A superb hotel, lovely staff

Lovely hotel in a good location, on the outskirts but within a short walk to the shuttle bus for town. Spotlessly clean (the maid was LOVELY), good sized room, nice to have complimentary water in the fridge and also water in the reception area. The staff were so friendly and welcoming from emails beforehand to a cheery hello and goodbye each time we arrived at, or left the hotel. I would recommend the pool facing rooms as we got the sun in the afternoon and would often sit and chill out after a busy day. Breakfast was great - a good choice, lots of freshly made cakes and cookies and lots of super fresh fruits (raspberries, blueberries, pineapple, kiwi etc). We speak a little pigeon French but their English was amazing. My only grumble would be the usual bathroom hairdryer (would have preferred a plug in with greater power) and the pillows - they were super comfy and fluffy but one not enough and two, too many. The pool area was especially nice and we managed to get one of the nice ‘beds’ with softer cushions and draped fabric to provide some shade. We would also recommend a walk round the salt marshes next door too! Thank you for a great stay ❤️

When I checked in, the desk clerk showed me to my room and explained the various hotel features as we went. I was impressed by this level of service. The pool was attractive. Several restaurants in walking distance. Convenient parking.

Really lovely stay
Had a room over the harbour so saw the Bastille day fireworks from the balcony.
Some extra special staff - we travel a lot and they were 110%.
Special thank you to Marc especially who went out of his way to ensure we had a memorable stay.Nothing was too much trouble
He also recommended some fabulous places to eat - all excellent value.

Central location to port , 15 min walk to more happening historical center.
Bed mattress hard , hurt my back, service staff put in pad which helped a lot.
Good service when hair dryer broke and soap gel missing, brought items in a snap.
But here is the bottom line: why stay here for $100 euro more over the Golfe Hotel where we also stayed? It’s four minutes additional walk to the circle center, and you get free breakfast, free bottle of wine, and a welcoming bottle of water which you don’t get here

Three night stay in Porto vecchio

Hotel is well situated in port about a ten minute walk to the old town. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Hotel has plenty of free parking and the hotel gardens and outdoor pool areas are spectacular.
Hotel great fro exploring local beaches and coves so a car is a must.not much going on in the hotel so had drinks etc in local bars and breakfast were expensive at €9 for one piece of bread,one chocolate and one plain croissant plus drinks.
Overall a nice hotel but a bit pricy

Great hotel

Stayed here for a week and thought it was great. Room was very comfortable and clean, the staff were very helpful and lunches by the pool were a treat. Porto Vecchio's a great resort for dining/nightlife and hired a car so enjoyed visiting a number of great beaches in easy reach. Would highly recommend.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel is near the marina and a 10min walk to the town. Given we stayed for 6 nights we needed to buy a kettle and coffee from the supermarket because it was not provided by the hotel. Pool towels were provided at 3 euro per towel. I think they would be better off charging a little more bit providing these basics. Other than that we were very happy with the hotel.

Immaculate modern hotel, great staff & facilities

All of the staff at Costa Salina were very welcoming, greeting you with a smile and a kind word each time you saw them. It was cleaned regularly, the pool was even cleaned every day which I have not experienced at other resorts. Air con worked brilliantly and the view over looking the pool and salt flats was beautiful. It was never crowded and a free car park for the hire car was great.

A VERY VERY BEAUTIFUL 3 star hôtel

We had a wonderful stay. It was close to the restaurants. The rooms are spacious and very well decorated and the bed is very comfortable. The gardens are very beautiful. Nice pool. The view is incredible. The personel is friendly, helpful and polite. I would recommend this hôtel to my family and friends. They have nice balconies. It's worth the money we pay.

Good hotel for a base to travel around from.

We drove from the northern airport of Bastia which is a straight drive of around 2.15 hrs.The hotel is on the quayside road between the marina and the port area overlooking the beautiful bay with its steady stream of luxury yachts. It is a relatively quiet road with the traffic noise only increasing slightly on the days when the ferry came in. A short walk takes you into the marine area with its restaurants, all good and we enjoyed walking back at night along the quays viewing the luxury boats moored up. The walk to the old town proved too steep in the 38* heat but there is a road train which does a round trip for 8e every 15mins. The hotel is clean, modern with superb pool. The front balconies are warm but in the shade and overlook the bay, an added bonus as while we were there it was Bastille Day and we had a ringside view of the fireworks in the bay! The rear balconies get the sun and overlook the pool and mountains.

