Lovely looking, quirky… Very average in reality

A lovely looking hotel, very average service, our visit in September meant the pool area was 90% in the shade all day.
When using the drinks QR code to look at the menu (the only way you can view it and only available from 11am - 5pm) it asked me to verify a credit card, but then didn’t accept online payments? That night at 2am a payment was tried which my card issuer flagged as a scam.. Resulting in my card being cancelled and re sent meaning I couldn’t use it for the duration of my stay.

The room below and next to us had a massive hen party with girls shouting until 5am!! Nothing seemed to be done about it by hotel staff.

Loved our stay

We were a group of 5 girls and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel itself was very nice, loved the design and the hotel theme. It’s a female friendly place, the staff were all very nice and helpful, the room was comfortable, the swimming pools were perfect. You have enough shops, bars, food etc nearby. I recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Paradiso Art Hotel in Ibiza was truly one-of-a-kind — I’ve never stayed anywhere like it! The art and decor were absolutely stunning, with every corner curated to perfection. It’s a visual dream for anyone who appreciates aesthetics. The staff were incredibly accommodating and made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is also super convenient, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Such a beautiful and unforgettable hotel — highly recommend!

This hotel is so beautiful and has a such a fun theme. However, the location of the hotel is not great. If you’re going to be in/near Ibiza downtown a lot then I wouldn’t recommend staying here as it’s about 20-30 mins away. Food/drinks are high priced and mid quality.

Good hotel in Cala de Bou

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Shout out to Jordi especially! Quirky hotel in Cala de Bou, good location in peak season as it is close to many bars and Sant Antoni de Portmany. Unique design in retro style. There are rooms that may need a bit of refreshing, but otherwise they are clean and comfortable.

Roaches in the hotel we had to leave. What a Terrible Honeymoon!

We booked 2 nights at Paradiso for the cool hotel retro experience. When we got there they informed us that they had a problem with their room and the room wasn’t available but they would move us to their sister hotel Romeos right down the street. We didn’t want to miss out on any time in Ibiza since we were only there for a day in a half so we agreed. At 1 am when we get beck to our room from dinner we see a Roach In out bed. I freaked out and asked my husband to leave to another hotel immediately. The worst part is that this was our honeymoon we ended up looking for hotels at 2 am and paying over $60 euros in taxis. We asked the hotel that the minimum they could do is pay for taxis we had to pay to yo find a new hotel ofcourse no response.

Would definitely recommend!

Fabulous hotel. The attention to detail in the decor is amazing. The pool and the music and the vibes in general are incredible. I definitely recommend being there for a Saturday when they have an event! They are so much fun and people really have a great day dancing and chilling by the pool. Everything was as seen on the photos and everything was really clean and perfect. Amazing really, we were sad to leave.

We stayed here in the 4 person accommodation room and we were pleasantly surprised by the view, bed, amenities and most of all the size and modern design of the room. The staff was very accommodating for every request we had and they also ensured that we were able to commute throughout the island seamlessly. I would he staying here everytime i visit Ibiza.

Really fell in love with the art deco hotel in Ibiza! Loved the vibe and all the decor! The pool was so amazing and the pool area itself was warm and friendly. Everything is pink! The staff were all very nice and caring and they serve great food. It's a bit expensive however so I would bring some extra cash to spend! Trust me you don't want to leave this hotel at all. The music is amazing and the lounge area is great. Also the rooms are big and comfortable with amazing and neat art decor and also the lights are super fun! Thank you for a great stay!!

Beautifull clean hotel, plenty of placs to sunbathe. Pool area and bar excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff-nothing too much trouble. Clean room, all facilities excellent. Quiet in the evenings so a good night's sleep. I would definately return. An adult only hotel which was ideal for us.

AMAZING!!!!

AMAZING hotel, we had such a fab stay, Room are insane, bright, colourful and clean with a massive fridge. Pool is excellent that we never left the pool in the day music was great.. Aperol Thursdays are FAB, The food in Andy's is SUPERB. Service can be a little slow but the staff are so nice you can forgive them for that. We have already booked to stay her next year :)

I loved this hotel! The design was outstanding and quintessentially Ibiza. The room was clean with beautiful, unique decor. The entire property was immaculate. I give this hotel my highest possible rating and hope to stay tjere again someday.

Lovely stay with unforeseen seasonal issues

Well above average, cleverly thought out hotel with lovely staff, especially Jose and the other receptionists. Within reason, they never once said no to our requests and helped constantly with directions, information and other things during our stay.

The stormy weather in September ruined some of the rooms, which meant as we landed/arrived late we had to stay at a sister hotel. Ultimately ruining the first night. Receptionists done just above enough to help make up for it. Although I thought something additional would’ve sweatened the deal even more, but each to their own.

