My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Peninsula Da Nang, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were amazed by the breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean and the city skyline. Waking up each morning to such stunning scenery made our trip incredibly special.
The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and impeccably maintained. Every space feels thoughtfully designed, creating a perfect balance of luxury and relaxation — ideal for a couple’s getaway.
What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding staff. The lobby team was consistently warm, welcoming, and professional. We would especially like to thank the wonderful Guest Relations Officers, Vy and Van, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for us. Their attentiveness, kindness, and genuine hospitality made us feel truly valued and cared for throughout our stay.
The service at The Peninsula Da Nang is flawless — attentive yet never intrusive, efficient while still personal. It’s rare to find a hotel that combines spectacular views, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality so seamlessly.
We highly recommend The Peninsula Da Nang to anyone visiting Da Nang, especially couples looking for a memorable and relaxing experience. We will definitely be returning!

Very well-kept property that is popular for beach-goers. What the hotel lacks in intimacy it makes up for in its proximity to the beach and lovely rooftop pool and bar area. The elevator banks are constantly working to keep up with the flow of guests going between floors. The breakfasts offer a wide range of options and the line ups for coffee in the morning are managed well.

Room is small, bed is small. I booked the room with ocean view but I got a room with a half of ocean view and a half of city view. Check in 2:00 pm. I got there at 1:40pm. They said room is not ready and told me to come back at 2:00pm. Not helpful at all.

Staff were all amazing - many stood out especially Tranh the food n beverage manager who was very hospitable - introducing me to Vietnamese breakfast and offering me a coconut coffee that was very generous and kind. The hotel is located very centrally on the beach front
The room welcome was very impressive especially the hand written card - little details and the good night Vietnamese treats were special and a nice touch. The staff overall especially the doormen and rooftop bar staff were genuinely kind and good.

This is by far the best experience at a hotel I have had internationally. I am from America and felt like the luxury of this hotel was superior to upscale hotels in New York and Los Angeles that I’ve stayed in. The staff here goes ABOVE AND BEYOND for their guests. The managers Toan and Hang are amazing with accommodating us when we needed something as well as checking on us to ensure we were constantly comfortable. Also, An, Nga, Thua, Thuy, Tuan, Huy, Man, Ha, and Kieu will treat you like royalty and are tremendously friendly and kind. This was our first time in Vietnam and when we return to Da Nang, we are 100% returning to the Peninsula!!

Quite a strange experience for a 5star hotel. 1st of all if you're a foreigner you may have a different experience. For a Vietnamese person I was treated quite poorly by the staff. Breakfast buffet was greeted with not allowing us to sit at a six person table although we were a party of 3. Normally it should be 1st come 1st serve. There was another couple who sat at a 6 person table and nothing was said. They of course were not Vietnamese. Then there was the issue of getting reservation for the \"free\" massage that the hotel offered. Tried to make a reservation and was told there weren't anymore free massage reservations. Only after talking to the manager was a reservation opened for us. 3rd, housekeeping didnt clean the room until late afternoon even after letting housekeeping know that we would be stepping out for lunch for them to clean the room. So after a long day out to come back to a room not reset was quite frustrating.

It was too big of a hotel , the front desk staff was not accommodating, did not offer me an apgrade for the room telling me that the room I had chosen was the best room which is not true . The day we arrived there was a show in the Dragon Bridge that only was given on weekends and they did not tell us .

Room we got was very small , well appointed but they should had given us an upgrade as I checked their web site and there was better rooms

Breakfast was ok but not delicious .

All in all we were ok but if you asked me I would never stay there again .

The infinity edge pool and roof top bar is on the 27th floor with the best views of the beach in both directions and great city views.
The breakfast was amazing on the 3rd floor and the 27th floor something for everyone.Afternoon tea was also included daily ,tea coffee,juice cakes sandwichs hot food snacks and fresh fruit.

We stayed in this hotel for 5 days, got a nice ocean view room at 17th floor. The staffs here are very friendly, nice and very polite.

Very good location for many seafood restaurants, bars, markets within walking distance. Beach here is very beautiful, clean and safe even at nights. Definitely will stay here again next time when we are back to Đa Nẵng

Clean hotel, good atmosphere, but some service to be improved. The 28F breakfast restaurant is perfect. The lobby staffs always serve and smile warmly. The only thing to be solved inside the hotel was no cleaning-room service. When I checked in late at night, there were no bath towels in my room. I stayed for 3 nights, there was no cleaning service automatically. I needed to call for cleaning my room for 3days, but the same sheet was used for 3 days (I could not find any policy and explanation for it). The location is fine while it is around 30 minutes walk from many famous restaurants because the noise is limited.

Lovely visit at the Peninsula

The Peninsula is a beautiful hotel located on the beach in Da Nang and one of our most favorite stays in our three months visiting Vietnam….. from our greeting at the front desk upon arrival to the beautiful room on the 23rd floor with a floor to ceiling window view of the picturesque South China Sea to the dining experiences we had for breakfast, the tea in the afternoon and the dinner we enjoyed on a few occasions…..we had a wonderful time. We would like to mention a few of the staff who seemed to go out of their way to assist us and to help us during our nine night visit with the Hotel. Huy Tran, Liem, Mi and Thao….. all work in the restaurant…. thank you folks!

