I've stayed at the Park 9 near the airport and thought I had booked the same because we had an early flight. I'm glad I made the mistake, though, because the neighborhood is really nice. I could easily run there because there was no traffic and the homes are beautiful. There was a mall within walking distance with lots of food options. The hotel itself is beautiful, as are the rooms. The landscaping is nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I'll definitely stay here rather than the airport hotel next time. The breakfast was good.

It’s conveniently located near the Train Market on weekends and just a 3-5 minute walk from Seacon Square. there are many good points but no WiFi available and cannot enter the fitness gym, those are minus point.

The Park Nine Hotel Srinakarin is an oasis of calm in Bangkok. The garden is beautiful, with the sound of birds and running water.

The restuarant is excellent and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a good size balcony.

The only negative is that the jacuzzi was out of order, and we never did find the sauna.

The Park Nine Hotel Srinakaran offers good value for money and the convenience of self catering / clothes washing facilities in the apartment. There is an excellent restaurant onsite and happy hour drinks from 5pm to 8pm. We very much enjoyed our stay and the complimentary buggy service to / form Paradise Park shopping mall.

Something is terribly wrong with this listing on Expedia. It is not a Hotel but some kind of apartment or long term residence posted as a hotel. Grab could not find it and sent us to Suvarnabhumi, which is a hotel, and then we had to redirect to the one we booked, Srinakarin. It looked like someone just moved out after living there 10 years and it hadn't been cleaned. It was dirty and smelly and my asthma was acting up after a few minutes in the room. We checked the restaurant and it smelled like varnish, I guess they were renovating. We left without a refund and felt we were tricked into booking this place. Putting a hotel front office on an old apartment complex does not make it a hotel...this posting should be removed or corrected. This is my first truly disappointing and false booking on expedia.

The property is actually very nice with beautiful tropical garden and flowing waters that run through the inner area of it. Problem number 1 is the VERY long time you have to wait until hot water comes to your room, sometimes as long as 20 minutes. The hot water tanks are probably located far away from the rooms.
Amenities are o.k but supplied with stinginess.
Breakfast is o.k, nothing to brag about, but kind of acceptable.
Rooms are very spacious and comfortable.

A beautiful oasis in Thailand where you are treated to excellent service for English clients. Large rooms with awesome balcony overlooking the natural atrium. Free transportation to/from the nearest shopping mall. This is my second visit and impressed that they remembered me after 8 months. The staff is very helpful, thank you for a wonderful stay!

This is a nice hidden gem far from the main chopping all at Paradise Park. Very close to the Rot fai night Market. Reasonable price good condition quality service not very handicap accessible but there are possibilities if you are ambulation challenge

The room and the property are really nice, I didn't have the chance to experience the pool as it was just an overnight stay. Had an issue when trying to arrange an airport transfer hence not 5 stars. The customer service staff said the hotel did not offer an airport transfer service when I messaged them trying to arrange one. On hotels.com it clearly states this as one of the services. When I followed up on this, rather than apologise or acknowledge the mistake, I was sent a list of additional hotel services (including an airport transfer) which was incredibly frustrating. If you make a mistake you own it and nobody will mind but if you don't then I'm afraid you're losing a star especially in the service industry.

Amazing place for time away from city life

The hotel is amazing...and for my purpose it fulfills are my requirements to more than satisfactory. Very helpful and smiling staff at all hours of the day.

The only minor down side is that it is a good taxi ride away from thfrom nearest station.

But the hotel has a free shuttle service to nearby areas.

So if your purpose is just to relax away from the city life then this hotel is highly recommended.

Also amazing restaurant.

Always an enjoyable experience. Highly recommended on all levels. The staff are super helpful, kind and polite. Worried it will be booked out next time we stay. Good for kids and provides cribs for baby's. Clean relaxing an overall 5 star experience. 5 minutes walk from top shopping center and nestled in quiet leafy suburb. If feeling lazy has golf cart shuttle service which can also pic you up. Staff speak excellent English aswell.

