna, free 30 minutes foot massage for the most expensive room (my room is Double Deluxe River View $100/night).
If they have a King or Queen bed and the food has less pork, more beef or chicken, it would be excellent hotel.
Good job. The Blossom City Hotel.

-Did not mgd to book the free shuttle to Hoi An as it was always full.
-Tours booked through the hotel were so-so only.
- Got to do homework if you want to find out more about danang. Besides the few brochures, there does not seem to be able to get much info or help from hotel or around hotel area.

A hotel to relax in

What an amazing experience. So many free perks about staying here: free 2 hr bike rental, free spa bath at their resort, free 30 min foot massages throughout the day, free breakfast and pho for dinner, and a shampoo bar to sample from. Everyone was professional and accommodating. The room was clean and offered a lot of toiletries that made it very clear they want you to RELAX at their hotel. What a value this was. Would stay at this location again!

there's no space to put 2pcs of luggage in the superior room.
there isnt any restaurant or shopping mall within walking distance from the hotel.
reception staff said there would be no technician to attend to low water pressure in the room toilet after office hours.
Door safety-lock was defective.
staff service is just average. the only helpful and cheerful staff around to assist is Van Ky.

Room cleanliness was great. But food selection for breakfast need to be variety in meat selections or seafood. They mostly served pork..also the restaurant in 11th fl need to be cleaned properly....I notices food crumbs, and sticky stuff from food and drinks. I found hair in one of their vegetable dishes.

the best part of the hotel is the toilet!

just average. There is stain on the wall. There is really nothing surrounding and you must cross the river for food and other activities. The best part of this hotel is the washroom with good water pressure and the toilet itself got heating function. But for this price i would definitely not book this hotel again

Cleanliness of this hotel needs improvement

The location is a bit out of the way for most things for walking distance. However taxi's are inexpensive so not a deal breaker.

However, the room was filthy. There were long black hairs everywhere, the linnen had what looked like footprints on it. The minibar smelled like it had rotten food in it for days and the bathroom smelt like fish had been smeared all over the walls.

There's also a serious problem with noise, we couldn't sleep till at least past midnight when all the chatter and base stopped.

Even as an overnight stay, I'd avoid.

Small but cozy hotel with free shuttle

My first visit to Da Nang and found this cozy hotel with a lot of freebies. First, there's a welcome drink, then you are given free coupons for 30-minute foot massage (upgradable to body massage with a fee) every day, a 20% discount card for food purchase in the restaurant and unlimited free pho after 9 pm every night. You may also book their free shuttle to the city centre and Hoi An ancient town for sightseeing. If you don't mind the small room size and lack of pool or gym facilities, everything would be fine. Sleep at night is quiet and pleasing. One interesting thing about the shampoo - they have a whole rack on the ground floor filled with many different brands for you to choose from, in addition to the ordinary supplies in the room.

Noisy with thin wells

The location is unattractive for tourists as the hotel is far away from most sites in Danang. Although the hotel offers tourist shuttles, they are extremely limited in frequency (twice a day one-way for Danang and one a day round-trip for Hoi An). There is some Korean BBQ joint next door that blasts music all night and because of the walls were extremely thin, I could hear the music late into the night. Could not sleep. Also, the hotel does not respond to messages sent through Expedia.

If there is one positive, the bar has a nice view overlooking the Han River though I am not sure if that is a good enough reason to stay here again.

The Hotel is on the Han river, though opposite the better bars, clubs and restaurant. My room was very clean and comfortable although my particular room did not have windows (my choice based on a super low rate). The Bar/Restaurant is on the 11th floor with an awesome view of the river area.

Bang for the buck

This hotel is cheap compare to the other hotels in the same rating. It is not exactly in the city center (5-10mins taxi) nor on the beach, so if you are looking for convenience of getting to the city or beach, I would suggest you to spend extra money for the other hotels. This hotel does not have a pool either, so please look for other hotels if you need a pool as well.

An Extra Mile of Service !

We stayed in the Blossom City for 3 nights between 21 Mar and 24 Mar 2017.
The Blossom City Hotel is one of the best hotels I ever stayed in Vietnam. It is a boutique hotel and is probably rated only as 3 star, however, it provides excellent services. Just to name a few… We made all our restaurant bookings through its reception. They provide special toiletries next to the reception for every guests to use in addition to those provided in the room. We bought some fruits from the market and requested them to lend us a knife to cut the fruits. The reception suggested that we could approach its restaurant staff who would cut the fruits for us – what an extra mile of service !
The hotel room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast has a good spread of local , western and Japanese dishes. In addition, one can request for ad-hoc cooked food, e.g., fried eggs, fried salmons, etc. Their coffee is excellent too. They change the menu everyday.
The hotel staff are very friendly and always put on a smiley face. However, some but not all of the staff can speak good English. Hope this can be improved over time.
We are extremely pleased with our stay at the Blossom City Hotel.

Faultless for the price

We stayed 3 nights in a Deluxe room with river view and paid around £43 a night. The staff were amazing, and room was comfortable and clean. Couldn't comment on the breakfast as we ate Me Quang from the cafe 50m down the road. There's a lovely bar/restaurant on the 11th floor serving cheap food and great cocktails. A great place to finish your night with amazing views of the river.
Downsides? Location. You will need a taxi to go anywhere, but there's always one parked outside, and for 50,000VND you'll get into town. Also if your room is at the front of the hotel you'll more than likely hear the music from the Skybar across the river. On the whole we would definitely stay here again, if the price was right.