I would definitely stay here again. This hotel makes the bad reputation of the San Antonio side feel like a myth. All in all, there is room for improvement but with a hotel running for its first year, it’s beyond value for the money you pay.

Great Hotel!

Great hotel, the whole stay was brilliant.
The reception team/cleaners were lovely and there was a smooth check-in and daily cleaning.
Couple of things to note, if you want to visit the big venues like DC10 you're on the wrong side of the island, it's only a 30 min journey max but 30 euros each way is a bit much especially if you're on a longer holiday like we were.
We were told to quiet down a couple of times past 11pm, weird to me in Ibiza as I don't feel we/ our music was particularly loud.
The only negative experience we had was the bar staff, all the guys were lovely but a couple of the female bar staff for some reason were just a bit rude, like the smallest thing as a buying a drink (£££) to even asking for a glass of ice was met with a glare or complete silence, it just felt like everything was too much trouble for them/ like they didn't want to be there.
I think if you are looking for a nice hotel for a few chilled days, or a few killer photos for the gram I would definitely recommend as the pool/cabanas/bar/DJ/ dining area is beautiful!
The rooms are great, the whole theme of the hotel, each room named after an artist, each floor a different colour, neon lights, lovely bathroom, AC+ ceiling fan, room includes hairdryer, safe, SMEG fridge, great vintage style marshall speaker with AUX cable, there was no USB chargers so remember a couple of adapter plugs! There is a bar/ restaurant, gallery and even a hat maker!

Nice, cool vibe

Hotel was obviously very visually appealing with all of it's art and decor. The pool area was great with very comfy day beds, chairs, tables, etc. We ate at the pool during the day twice, both of which the food was solid - nothing amazing but definitely not bad. A bit overpriced for what it is but, that's to be expected for poolside food service.

The room was really cool with a great balcony and huge full length mirror. Upon arrival into our room, we noticed our bathroom had obviously not been fully serviced prior to our check-in; there were no towels, the shampoo, shower gel, etc. were knocked over by the sink, there was only a 1/2 roll of toilet paper on the spool with no replacement rolls. That said, during our check-in the reception had mentioned that they had been at full capacity the night prior so it could have just been an accidental oversight where the housekeeper thought she had already done it or got busy with something else.

Overall, I would recommend the hotel and would likely stay here again.

Could be an amazing hotel.....

On arrival this hotel seems impressive. It's welcoming with stylish decor and lots of interesting things to look at - tattoo parlour, art gallery, fantastic pool area with bar in the centre and DJ spinning tunes above it - but scratch below the surface and this hotel needs to up its game considerably.
The food from Andy's is awful; surprising when the breakfast is so on point.
Service around the pool incredibly slow. 30 min wait for drinks, sometimes forgotten about - it wasn't hugely busy when I was there.
Rooms look fantastic when you come in. The decor is fantastic, but that soon fades when you find issues. Fridge full of drinks but no bottle opener present. Each day the room was 'cleaned'. Bed was made, towels re folded but toiletries were not replenished and the floor and surfaces were not cleaned - nor was the shower so I doubt the rest of the bathroom was.
I extended my stay there by one day and despite paying the rate upfront, got hassled by reception staff saying payment hadn't been made. Communication between front of house needs to be much clearer.
The DJ played some wicked tunes but mixing them in needs more work.
The other really sad part was its distinct lack of vibe. There was no atmosphere in the evenings. I know most people go out but the music played, the shut off dead at midnight, even on a Friday and Saturday felt too abrupt and a waste of a nice venue.

Beautiful retro hotel, needs fine-tuning

Paradiso has the potential to be an outstanding hotel and I'm sure it will be. The building is beautiful, renovated to a very high standard and it's Miami Art Deco inspired style makes it incredibly 'instagrammable'. We had a suite which had a lovely large balcony, spacious bathroom with huge walk-in shower and double sinks, our own bar and lounge area, complete with quirky fixtures such as a Bakelite phone and Smeg fridge. When we stayed, the hotel had only been open for 10 days and was gearing up to a launch party at the end of the week meaning that some of the rooms were hurriedly being fitted and furnished. This resulted in us being kept up for almost our entire first night as we could hear banging, drilling and dragging of furniture, very frustrating. We complained to reception but there was not much to be done about it. There were also a number of 'teething troubles' which I'm sure will be ironed out, but i wasn't very impressed at being served chicken spring rolls instead of veggie as they were the only ones available that day. Other little nitpicks include the toiletries in the bathroom, it's a lovely touch to have these included, but i would expect to find separate shampoo, conditioner and body wash in such a lovely hotel, not just an all in one wash, and no hand soap either. I'm sure it will become a unique landmark in San An bay as there's nothing quite like it, just be prepared for lots of poolside posers!
