Very nice and well maintained. Bed was comfortable, rooms were spacious and the staff were great. Cab ride to the usual downtown sites was affordable and there was even a metro station right across the street. Good value for the money; would definitely stay again.

Except for 1 ride incident from the male staff in the fromt desk, overall its a good stay, anyway that incident however was erased by their friendly senior manager from the breakfast restaurant, where they offer a nice buffet breakfast as well

Good value for money

Rooms are sparse but clean. Bed is firm. AC works great. Breakfast buffet is good with lots of variety. Swimming pool and gym small but nice. I had a very quiet stay in tower 2 as I heard about big Chinese groups so asked for a room away from groups. My TV channels did not switch so beware no tv channels in English. Internet qorked great so i streamed. Not much in this area so not good for a tourist.

Clean simple hotel with good price for quick stopo

room is clean and comfortable. there is a small refridgerator and kettle. However no coffee cups or coffee or tea in room so bring your own.
My shower showed signs of mold and an old bar of soap was left in shower. yuck.
AC works great and bed is firm with nice duvet.
I opted for breakfast included and since nothing closeby I'm glad i did. Good variety of food.....chinese, western, japanese sushi even. Breakfast is from 6am-10am and in a separate eating area from big chinese groups. I got tower 2 room 1016 and it was very quiet.
There is a 711 out front door and an Italian restaurant as well but I did not try.
Pool was nice and a small gym as well. Good for a quick stopover. I was picking up my son from camp and the drop off was in Bang Na so I opted for this hotel. I arrived BKK at 1130p and immigration line took over an hour but it took only 20 mins in public taxi and cost B480.

Pleasant yet affordable vacation

1) I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel.
2) Breakfast was of good quality.
3) Quiet ambience is perfect for couples and for a friendly family retreat.
4) The staff was very friendly and kind in providing us with good services and care. Moreover, the price was relatively cheap.
5) I stayed in on a Sunday, which was very quiet and peaceful when relaxing beside the river. Weekdays are extremely quiet, and it's like having the entire resort for us.
6) The hotel was located beside the river and good lighting at the pier during the night.
7) For future guests, this is a perfect hotel if you have a car for transport convenience.

Very poor condition for a hotel that has been built recently
The AC is not maintained properly and does not function well
The smell is the room is bad
I have seen coackroaches next to the coffee machine at the breakfast
Finally the staff is not frankly welcoming
The plus for this trip: the italian restaurant next door which is fantastic

Low budget inconvenient hotel

Internet at the hotel is very poor with long periods with no internet access.
Air conditioning temperature control unreliable with huge differences in room temperature with the same temperature setting.
Shower hot water control swinging up to 15 C within seconds and no hot water the last two days of the stay.

One night in Bangkok

Hotel is quite new, was book superior room but they upgrade me to Deluxe room for free due to superior room was over booked, room was excellence.

location is at the middle from suvarnabhumi airport to down town Bangkok, but the location is quite isolated and neighbourhood basically nothing..., yes nothing!
fortunately quite easy to get taxi tough, nearest shopping central bangna about 1KM, secon square about 3 KM.

breakfast was excellence too! other then location i'am very satisfy with the stay.

I want to say nice things, but.......

First impression, Hotel looks very nice, relatively modern.
Second impression, drive in to Hotel drive way and security directs us to the rear carpark, not allowing us to unload bags at the front door/check in counter. This, of course, results in first having to walk through 3 buildings to get to the reservations desk, but a walk to the carpark and back again with porter to collect bags.
Third impression. Having paid through Expedia I was appalled to be asked to once again pay for the room when checking in. This issue took 15 minutes for them to resolve, despite me being able to produce confirmation emails instantly showing payment had been made. Very very poor.
Fourth impression. Finally something goes right. Room was great, well appointed and everything where it should be.
Fifth impression. 3am, air conditioning had turned itself off in the middle of the night.

Lovely hotel. I would definitely recommend this to others. The room was beautiful, very clean and extremely comfortable. The only downside was that above our room there were very loud machine-like noises. Other than that no complaints at all.

Good only for business trips

This is one of the worst 4 star hotels that I have ever stayed in. Staff is rude (specially front desk staff who actually say things like \"that's your problem, not mine\"), buffet food that gets over doesn't get replenished easily, same food is served every day and housekeeping is sloppy. Room tips - rooms in Tower 1 have a good city view, Superior rooms in Tower 2 look into another apartment block. Use this hotel only if you have work near Bangna and will spend most of your day at work.

Standard hotel in a less touristic environment

Nice and clean hotel with friendly staff. Hotel room was big and we had a comfortable bed. Balcony was a nice add on but it would have been nice that there would have been couple of small chairs to sit on. There was also a nice pool but unfortunately we didn’t have the time to try it.

From tourist point of view hotel is quite far from “touristic sites” but we used the sky train since the station was near to us. This location was not so touristic so we enjoyed the calmness. Breakfast was good and staff were very friendly.