Overall Peninsula Hotel Danang was quite disappointing for both their room and service. The room was quite small and the ocean view was not wide (only one very narrow winder in the room). Staff were friendly but there’s room for improvement on their efficiency. Room service was very slow. The hospitality was not excellent. No bellboy for a 5-star hotel. Breakfast had limited options. For this rate I have stayed at way better hotels.

First, there is no in room disposable slippers, just a pair of flip flops, may be for us going to the beach, it is not hygienic. We had a spacious sea view, floor to ceiling glass window to enjoy this spectacular view. Room was fully equipped and it was prep clean everyday if you choose to. The buffet breakfast was delicious both at the restaurant and the 28th rooftop and again with amazing view. All guest can enjoy a free tea time everyday 2 - 5 pm of which was a complete snack of different kinds. Thank you.

I felt this property was a dissapointment. The breakfast was average, staff appeared more concerned about their phones and chatting with each other. The rooms dont have much sound insulation and you can hear everything from above and next door to you. The hot water seemed to sometimes be hot and sometimes warm. My expedia gold benefits that id requested were ignored and it seems the staff had no idea about them. All in all, i wouldnt stay here again not as a 5 star hotel, i think there are others that would be better. My experience was average but hope things can improve there.

The staff was AMAZING. I unfortunately arrived with a flu and a fever of nearly 40. Did not have a bandwidth (or internet speed) to download Grab app or exchange currency. Just wanted to get to the room and lay down. The taxi driver ensured me that she had change in USD. Which turned out not to be the case once we got to the hotel. The hotel doorman bailed us out by paying our taxi fee with his own cash! Which we swiftly repaid once we got to the room, downloaded the Grab app, and researched the best places to exchange currency. Breakfast was delicious. Other than me coming down with the flu during the flight, we had a great stay.

From the moment I stepped into the beautiful lobby I knew this would be the perfect getaway. This hotel has friendly staff, wonderful rooms with all the amenities including a pool, spa and workout room if desired.
The restaurant has the most amazing pho and other foods, the breakfast is excellent and there is an afternoon snack that is very good!
I know this is the place I will stay again and tell my friends about. There was absolutely nothing wrong or any complaints regarding this wonderful hotel. Hope you will give them a booking!

We enjoyed our stay at Peninsula Hotel, the property was clean and well-maintained. We had a lovely view of the beach and appreciated breakfast and afternoon tea which were included. The room was modern and spacious.
Unfortunately for us, we stayed during rainy season so we couldn't enjoy the rooftop pool but it looked lovely.
Our only negative would be the location is towards the end of the strip and as people who prefer to walk everywhere, it was a bit of a hike however, no issues with Grab or taxi. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return.

Our guest relations representative Uyen really set the bar high for this hotel. We were promptly greeted from the airport and shuttled directly to the hotel. Water and cold towels were provided during our shuttle ride to the hotel to help cool down from the Vietnam heat. Our bags were taken care of from the airport all the way to our room. We literally did not have to lift a finger. Uyen had put together a very detailed guide to all the amenities and services that the hotel has to offer and was very patient with any and all questions that we had. The Peninsula hotel was immaculately well kept; cleanliness, hospitality, and quality service were definitely on top of their list. The hotel had a delicious breakfast buffet served every morning starting from 6 AM, with a rotating selection. Also an afternoon lunch buffet was offered from 2PM to 5PM in the royale lounge and should be enjoyed at every possible opportunity, the Vietnamese coffee on the menu has to be the best coffee I’ve ever had. The hotel is right across the street from the beach, and the staff will kindly escort you across the street if you aren’t familiar with crossing the street in Vietnam. The rooftop pool has a beautiful view overlooking the beach and a good spot to watch the sunrise and set. You will find yourself feeling very at home here and may even consider extending your stay. 4 days was not enough for my first stay at the Peninsula, I will be finding my way back here as soon as I can.

Loved the pool area. I had my first ever coconut there.
Would have like a yoga mat option in my room. Was not allowed to take one from the gym to use in my room.
Cleanliness and upkeep of room not great. Coffee spill on ceiling and picture, scuffs all on walls, crumbs still on floor etc. My worst room so far in that sense. Not what I expect from 5*.
Service perfect. Ordered transport to Hue for me too.
Great free afternoon tea. Thank you.
Breakfast very good, lots of fresh options.
Used the free steam too, that was nice.

I felt the hotel is just an average. The room is spacy and has a good ocean view, and I like it. But the biggest problem is the lack of smiles on the employees' faces. A man in the dining place gave us smiles. Other staff members seldom gave us smiles even when we greeted. It must be tough to greet every customer with a smile, I know. But I wished every staff member could give us a smile if I stayed at 5 star hotel.
