Supposedly 5 stars suites but only deserve 2 stars

I stayed over 8 nights with 2 adults and teens. Location is okay only, as most shops are on the south side of the beach, not many near to this hotel. My room facing the un completed site of Holidays in, and could looked errie at night

Issues of this hotel
1. Lifts are shared with service staff, long waiting time even in off peak season
2. Mattress in needs of replacement, as for our king beds and doubles beds, all are sinking to 1 side
3. Lobby is shared with another So called Luxury Apartment and was tiny
4. My master bedroom walls are shared with the so called apartments and they are owned by different management, and the Altara staff have little control over the noise created by those guests over 2 nights
5. The slippers provided are not comfortable and seemed to catered to one K country people only, not for other nationality
6. My 3 TV setting are set to Korean, and we have to get service to tune to English, isn't this a international language

Positive
1. Service staff overall are very courteous especially the breakfast floor, hardworking and ready to serve
2. Cleaning staff also diligent.

If you are of the K race, you will feel at home in this hotel. We will not be back.

The facility has big room and washer/dryer. I had nice stay up until the power outage from 3am until not sure what time. When asked all staffs no one knew what time or when the power will come back. So, we decided to move to the different hotel. We'd checked out around 8am and power wasn't back up then!!! The staff handled the situation well. He did his best! Overall, other than the power outage issue I had a nice stay .

Excellent hotel, best location with nearby walking distance sea food restaurants. Excellent hotel, best friendly services started with Ms. Nguyệt and front desk staff to Ms. Hạnh the bartender at Altitude Bar. Even though the breakfast staff provided tentative services, the menu variety selections could use some improvements.
Overall, an excellent hotel with a Living room, Kitchen/Dining and full washer/dryer in room for two bedroom setup is a must for a complete vacation.

We booked and paid for 4 ppl and they insists on only giving us 3 room keys. My sister had to argued for the fourth key twice…
Pool was rooftop which was cool, fried rice was delicious, cocktails was poorly made.
Surrounding the hotel was nothing. You’ll have to walk at least 15 mins for the first store. Then ten mins to get to the beach because there was a fence so we couldn’t get to the beach until the entrance of the fence.
Most rooms bathroom are good for couples because it is see through with no privacy… it’s beautiful for couples just not family…

A wonderful family holiday

My family had a very pleasant stay at Altara Suites. It took us less than 5 min to city centre by Grab car. The building and rooms are well maintained. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast provided choices for both adults and kids. We definitely will stay here again.

Apartment great and very clean. Realistically possible to self cater in the apartment. Lots of convenience shops nearby. Good food options a short distance away. Breakfast buffet excellent and the staff there are outstanding. Unfortunately the view of the apartment was obscured by a giant 40 level apartment mega complex being constructed next door. Beach is across the road. This end if the beach is not nearly as pleasant as further East, up the beach. Still best part of the beach is only 10 min walk away.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for four nights last week. The price including breakfast is value-for-money. The rooms are big and the staff we met were all very friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the gym room facilities.

Others travellers have commented that the elevators are a bit slow, which is true. It can take 5 minutes for you to get on one in peak hours, but that’s fine for me. Also, the bed is a bit soft but it’s also acceptable for me.

I stayed in a one bedroom apartment with stunning view at the first night! Room was beautiful, spacious and very clean. I moved into a two bedrooms apartment when two friends and also amazing! All the staff are super nice and welcoming, made our Vietnam trip unforgettable! Sorry forgot most of your names but we will always remember the joy you brought us while staying at your hotel. Yummy Breakfast was served at the 32th floor with great view. The staff in the restaurant were great as well, Linh was the wonderful waitress who looked after us every morning!!! 10 out of 10 hotel!!!

Observed a difference when just checked out from another true 5-star hotel in the same building. Condition of the lobby and room is not 5-star although the Apartment claimed itself as Luxury. The balcony and view from it are the best things. Cleanness is great. Breakfast is just so so. Roof top Swimming pool is great.

Great apartments, with the most comfortable beds we slept in the whole trip (maybe ever!). The rooftop pool and view is amazing. We were disappointed (and surprised), there is no pool bar or food available on the rooftop. It’s such a great space to have an afternoon drink by the pool watching the sunset!

