The property is such a cool space with great art and furnishing in a renovated warehouse. Very comfortable for working, hanging out, and watching the world cup games. The staff were excellent: welcoming, kind, and helpful. One person in our group sprained an ankle off property and upon our areas val.we asked for ice and they promptly delivered a bag of crushed ice and an extra pillow to elevate with to.our room

Wonderful hotel!! Beautiful, clean and spacious. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave us a free breakfast in the morning since it was our 20th anniversary. Our room was spotless. The bathroom was large with a huge shower. Our bed was very comfortable. The Rooftop Bar was fun. They had delicious drinks and a great view of the KC skyline.

It was a very fun place to stay! You walk past a vibrant bar on the way to check in. Our room wasn't ready. But, we were able to leave our bags since we had somewhere to be. Our bags were in our room when we returned, The room was spacious, updated and clean. There was a stocked mini fridge. But, left room for our own drinks/food if we wanted to add our own items. There were many restaurants & bars nearby. There is a rooftop cinema about a block away. No driving or ride sharing needed for that. Very fun & unique date night option! There is a rooftop bar at the hotel, too. Great view of downtown KC! The signage for the hotel was hard to see. Mostly, because the sign is low and 2 buses were blocking the sign. We did have to drive around the block again before finding the entrance.

This hotel was absolutely lovely and so creatively inspiring. I walked my dog several times in several different directions and at all times of day, it felt safe and wasn’t too busy. The lobby is an art gallery which just brings a calm energy to a part of a business that would typically feel chaotic or congested. Valet was super helpful with my luggage and the front desk staff was knowledgeable, kind, and understanding. The room did feel a lack of upkeep but that could be my solo experience. I really appreciate how many buildings are preserved in KC and this is definitely one to see! GORGEOUS!

Love the hotel and staff. Food service and bar service was good , but food and drink quality was ok but not great. Had one of the worst Bloody Marys and a poorly prepared avocado toast and egg at breakfast. Just thought you guys could do better. Missed having coffee maker in room. Very comfortable and attractive room, common areas like lobby and bars was great as well. Anyway, will be back. A good bordering on very good stay. Cheers

Such a unique property! The location was perfect! Walking distance to great restaurants and jazz clubs. The hotel's vibe is very industrial, while still holding on to the history of the brewery. The room and bathroom were very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Though it's in an urban setting the room is surprisingly quiet. One thing to note, If you are staying over a weekend, make sure to make reservations for the roof top bar, otherwise the servers will not serve you and you have to stand in a long line to get drinks. My husband and I ended up getting a night cap in the bar downstairs because the lines were too long. If you like unique properties, this one is for you!

The hotel is cute and the rooms are big, but the bar is VERY busy and you can hear the partying even on the 4th floor until midnight. Edgy, artsy neighborhood that didn’t have much shopping at all. Valet didn’t offer to help with bags at all.
I liked the hotel, and the restaurant was good, but the noise level and neighborhood were not the best fit for anyone over 30.

The hotel is great, awesome & friendly staff at reception, lobby bar/restaurant & rooftop with downtown views. 5 stays there, valet is now $45 was $25. I’d avoid overpriced sub par Lazia their ‘fine dining’ restaurant. Try other fine dining much better spots. But overall great!

Rooms were very noisy because of roof-top bar. The doors to the bathrooms were sliding barn-door style and completely impractical for privacy and trying not to wake your partner up if you needed to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. Seems the hotel was trying too hard on being hip, when a regular door would have been a much more practical choice.

Booked one night for our anniversary. Our first room backed up to the fitness center and we could hear people dropping weights, etc. we called the front desk and they moved us to a quieter room. Should note the atrium rooms face the interior of the building NOT a garden area as you might assume.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Crossroads Hotel. The room was well appointed, everything was clean, the staff was very nice and it’s in a great location. The building itself is really cool with a lot of character, and the lobby and rooftop bars were both great hangout spots with delicious food and tasty signature cocktails. We would definitely stay there again.

No pool no hot tub have to use valet parking extra charge breakfast is not included extra charge. The only thing we liked was the shower which the bathroom was cold the windows did not keep heat out well. My husband only liked the throw blanket on the bed. There were people yelling and arguing outside our door at like 1am for about 40 minutes to 1 hour

The bartender who worked Monday night (March 16) was extremely rude and unprofessional. We ordered two rounds of drinks. The espresso martini from the first round didn't taste like espresso at all, but I drank it anyway because I didn't want to be a pain. When we attempted to order a second round, we stood at the bar right in front of him as he passed us over to serve other customers for 3-5 minutes before I finally asked him if we could order a drink. He finally responded to me. I asked him a question about making a lower calorie/sugar version of a paloma, but he was very clearly irritated that he even had to speak to me. We were the only Black people at the bar, and I couldn't help but notice the difference in the way we were treated compared to the other white customers at the bar. I even asked my husband if he did something to offend him when he ordered the first round of drinks, wondering if that was why we were being treated so poorly. I was also disappointed that Lazia was never open one time while we were there. We were told it was because of a \"mishap\". Everything else was fine, but the poor treatment from the bar tender on Monday night and Lazia never being open (we were not told this in advance) were two major disappointments.

Loved my stay here. The hotel has such a cool vibe, it’s effortlessly stylish without even trying. The staff, was, friendly, helpful, and the kind of people who make you feel like you’ve been upgraded to “favorite guest” status. And the location is great! Close to the light rail, so getting around was a breeze. All in all, a spot that makes traveling feel a little more fun.

The only thing that did not get this hotel 5 stars was that you could hear everything in the hall clearly and there was a wedding party staying at the hotel and woke us up at 2am and continued to be loud for an hour.

We had a great stay! We’ve been to the crossroads plenty of times for their lobby bar and rooftop bar during the summer but this was our first time staying in a room and it was super nice. We loved how the crossroads was close to plenty of fun places we could walk too.

Disliked: 1. Carpet was ripped badly in room so it was the first thing I saw when walking in. 2. Very little bathroom amenities considering cost of room.3. walls are very thin.4. parking is overpriced

Stay in Dec2022 was fantastic so decided to stay again in Feb2026 for an unexpected visit to KC to attend funeral services. We booked a suite and were given a room that was right above the restaurant. We asked for something higher up but was told it was the only room left upon checking in around 530pm. The hotel looked empty. Upon entry to our room we noticed there were no windows except in the bathroom. Carpet and furniture had significant stains, etching of graffiti in the wood beams, etc. This all was not a big deal for us, the issue was the smell. The restaurant runs late and starts early. Our room was filled with fried, garlic, onion, etc smell the entire stay. This was unfortunate when attending funeral services over 2 days in dress clothes and seeing a lot of people. Our clothes smelled, we smelled like the restaurant food. Not what we wanted to deal after paying so much for our stay. Beware, the 2nd floor room (288) smells and run down with no windows.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Such a cool and eclectic vibe and our room was equally beautiful and eclectic. We didn't realize that our thermostat had to be set from operator mode so we had no cool or circulating air. However, we asked for a fan which was delivered to our room promptly and that helped. We finally figured out the thermostat the next morning but it was time to check out. We will be back this summer for your rooftop bar and another stay!

The room was clean. The location was good. Walking distance to so many things. We used the valet parking which I thought was nice. We didn’t need a car the 3 days we stayed. We walked to Union Station, the Hallmark Experience, and to T-Mobile. The train is also easy to access and available. We enjoyed the fitness room and the coffee in the morning. Fun place.
