Hotel is situated a few minutes from the old town, and is next to a bus stop for the free electric busses which take you down to the marina. A very impressive public transport service.
Hotel breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. Not enough staff and poor selection of food..

Staff at reception was very nice and helpful! The rooms are very basic but spacious. Nice view of the sea with sunrise view. Pool is nice too. However rooms need to be upgraded. Bathtub was in need of maintenance. Also closet smelled of mildew and was musty. Didn't want to hang any clothes in there or use their blanket. Smoke was another issue. I had the balcony open and people kept smoking making my entire room smell of smoke which is very unpleasant especially at night when one is trying to sleep. They should make their property smoke free even on balconies because smoking is gross and a a health concern for many. Breakfast was okay too. Thanks for allowing me to stay here!

Good 3 star choice, close to centre-ville.

Not the easiest hotel to find due to PV.s tricky one-way system however once found I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the room, friendliness of the staff and quality of the breakfast. The pool isn't large but certainly pleasing for cooling off in. The steps into it made it accessible even for my 82 year old mother to access. Parking is limited outside the hotel, we were lucky and always got a space but I believe they only have aa few free spaces. The twin room we had, like most of the hotel, is somewhat dated (think 1970s) however this made it quite charming. The Wifi worked really well as did the water pressure for the lovely deep bath. Our room had a balcony with lovely view of the bay. Very nice.

Hotel is more like a hostel. Paint falling off or not painted at all. Bathroom tiles falling off, taps coming away from walls, shower cheap. Holes in patio chairs, light switches and sockets not all working

Good three star hotel but parking a problem

Dated but adequate hotel with spacious rooms. Fine for three star accommodation.
Issues were the breakfast which was individually delivered to your table (breads and cheeses) and the parking. Although the hotel advertised "free" parking it was subject to availability (7-10 spaces for 33 rooms) and if you wanted to reserve a space it was 20 Euro, which we were not told until checkout. We were accused of stealing someones space one day (charged 40 euro) had no park available another night and had to leave the car a kilometre away on day two and booked a space on the day of checkout to retrospectively be told this was not free.
None of this would have been a problem if we had known up front but being charged an extra 60 euro at checkout (brought back to 20 once we successfully challenged the stealing accusation) left a sour taste.
Hotel is well located, of good quality with generally friendly staff but they could be a bit more up front about the lack of parking.

Excellent and easily accessible location right by the citadel. Wonderful view of the gulf from usable balcony. Very helpful staff. Realistic features and facilities for the price. Would very happily recommend as well as consider staying again.

Convenient hotel close to the old Town

We stayed three people in a nice, big room. Pool and terrace right outside the bedroom where we were served breakfast that was included in the room rate. Nice and very friendly staff. Hotel a little old, but clean and nice. Parking inside if not too late arrival. If full, parking outside the hotel at reserved spaces. 5 min walking distance to the old town with shops and restaurants. Some traffic, but not much.

Very convenient

We arrived late afternoon and were able to park undercover and for free which was better than we expected. Room spacious and overlooking nice pool terrace. Very convenient short walk to garrison with many restaurants and easy drive to beaches. Good choice for this part of the island.

Hotel was not exactly what I expected but everybody was solo nice... Until I received a call in the middle of the night to ask me to move my car for it was parked at the parking reserved for the owner! The catch is, I double checked, there was nothing to indicate that this spot was reserved, nor was it protected, nor any different from any other spot... Mood was off. I didn't want to ruin my vacations. Next morning I packed and left.

Good hotel if you like 1980s tiki!

Hotel needs a major makeover - we felt like we were staying in a 1980s tiki-themed resort! Room did have a lovely view and breakfast on the balcony was great. Pool very nice also. Good location.

Hotel Le Tilbry Porto Veccio Corsica

This was a 3 star hotel in a 4 star location close to the centre of Porto Veccio. The staff were excellent, especially the evening recepionist and breakfast waiter who both spoke good english.
Breakfast was simple but adequate with the option to sit next to an outside pool. The hotel rooms would have benefited from tea & coffee available in them. The rooms were clean and cleaned very well. There was no english channel TV available in the room or small fridge. Overall we found the hotel a good base, very quiet whilst we were there in early May. We would recommend the hotel to travellers looking for a simple clean hotel with good english speaking staff and a great holiday location.

Room was comfortable with a good view of the sea. Overall we were satisfied with the room and would stay there again. Make sure to ask what time the parking garage closes because we got locked out and had to find parking in the city. One complaint is that the internet is not free but cost 8 Euro an hour.

Seul point positif : l’emplacement au cœur du village et la piscine… à l’ombre dès 15h.

Chambre mal agencée, moquette d’un autre temps, mobilier vieillot, volets roulants hors service et rideaux non occultants : réveil garanti au lever du soleil.

Quant au petit-déjeuner à 17 €, c’est presque insultant : yaourts de supermarché, aucun fruit frais, mini-viennoiseries surgelées à “réserver” la veille pour qu’elles soient décongelées… Gardez votre argent et allez sur la place du village, vous mangerez bien mieux pour moitié moins cher.

Et pour finir, un accueil à l’image de l’hôtel : froid, hautain et méprisant.