Air conditioning was visually non-existent in the hotel and it is turned off in the rooms when they are not occupied. Took 2 days to get the temperature down to 20C in the apartment (although one bedroom never dropped below 21C). Hotel said it was working fine.
Pool stops serving drinks around 2pm apparently. Breakfast is not worth the $$ - mediocre food and poor service.

New hotel close to the beach

It’s still wuite new and there are constructions in the hotel and outside of the hotel. Both gym and swimming pool are ready. The room we stayed in is Apartment no.8 and it has very partial sea view but it is quite big.
In terms of cleaniness, overall it’s satisfying. But we found some around 10-20 small flies in the bathroom. And there were some tiny dirt spots on one of the pillow cases.

It is very close to the beach, I would recommend this hotel to my friend, maybe a little later when the construction works have all completed.

However, there were small problems where the hotel said when we booked the hotel that they would contact us to confirm us on whether we would be able to get a certain room type, however, they didn’t. And the hotel didn’t set the room up with a promised birthday cake for our friend, since this was a birthday trip for our friend.

It was quite disappointing in terms of the service provided by the greeting receptionist and his attitude was not friendly of what a welcoming staff should have.

Overall, it was nice but with more training for the staff and less constructions onsite, it would be a better experience.

Rummet var underbart och städningen perfekt. Nya handdukar varje dag nya lakan varannan dag. Jätte trevlig personal i receptionen och frukost matsalen.
Pool möblerna behöver en uppfräschning samt personalen vid pool är inte trevligt kändes lata.

静かでゆっくり休めました

雨季だったので全体的に湿気ていて部屋の匂いも気になりました。しかし予想以上に広くてベッドも快適、地上から離れており防音設備も良かったため良く眠れました。
今回家族が誕生日を迎えた為ウエルカムデコレーションをして頂き、とても嬉しかったです！
キッチンは少し古くてお皿、フライパンやコップなど揃っていますがあまり清潔ではないので紙皿などを買うのがオススメです。洗濯機と乾燥機は素晴らしく使い勝手も良かったです。お風呂はお湯が一人分のお風呂分しか出ないので(途中で水になる)計算が必要です。
朝食は日によって当たり外れがあるようでクセ強めメニューも多く日本人には合わないかも、、、と思いました。
覚悟していたエレベーターですが、遅いと定評ですが私はあまり気になりませんでした。
総合して良い滞在となり感謝です！

세탁기 있고 건조기 있고 방도 많아서 여러명이 방문하기에 너무 적합합니다. 다만 실외기 있는방.. 에어컨 틀면 무슨 기계실에서 자는 것처럼 소음 대박이에요 ㅋㅋㅋ 저는 부모님 조용한 가운데방 드리고 제가 걍 에어컨 끄고 실외기방에서 잤네요 ㅠㅜ 나머지는 만족합니다. 조식이랑 뷰는 기대하지마세요 ㅠㅠ 그리고 근처에 밥먹을데 없어요. 걷기에는 애매하고 무조건 택시타야 됩니다.

해변과 가까웠고 실내공간이 넓었어요. 2인실인데도 욕실이 두개였던 것도 사용이 편했어요.
조식은 좀 아쉬움이 있어요.

사진에 너무 기대했나봐요 똑같기는한데 좀 뽀샵빠진느낌^^
무슨 냄새가 좀 났는데 지내다보니 냄새는 괜찮아졌어요.일단 넓고 침대도 포근해서 잠을 잘잤구요 화장실도 두개라 편하고 세탁기와 건조기가 편리합니다.인덕션이 안되면 로비로내려가 말하세요.그게 제일 빨라요.전화호출은 안와요 ㅠㅠ 와서 무슨 단자함열고 스위치조작해주네요.진작 다해놓지.조식은 오션빌라스보다 훨훨좋아여.밤에 수영장 꼭 가보세요.뷰가 감동이에요.2분거리에 골드스파있고 슈퍼가 없어서 아쉽지만 주변에 식당은 있어요.가족모두 만족해해서 다음에도 이가격이면 리조트보다는 이곳에 갈듯합니다.

새벽1시쯤 도착해서 체크인할때 어린이 한명에 대한 요금을 추가로 지불해야된다고 실랑이를 한다고 1시간정도 지체된점외엔 무난한편임. 세탁기와 건조기가있어 편했고 위치도 시내도 가깝고 미케비치도 코앞이라 좋았음. 조식도 나름 양호한편임. 새벽에 옆건물 신축공사로 소음이 심한편.

