Great location if you are looking for quiet area, with several restaurants within walking distance. The staff is very helpful and took care of all of our needs. The beds were comfortable, but can be squeaky however they will fix the issue upon request. The hotel is clean, they use lemongrass to repel insects, you can ask them not to if the smell is too strong. We rarely used the kitchen but it looked to have everything you need to cook simple meals. I enjoyed my stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The villas are clean, quiet and about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The staff was friendly and answered any questions we had. If we come back to da nang we will definitely stay here again!

Loved this place ! The studio was incredibly modern and well laid out. It's a new property so everything is well kept and clean. It's very close to the beach but a bit far from the centre of town where all the cheaper food options are. The property also had a small pool and sauna. The place was pretty much empty when we were there so we could enjoy it all to ourselves.

For that price, this is excellent! Quiet, close to the beach, plenty of restaurants nearby. The size is petite as the name of the hotel suggests. The pool is right in the lobby.

Breakfast features amazing fruit. Setting is compact but it is enjoyable and there is wifi everywhere.

Rooms are air-conditioned. There are mosquitoes though.

A wonderful and unique small hotel with modern conveniences and amazing location. Staff very friendly and professional. Breakfast could be a little better, and the lemongrass smell in the rooms were a bit strong. But for the price and location it was great.

Very impressed by the staffs, they are very nice and helpful. Great smile and warm service. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel, lovely environment with lots of greenery and great scent in the room. The breakfast was amazing, I love the pancake and iced black coffee so much! The free footbath was relaxing with all those fresh herbs! However, the shampoo dispenser at my room really need to be renewed.

First time was great....second time was a fiasco

Careful...they canceled two confirmed reservations...one through Hotels.com and one through another aggregator. When I raised a fuss about it being a \"confirmed\" reservation they said they were already full. They found an alternative hotel....but funnily enough, the front check in clerk told me that there is some relationship between the original hotel, John Boutique Villa, and the on they put me in instead. Then, as if to try and make matters even more difficult, the car that John Boutique Ville arranged to take me to the airport didn't show up. I used Grab taxi instead. I've stayed at John Boutique Villa once before and it was a delight.....hence the return. However this time was a complete fiasco and unorganized.

We booked a superior studio Apartment and it said ocean view ! Forget the ocean view unless you cut the trees in the distance down. There's plenty of construction going on in front of the hotel and it's views are being restricted very quickly, I booked a sea view and expected a sea view.
The rooms are nice clean modern and well equipped in all fairness, the king size bed was very comfy but one side had no walk around room it was against the bathroom wall, another silly irritation was the in room safe, it wasn't fitted to anything so you can put it in your luggage and walk off with it.
Our room 302 had a nice small balcony over looking the street and in the distance behind trees a almost sea view.
The swimming pool is tiny and surrounded by hotel reception, dining area, lifts and a big wall, not something I would have bothered with.
Breakfast was limited but serviceable, I'm not a fan of hot dog sausage for breakfast and the bacon was more of a pepperoni type than traditional bacon.
All in all and to be fair the hotel is clean modern well looked after and the staff are very friendly and want to help you, we got a car from reception to Ba Na Hills and the golden bridge and it was cheaper than a taxi ( which are very cheap .
Hotel is a very short walk from the beach and beach from shops and restaurants.

Fantastic little hotel

We stayed here with our 2 kids for 3 nights. The hotel was fantastic. The beds were super comfy, the shower was the best so far in Vietnam. The pool was small but adequate for our kids to have a cool down and the free massage chair by the pool was great bonus. The hotel is a 5 min walk from a lovely beach where we spent a lot of our time. The staff were extremely helpful in booking attractions and transfers etc. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed this hotel with my wife for the last 2 days in Da Nang. The room was very clean and enough large for 2 people. Hotel staffs have excellent hospitality, and we are welcomed with drink and fruits at check-in. Beaches are very close to hotel and it takes only 5 minutes by walk, however we need to take taxi or bicycle to go to downtown of Da Nang. Because the hotel has a pool with open ceiling in the center, little bit noisy if someone uses pool, but it was acceptable. After we checked out, we left baggage at the front and came back in the evening. At that time, they kindly welcomed us with drink and fruits even though we had already checked...it was very impressive for us. Although this hotel is not EXPENSIVE resort hotel, but we were very satisfied with their professional hospitality and service.

