The first and second visits were great, but the third time I brought my mom, and it was very disappointing.
I requested an early check-in, but the front desk staff was saying room was not ready yet. So, we were waiting for the room. Later we asked again, and he told me there would be an extra fee, if you pay you can have a room not a friendly and looks little angry.
Later, we went to the brunch buffet, and when my mom asked about the price, the staff at the counter answered in an unfriendly way he looked annoyed and didn’t smile at all. My mom felt embarrassed.
I really expected better service, especially since I brought my mom, but it was terrible. The bathroom was also not clean and had a constant smell of urine.
Unfortunately, I won’t be staying here again.

Staff was super helpful and kind, they communicatef extremely well at checkin and even offered us multiple upgrades. The space was great as well, clean and all the necessary toiletries were supplied. Only minor complaint would be that the elevators were very slow, and the waiting area was not air conditioned so it was uncomfortable to wait there. But overall, we had a lovely stay with no major issues.

I arrived at hotel at 12pm. Understand most hotel check in is 3pm as they need time to clean up the room . Hotel told me there are rooms ready but they need to charge me for the 3hrs of early check in. Not my first time staying here, it is really a disappointment. I told them I'm not going pay. Either let me check in at 12pm since there is a room , i shall not stay this hotel any more. Even the morning Taxi services is badlly done.

I stay at this property because it is close to Samsung and relatively clean compare to other hotels in the area. I have not used this hotel in 1 year but breakfast was disappointing. It used to be really good and this was one of the reasons I used to stay there. I see wall papers peeling off and chipped paint all over the place,which shows that this property is not properly cared for. Also, no staff smiles at this hotel. It does not make me feel like I am welcomed there

신라스테이 동탄이 전에 묵었던 광화문보다 낫다는 생각이 듭니다. 공간이 보다 넓어 훨씬 쾌적했어요. 실내조명이 조금 어둡다는 생각이 들었고 욕실 구조가 샤워부스가 따로 있거나 유리 차단이 되어있으면 좋겠다는 생각을 했습니다. 협탁이 하나만 있어서 다른 쪽 침대 옆에 공간이 충분하여 하나 더 있으면 좋겠다는 생각도 들었습니다. 커피는 아주 맛있었고 오믈렛에 아채를 첨가하면 더욱 좋을 듯 싶습니다. 지인에게 기꺼이 추천합니다.