좋긴했어요.

엄마랑 남동생이랑 함께한 여행이어서 더블베드에 싱글침대있는걸로 알아보다가 방도 두개, 화장실도 두개인데다 조식평도 좋고 수영장도 예뻐서 선택했어요. 조식은 맛있었고 국은 매일 바뀌는데 김치국에 계란후라이. 오믈렛 너무 맛있었어요. 엄마가 너므 좋아하심.
둘째날 비가와서그런지 방에서 벌레가 나와서 얘기했더니 바로 방 바꿔줬구요. 미안하다고 레이트체크아웃 무료로 해준다고 헸는데 저희가 오후2시뱅기라 정시체크아웃해야되서 필요없다했더니 과일바구니를 갖다놨더라구요. 태풍이와서 너무추워서 수영 못한게 넘 아쉬웠어요.
벌레나온거만 아님 10점만잠에 9점 주고싶네요.

미케비치랑 가까우니 꼭 이용하셨으면 좋겠어요!

제가 숙박했을때 계셨던 직원분들 전부 친절하게 응대해주셨고, 해변가 바로 앞에 있는 숙소라 언제든 걸어서 해변가로 나가 산책하고 미케비치를 볼 수 있는 게 좋았습니다. 방 상태도 좋았고, 바로 옆 건물이 공사중이라 소리가 크게 들릴 거라 예상했는데 그렇지도 않았어요. 그리고 조식이 정말 훌륭했습니다! 수영장도 너무 좋았고 짐도 깔끔하게 정리되어 있어서 잘 사용했습니다. 추천드려요!

옆 쉐라톤보다 괜찮아보여서 예약했는데 넓은만큼 환기관리가 안돼서 그런지 냄새같은게 좀 잇어요.
중국호텔같은 냄새. 그게 로비에서부터 냄새가 나더라구요. 그리고 무료니까 다행인 조식 노맛이요.
브랜드호텔 사용하는 이유가 있구나 햇어요. 향기? 객실 환기 관리가 필요해보여요

ミーケビーチの目の前。four point shratonの入り口と少し間違える。アパートメントタイプのホテルです。
部屋の広さ、2ベッドルーム、夜景の見えるバスルーム、凄く快適な広さです。
朝食も充実しています。
プールは屋上33階で夜景見ながらも贅沢に入れます。
難点は一つ、3基しかないエレベーターはチェックアウト時は混んでなかなか乗れない。

しかし最高のホテルです。

미케 해변 가족놀이에 적절한 크고 깨끗한 호텔

큰 건물을 여러 호텔/APT가 (세로로) 나누어서 사용하는 호텔입니다. 직원들 매우 친절하고요, 영어로 소통 잘 됩니다. 방 2개, 거실/주방이 있고, 세탁기/건조기도 있습니다. 약 30평 정도 되어 보이네요. 관리는 잘 되어 있는데, 열대지방이다 보니, 음식물이 있으면 벌레들이 종종 보이는 것 외에는 꽤 청결합니다. 날씨에 비해서 청결한 편 입니다. 물은 500m 매일 4개씩 줍니다. (수돗물 먹으면 배탈남.) 32층에 풀과 식당 있고요, 조식 부페는 크게 기대만 안 하면 꽤 괜찮습니다. 과일,주스와 일부 메뉴가 매일 조금씩 바뀌고요, 90%는 한국인 가족. 미케 비치는 걸어서 5분. 주변에는 큰 상업시설은 없어서 조용하고요. 시내는 그랩 불러서 나가면 됩니다. 호텔 주변에 그랩,택시가 항상 대기하고 있습니다. 해변이 보이는 방 쪽으로는 바로 옆에 새 건물을 크게 짓고 있어서 상당히 시끄러워 보이고요, 부분 조망인 방은 조금 멀리시 짓고 있어서 그래도 덜 시끄럽네요. 같은 건물의 옆 호텔에 ATM 및 까페 있고. 5분 정도 걸어 나가면 작은 슈퍼들 좀 있는데, 라면,과자,아이스크림은 거의 다 한국산입니다. 호텔이 미케 비치의 거의 마지막 부분과 연결되어 있어 관광객이 거의 없습니다. 가족들과 해변에서 한가롭 놀기에 적적한 호텔이네요.

가격대비 최상의 호텔이에요.