C est fini pour nous

Surtout quand je vois les réponses, elle ne se remet jamais en question

Plusieurs fois que nous descendons à cet hôtel et malheureusement je dois dire qu il vieilli très mal. Moquettes sale dans les chambres mais également dans les parties communes. Chaises a la toile cassée et non remplacé durant notre séjour. Meubles très vieillot, forte odeur de vieux, pas de volets mais des rideaux soit disant occultant (je dis bien soit disant)
Bref l an prochain nous changerons de lieu. Pour notre venue sur Porto vecchio.

Séjour très agréable. Bon rapport Qualité-Prix. Localisation parfaite ! Le personnel de la réception est particulièrement agréable et avenant ! Dommage que les parties communes de l’hôtel soient soient si peu agréables... Il ne faudrait pas grand chose pour considérablement améliorer tout ça (éclairage, matériaux choisis, etc...). Le petit-déjeuner est à éviter... Mieux vaut le prendre dans le village... Nous reviendrons !

Quel dommage … A éviter

Le séjour aurait pu être des plus sympathiques car l’hôtel est idéalement placé, la piscine très agréable et les chambres spacieuses. Dommage que le personnel ait été si désagréable, à la limite de l’irrespect.

Une première altercation avec une femme de ménage suite à un quiproquo, suivie de réflexions déplacées au petit déjeuner (car l’hôtel n’avait pas noté notre chambre, nous avions pourtant bien payé) et à la piscine. Un comble !

Baignoire dangereuse avec un sol qui s’affaisse. Clim en panne durant toute une nuit et aucune compensation proposée malgré tous les incidents rapportés. Concernant la clim : « il est 2h du matin nous ne pouvons rien pour vous ».

Pour résumer : Un personnel très peu compréhensif qui n’hésite pas à faire des réflexions presques humiliantes devant les autres clients. Hasard ou vengeance suite à l’incident avec le personnel de ménage ? Ça reste inadmissible.

Nous avons changé d’hôtel et c’était la meilleure décision de nos vacances. Dommage.

La struttura è fatiscente e le foto sono solo uno specchietto per le allodole: materassi vecchi e affossati al centro; lampadine sul terrazzo fulminate; ante scorrevoli fuori le guide che quindi si aprivano male (segnalato alla reception, senza alcun intervento); bagno con vasca con soffione fissato ad un metro e mezzo che costringe a piegarsi per lavare i capelli... e tutto questo a ben 200€ a notte.

Lage des Hotels ist super, man ist zu Fuss schnell in der Altstadt. Auch mit dem Auto ist man schnell aus der Stadt und an den Sränden.

L'hôtel est très bien situé sûrement la cause des 3 étoiles. Le bâtiment a besoin d'un coup de neuf, très vieux, déco inexistante. Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées. Si vous êtes devant l'ascenseur demandez à changer de chambre ou attendez vous à être réveiller tôt. Le prix n'est pas justifié mal l'emplacement dans le centre est idéal.

Déçu malgré la grande chambre, la clim et l'ascenseur ! La baignoire est d'un autre temps, le pommeau de douche et la robinetterie hors d'âge, la TV mais avec très peu de chaînes c'est pas terrible et surtout aucun stationnement proche, il faut se garer très loin et payer cher !

Hotel idéalement situé proche du centre

L’hôtel est correct en tout point mais pas forcément à la hauteur d'un 3 étoiles au niveau du professionnalisme de la réception, le service de chambre est perfectible (gobelet laissé sur une table de nuit non débarrassé, les serviettes non changées...) seulement les gels douche d'ajoutés (pour un service de chambre c'est limite). les chambres et salles de bains sont globalement bien tenues même si le mobilier est un peu ancien. Le petit déjeuner inclus est copieux et le personnel du petit dej très agréable et professionnel.
L'espace piscine est très agréable et bien tenu.
Globalement, pas de grande prestation pour un 3 étoiles mais bon compromis en plein centre ville.

Excellent séjour. Personnel extrêmement aimable, petit déjeuner servi à table. Chambre extrêmement spacieuse. Salle de bain un peu vieillotte, mais cela n'a entaché en rien notre séjour.

Hotel muito bom,com check-in e check-out muito rápidos. Quarto confortável com sacada com vista para a piscina. Estacionamento na rua em vagas reservadas. Bom wifi e café da manhã incluído na diária e servido na mesa (continental). Centro histórico da cidade acessível a pé.

Super séjour mais chambres vieillissantes

Hotel très bien situé à quelques minutes à pied du centre de Porto-Vecchio (restaurants, bars, commerces). Un parking couvert, petit mais bien utile et quelques places réservées devant l'hotel. Nous avons réussi à nous garer presque chaque jour. L'accueil est super (gentillesse et bonne humeur). Piscine agréable, possibilité d'y petit-déjeuner. En revanche, les chambres sont vieillissantes avec un mobilier "vintage", moquette et tapisserie tachées par le temps, aucune isolation !

La chambre pour 4 était spacieuse mais tarif élevé car rideau porte vitre salle de bain cassé, les volets roulants manuels étaient cassés et des rideaux occultants remplacés mais le jour n'était pas complètement filtré et du coup réveil tôt le matin...