I like the location, love the staff, they are they best!!! They go above and beyond to make your stay the best. The hotel is really cute, comfortable rooms and clean. Our breakfast was included and it was tasty and fast. The only thing I could find wrong with the hotel was, that is not right in front of the beach and we thought it was when we booked it... but it is only 5 minutes walk and transportation is really easy. The area is in the middle of construction, but so is all Da nang. However, the hotel is not noisy. I would stay here I enjoyed my stay at the John Boutique Villas.

Nice and friendly hotel with amazing staff

We stayed 4 nights in john boutique.
Location is good near the beach but in a quiet area, with restaurant and spa around.
The hotel is really nice with a lot of green and modern decoration! Unfortunately a lot of construction around so very noisy. We would appreciated if the hotel could inform in advance or mentioned in the booking. (but this is the case for most of the hotel in Da nang, with construction around the beach area).
Another thing for the breakfast would be great to have maybe more choice for westerners Such as muesly/cereale would be appreciated.
Overall we really like our time there, all the staff are wonderful, with a lot of attentions.

ホテルまでは徒歩5分かからず、ビーチを楽しむのに最適です。
ホテルのお部屋は綺麗で、キッチンが便利でした。

評判が良いので泊まってみたが、大したことはない。正直部屋のクオリティは低いし、全く寛げない。シャワーヘッドも1種類しかないし、プールも非常に小さい。場所も少し不便。
これで朝食無しで4,200円は、コストパフォーマンスがとても悪い。

처음엔 사진에 비해 약간 실망했었는데.. 베트남 다른 숙소에 비해선 꽤나 훌륭하다는 걸 알게 되었습니다. 또한 직원들 예절에 너무나도 감동했습니다. 택시 타고 도착하자마자 버선 발로 맞이하러 와서 짐을 들어주고, 물을 대접해주고 또 친절한 설명에 체크아웃할 때에는 불편한 점은 없었는지 물어보면서 베트남 커피도 번들로 받았네요. 시설도 인테리어도 분위기도 좋았습니다. 창 밖 너머엔 미케비치도 빼꼼 보였네요. 가격대비 훌륭하고 편하게 묵고 간 숙소 ^^

저렴한 숙박비와 좋은 서비스를 받을 수 있는 호텔입니다. 해변과 가까워서 놀러다니기 좋고 조식이 생각보다 맛있습니다. 방이 조금 좁아서 답답한 느낌이 들지만 지불한 숙박비를 생각하면 그정도 불편은 감수할 수 있다고 봅니다. 잠깐 다낭에 머물며 다른 여행지를 준비한다면 이곳에 머무는 걸 추천합니다

만족스러운 숙박

아주 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다.
4인 가족 4박5일 숙박 이었구요. 규모는 작고 주변에 공사중인 건물이있어서 조금 시끄러운 부분도 약간 있지만 크게 불편한 수준은 아닙니다. 룸 컨디션은 아늑하고 좋아요 특히 이 가격대의 숙소에 이정도 룸 컨디션에 인덕션,냄비,후라이팬도 있어서 현지 음식을 못먹는 아이들을 위해 라면,햇반,햄 같은걸 해줄수 있어서 좋구요 직원들도 모두 매우 친절해서 여행동안 아주 편하게 지낼수 있었어요. 조식은 간단한 빵과 음료 과자가 준비되어 있구요 나머지는 직원분이 메뉴판을 주시는대 거기에 있는걸 시키시면됩니다. 원하는 만큼 주문이 가능하구요 맛도 주변에 있는 식당보다 좋은편이라서 조식은 무조건 챙겨먹고 후식으로 커피까지 아주 잘 먹었네요.
저는 아이스 밀크커피가 아주 좋았어요.
미케비치도 걸어서 5분 정도 거리라서 물놀이 시즌에도 좋을것 같네요.
호이안/바나힐 택시로 40분정도 거리구요
공항은 20분정도 걸립니다.
저렴한 가격이지만 아주 만족스러운 숙박어서 나중에 다낭에 온다면 다시 방문할 생각입니다.