A Short Stay to Celebrate the Coming of 2015

We stayed at this hotel during the Chinese New Year. Before we arrived, we thought this hotel was a small resort type or hostel type hotel. Right after our van arrived at the front gate, we were amazed by the architectural pretty of this property.

The front office was on the right side. Above, hotel restaurant, where serve Italian dishes, was found. On the left side, there were 3 blocks of hotel buildings.

A \"man-made\" stream was built in the middle between 2 buildings, where guests could feel the Japanese's Zen atmosphere. The hotel pool was built at the end. The pool was big.

Rooms came with a simple kitchen set, refrigerator, and micro-wave stove. The bathroom was roomy. The sleeping area was roomy as well. If a family travel with 1 child, the family would ask for a extra bed. After the extra bed placed, there was still enough space.

Location was good if travelers had a rental car or had a driver to drive for them because the hotel was a little bit far from the main Bangkok commercial area, and there was no major public transportation such as MRT or BTS. However, in my opinion, this hotel was best suitable for me because I could take a rest.

The hotel provides free transportation from the hotel to the closest shopping center, Paradise Park. The food court there was good. A lot of local dishes were found there. The price was cheap too.

Quiet but nicely located for good street food

Will be going back. We needed a break from a stressful time. We did not want to do the usual touristy stuff at all (so no purchases of dodgy DVDs and rucksacks you don't actually need, we did not buy a single t-shirt with something crass on it, we had no suits or dresses tailored etc). What we wanted was to eat genuine Thai food where local Thais get theirs, stroll around enjoying the sites and warm hospitality of locals. The golf buggy service the hotel gives you takes you to the local mall, which is in easy walking distance of the night market. Also it takes you to the street market at the park. Oh yes also reading by the pool.

First of all, I have to say that

First of all, I have to say that Park Nine has exceeded my expectations. Lovely and spacious room (They upgraded our 2 rooms from a 55 sqm Superior Studio to a 75 sqm Executive Studio and we only knew upon checking out!), a high level of cleanliness and a general sense of tranquility throughout. Breakfast was affordable at 423 baht per room of 2 pax, served at a spartan cafe. The whole property isn't very big though (ie. only activities are swimming, gym and sauna) so be prepared to either have a peaceful retreat or to have a programme in Bangkok otherwise. The only thing about Park Nine is that its far from city central (up to 1 hour away in a cab, local traffic conditions inclusive). There are 2 local malls nearby though : Seacon Square and Seri Centre. Will come back again if I can sort out the transport issues!

This is the 4th or 5th time I have stayed in this hotel with my family. It is clean, it is quiet, it is roomy, it is comfortable, it is close to the airport and the staff are very accomodating. It is not very close to the city or the BTS or MRT stations, but there are some great shopping centres and restaurants and bars nearby meaning you really do not have to go into town if you don't want to and, like us, have seen the tourist sights of Bangkok many times. .

朝食のレストランでは挨拶もしないスタッフもいるし社員同士のおしゃべりが気になりました。プールでは作業をしてる人のおしゃべりがうるさくてのんびり出来ないときもありました。素晴らしいスタッフも５人はいましたけど。ホテルはとても良かったと思います。朝食はコックさんによって美味しくなかった時もありました。夜のレストランの食事はとても美味しかったです。

An sich für eine Nacht absolut okay. Trotzdem ein wenig schade, dass man vor Ort keinerlei Informationen über die Unterkunft erhält (also z.B. zum Pool, Gym oder Shuttle Service). Das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung, wurde aber leider nicht mehr aufgefüllt, sodass z.B. die Obstauswahl sehr dürftig war.

Hyvä kokemus sisäänkirjautumisen jälkeen

Sisäänkirjautusprosessi oli sekava ja asiakaspalvelun englannin taso ja ääntäminen niin hiljaista ettemme meinanneet myöskään normaalikuuloisina saada selvää.

Hotelli on vähän kaukana keskeisistä paikoista, mutta muuten oikein mukava.

Erityisen hyvää oli maukas aamiasbox, jonka sai aikaiselle aamulennolle mukaan taksiin.