룸 컨디션 최상이었어요. 가격대비 너무너무 좋은 호텔이었고, 호텔에서 미케비치까지 걸어서 10분정도 걸렸던거 같아요. 대신 주변에 가까운 식당이나 마트같은곳이 없어서 조금 불편하긴 했지만 그 부분 외에는 서비스, 시설 등은 다 만족하며 머물렀습니다. 요청사항 다 반영되어서 룸 배정받았고, 직원들의 친절함 또한 너무 맘에 들었네요. 체크인할때 디파짓을 100만동을 얘기하길래 카드결제를 했어요. 사전에 공지가 없던 부분이라 당황스럽긴 했지만 카드사에 승인요청을 안하고 체크아웃시에 취소를 시키는건지 카드내역엔 결제도 취소도 내역이 있진 않더라구요. 8월에 다낭에 다시 갈 예정인데 재방문할 의사 100%입니다.

호텔 입구 찾기 어려움
프론트데스크가 좁음
밖에서는 엘리베이터 위치가 뜨지 않아 언제쯤 오는지 알 수 없고 너무 오래 기다리는 듯한 느낌을 받음
26층에서 엘리베이터 기다리고 내려오는데 5분 걸림
창밖에 공사중이라서 아침부터 인부들이 일하는 것이 보임
향후 공사가 완료되면 전망을 다 가릴 것 같아 가격대비 과연 그 가격을 주고 다시 방문할지는 의문임

가족,친구 누구랑 가도 !

우선 상당히 넓고 깨끗하고 좋습니다.
시설내 휘트니스센터, 사우나, 수영장, 조식뷔페 다 가보았는데 아쉬운점 찾기가 더 어렵네요~!
객실내 없는 물품을 별도로 리셉션으로 요청했는데 빠르게 가져다주셨어요

직원들이 엄청 친절하진 않아요... 사전에 예고없이 보증금 100만동도 받았네요.. 체크아웃할때 돌려주긴했지만.. 미리 고지해줬더라면 기분이 덜 나빴을텐데..ㅎ 루프탑수영장은 아담하지만 퀄리티가 좋은편입니다 썬베드도 있고 관리도 잘되어있어요~ 룸 컨디션은 최상입니다! 방도 넓고 화장실이며 베드며 부족함이 없었어요 세탁기랑 건조대, 부엌도 준비되어있어서 아주 편리했습니다. 시티뷰여도 바다가 잘 보여서 좋았어요 미케비치까지는 걸어서 15분정도 걸립니다 음식점이 많은 거리까지는 20분?정도는 걸리는것같아요 주변에 가까운 음식점이 없어서 다소 불편하지만 나머지는 다 좋았습니다.

다시 또 묵은 호텔, 앞으로도 계속 올거예요~

작년에 처음 이용했었는데, 만족을 해서 올해 또 4박을 이용했습니다. 레지던스같이 음식도 해먹을수 있고, 가장 좋은점은 세탁기와 건조기가 있어서 수영장이나 바닷가를 이용하고 빨래를 해서 다음날 쾌적한 옷을 입을수 있어서 좋습니다. 업그레이드도 해줘서 더 좋았어요~ 다낭을 또 온다면 앞으로도 여기에서 묵을겁니다^^

沢山の口コミ通りエレベーターは遅すぎです同じ階の部屋から夜中まで声が聞こえてうるさい中国人だからかもしれませんが。

최고!

각격대비 최고의 호텔,,, 작지만, 시설, 써비스, 모든게 좋았음. 특히 객실의 시설과 관리상태가 너무 좋았고, 세탁기, 건조기는 정말 최고였음.
건물옥상이라고 하나 여튼 인피니티 수영장의 뷰가 환상이고, 작지만, 관리도 너무 잘되어있었음.
다음번에도 다낭에 온다면,, 주저없이 선택할 것 같음.

최고의 서비스, 옆의 폐건물 전경이 아쉬움.

직원들이 친절하고 좋았어요. 특히, 주방장의 서비스는 저희를 감동시켰어요. 아내가 모닝글로리를 찾아는데, 주방장이 없는데, 내일 준비하겠다고 하더니 진짜로 다음날 아침에 일부러 한접시를 만들어서 가져다줬어요. 메뉴에도 없었는데. 너무 좋았어서 다음에도 여기 묵을려구요. 근데, 옆에 공사중단인 폐건물이 있는게 흠이예요.