빠르고 친절한 체크인이었습니다. 5층에 방이 배정되었는데 룸까지 같이 가서 설명해 주었습니다. 웰컴 드링크와 과일도 맛있었습니다.
4인 가족이 더블베드 2개에서 편하게 잤습니다.
3분 거리에 미케비치가 있었고 비치타올도 빌려주었습니다.

한국들이 많이 찾는곳이라 펑도좋고 해서 3박했지만 ㅠ 머가 좋다는건지 ~가성비
ㅋ 여기 호텔 은 한국문화잘이해못햬는 듯 했에요
테이블 티슈같은거는 없고 그냥 화장실 두루마리~티슈달라캤더니 당황하시구ㅡ 룸에 티스푼도 비치되어있지않음 달라캤더니 그담날 홀라당 다시 가져가심 ~샤워실 물온두ㅡ 너무 낮아서 나는 샤워하기 싫었음 ~나는 꼭 뜨끈한 물로 샤워를 해서 나에겐 너무별로 ~
아침식사가7시부터 였는데 ~7시부터 준비하는듯 ~여기 사람들 아침일찍 활동하기에 빨리먹고 투어도 나가 해가 하는데 투어 픽업시간에 비해 조식타임 늦어져서 짜증 났음 여기오기전 후에에 있던 호텔이랑은 너무 비교가 되어서 ㅠ
낮에 잠좀 잘려는데 수영장 에서 노는 소리 시꾸ㅡ럽게 들리고 해서 짜증 났음

여긴 직원분들이 무척 친절해요. 체크아웃할때 선물도 주더군요. 좋은 서비스 같아요. 조식은 그냥 그래요~ 현지식 느낌이 강해요. 그리고 방이 많이 좁아요. 다소 답답한 느낌이 들어요. 미케해변까지 걸어서 10분 거리에요. 많이 더워서 걸어다니는데 땀이 범벅이 돼요. 아이가 있으면 아무래도 빈마트 근처에 호텔이 좋지 않을까 싶어요. 조금 비싸더라도.
가성비는 좋은데 너무 좁아서 다음 여행때는 다른 호텔 이용할듯하네요.

서비스는 좋았습니다.
조식도 좋았지만 조식 먹는곳 바로 옆에 수영장이 있어서
조식 먹는데 애들이 심하게 시끄럽고 요란하게 놀아서 마지막에 물 튀고 좀 불편했습니다. 부모들은 먹느라 정신없고.... 정말... 더 어린아이는 조식에 이용하는 포크,숟가락,젓가락 다 휘젓고 바닥에 떨어뜨리고... 그 엄마는 떨어진걸 다시 올려놓고... 직원이 못봤는지 얘기도 안하고...
화장실이나 테라스 상태는 그냥 그랬습니다.
주변엔 바다 말고는 딱히 이용할 수 있는 시설은 없구요

직원분들이 다들 너무 친절하고 설명도 잘해주시고 원하는 서비스를 바로 바로 해주셔서 좋았다. 다만 처음에 들어갔을때 방 청결 상태가 그리 깨끗하진 않았고 화장실 배수구가 물이 잘안빠져서 불편함을 겪었다. 거리는 미케해변에서 가까워 저녁에 가볍게 다녀오기 좋았다.

とても、お店のスタッフも対応がよくサービスが行き届いていて過ごしやすかったです。ひとつトラブルがあったのが、シャワーのシステムが落ちて一日水しか使えず音が出ませんでした。稀に起こることなので評価に入れなくても良いかと思いますが、唯一のそらだけ困りました。