Great location and comfortable hotel

Short stop in Denang and the staff were fantastic! One even took me by scooter to a local Pho restaurant for lunch as I was coming down with a cold!

The bar has magficient views of the river and dragon bridge!

Nice modern hotel with clean rooms of an adequate size. Staff were very nice and responsive. Free pho in the late evening, very nice breakfast. While not exactly next to many things, they are within walking distance if you don't mind an extended walk. I enjoyed my stay here.

Centrally-located, a great respite for a night

This was our last night before heading back home and I'm glad I stayed here! After an ardous journey by local bus, taxi, train from Dong Hoi to Danang (4+ - 11PM), it was a huge relief to be welcome with the white room, clean hotel, friendly staff and bathroom. The bed was all white and plushy, we defitnely slept in.

Breakfast was a little disappointing, being cold and stale. You also see a little houseflies buzzing around. Good thing was they had a complimentary shuttle bus (which we din't use) but if we were around longer or in the earlier leg of our trip we would.

Right up till we left the hotel, the staff followed us instructing the taxi driver to send us to airport, and the security guy placed in our luggage in the trunk. Best of all, the bathroom had a fully-working korean bathroom bowl so that was high-tech. I would stay here again. 2 things though, one of our tiles was slightly lifted and my bathroom bowl choked... not that it affected us, we checked out anyway.

Best hotel staff I have seen

I was very much impressed with the hotel staff and how they went out of their way to accommodate me. First of all they provided me an additional room upon my arrival with a reasonable price and gave me credit for making my original room a two persons rather than three persons. The normal checking hour, as any other hotel is 2 pm, but we had arrived 9:00 am, they allowed us to check in one of the rooms, apologized not having another room available at the time. The cleanness and the river view of the room was fantastic. They arranged for a tour of Hue which was great. The breakfast selection and service and river view was a special experience by itself. I wanted to buy their shoer slippers, they offered me two for free. I have nothing but the highest praise for this hotel and plan to come again with friends. My best experience in a two weeks trip to Vietnam and five different hotels.

THE best hotel ever in this price range

If you are looking at these comments it means you are thinking about booking it for some nights. Please look no further. Seriously. It will be the best choice for the price range. The room was extremely clean, the attention to the details extraordinary, very comfortable bed and pillow.

The breakfast amazing due to the view and the variety of foods from asian to continental. I have nothing slightly negative to add.

In the first day I was feeling very ill from a food poisoning. It was pouring rain when I contacted the reception asking where to buy diet food and pills. They were very kind and offered to run the errands for us, and delivered to the room in 30mins.

Overall very pleasant although we encountered problem upon checking in. we were told by the receptionist that our booking with hotel.com was being cancelled !!! That was disappointing as we had just received a confirmation from hotel.com few days before departure. We even show them the confirmed booking number but eas not found at their end!!! Thank God that they still had a room avail for us. we weren't stranded.
Also with your end, we are still puzzled by your overcharging at hotel.com , we just could not work out how the total sum of SGD 935.20+ is being derived. Appreciate a workout from your end.

Our stay with Blossom City was pleasant. The hourly free transport provided serves as a great bonus and it is punctual and reliable. The front desk staff are warm,friendly and helpful. The butler( door man) is very hardworking and he keeps serving us with glasses of water while waiting at the foyer!! That is very impressive and commendable.

Lovely hotel and great service

This is a very good hotel, at a very good price. The hotel is fairly new, my room was spotless, and the staff was very accommodating. The drawback is that the hotel is across the river from downtown, not an easy walk. But it provides a free shuttle bus to the centre, as well as a free bus to the tourist area of Hoi An, a big bonus. Spectacular views of the neon-lit river front at night from the restaurant.

Clean, friendly staff, and love the top floor bar at night! The hotel is across the river from the part of the city where everything is happening, but that isn't a big issue because the hotel offer free one way drop off there. And taxi is cheap coming back.

New hotel with excellent services from the porters

This hotel is almost brand new as it was recently opened for business. I was staying in the deluxe double room with great view of the Han river, though the size of the room was rather small. I was pleased with the cleanliness of the room, the bathroom and the room were throughly cleaned daily. I was impressed with the excellent services from the porters who offered water in the lobby and offered umbrella when it was raining. The hotel is located opposite the promenade with great cycling track regrettably the hotel does not offer bike rental. The hotel can also improve on food choices for breakfast, albeit the limited food choices the fresh fruit juices were a bonus. I was asking for a cup of green tea or Vietnamese tea at breakfast and was surprised there was none. My overall impression of the hotel was positive.

We had booked 5 rooms for 2 nights intending to move to Hoi An, but the service, breakfast, cleanliness and reasonable price led to our unanimous decision to remain in the hotel for the remaining part of our stay. We were greeted with nothing but Smiles & great service from the reception team. Our room was upgraded as the first room had power issues (new hotel electrical issues) this was sorted promptly. We felt sorry for the management as the second room had a roof leak in the bathroom after heavy rain - Not the staff's fault & hopefully the builders sort these problems as the rest of our experience was nothing short of amazing. Breakfast was the best we have had in 10 weeks travel & dinner service was great