Pleasant hotel close to the marina

We stayed at the Costa Salina at the start of a tour of Corsica. The hotel was clean and comfortable with a lovely pool overlooking the mountains. The staff were really friendly and extremely helpful and always did their best to assist with any queries for suggestions of where to visit etc. The breakfast was very good with a varied selection of hot and cold food. As we have travelled further we have realised just how good this hotel was - it is the best that we have stayed in by far!

This was an excellent hotel. The rooms were airy & very clean. The staff were very friendly & helpful. Whilst there are obvious reasons it is a 3* hotel due to lack of certain facilities, in all other respects it is as good as many 5* hotels in which my husband & I have stayed. I would highly recommend this hotel, with the added bonus of a lovely swimming pool & great views.

This hotel was just perfect for our travel situation, as a couple with a 1 year old kid. First of all, staff was extremely friendly, even when it came to those special needs that you have every now and then travelling with a kid. The room was prepared with a baby bed and other very useful utensils without specifically asking for it. Nota bene: we booked the afternoon the day before arrival! The pool is spacious, barrier-free and was never overcrowded. Even the pool restroom was equipped for baby needs. The little playground and garden are a plus, which our boy used a lot. Shades everywhere. Location was excellent. Very short walk from the harbour with plenty of dining options. Ample parking makes getting around hassle free. Rooms are basic and clean. Sea view is nice, of course its rather a view on a port and not on a beautiful beach. Breakfast was good, again with helpful staff. Never overcrowded. Especially the fresh fruit section was great, the rest was a good continental breakfast standard with an ok variety of food. A bit expensive for what it is, but not crazy in Corsica standards. Restaurant food was good as well. Baby chairs available everywhere. Another big plus is the self service area with microwave and cutlery, which was very handy when it comes to things like heating up milk.
As mentioned initially, for our needs the perfect place. Thanks to the entire team.

Accueil moyen et déco vieillotte a l’entrée. Pas a la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles !!! Nous avons fait des 3 étoiles bien plus accueillant et plus chaleureux et avec très belle vue!!!
Petit déjeuner correct mais sans le service ni le sourire, a peine un bonjour. Belle piscine tout de même et grand parking.

Troisième fois que nous séjournons dans cet hôtel et que nous sommes à chaque fois très satisfaits. La chambre confort est spacieuse et joliment décorée. La piscine est grande avec de nombreux transats et parasols. Un bar restaurant jouxtant la piscine permet de se restaurer le midi. Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux et peut être pris dans la salle ou dans le jardin .Cet hôtel convient très bien également à des familles avec enfants. Le personnel est très agréable et réactif. On y reviendra, c’est sûr !

Photos sur site bien plus flatteuses qu’en réalité. Hotel 3 étoiles et non pas 4, contrairement à ce qui est annoncé. Chambre très basique, établissement bien situé mais manque de charme et d’authenticité. Personnel à l’écoute et réactif. Trop d’enfants à mon goût qui parasitent le calme, y compris dans le jacuzzi qui est pris d’assaut ! Dommage 😂

Deuxième fois que l’on séjourne dans cet hôtel très agréable, neuf et bien situé. Facile d’accéder à la vieille ville de Porto-Vecchio à pied. La piscine est superbe ,très grande et aérée. Les chambres sont grandes et plaisantes. On peut regretter l’absence d’un restaurant le soir , mais il y en a beaucoup à proximité à quelques minutes de marche. Le petit déjeuner est convenable.

La chambre est spacieuse et confortable, 2 bouteilles d'eau offertes
Je déplore néanmoins le principe d'un petit déjeuné très cher (22€ - illimité) ou à 12€ avec nourriture limitée. Pour un 4 étoiles, c'est un peu limite à mon avis.
Tout le reste est très bien. Belle piscine, jacuzzi (manque un peu de bulles mais bien chauffée).

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans cet hôtel 4 étoiles, extrêmement bien placé à deux pas de la marina.
Nous avions choisi la formule familiale à deux chambres communicantes. Confort et espaces parfaits.
Le personnel est très attentif et serviable. La piscine est parfaite.
J’enlève une étoile pour la restauration qui manque de qualité, même si des efforts sont faits pour proposer une carte élaborée.
De très bonnes tables sont toutefois disponibles aux alentours.

Très bien situé, proche de toutes commodités. Chambre spacieuse, manque cependant un petit étendoir afin de faire secher nos maillots et serviettes. Accueil et service parfait. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la piscine pour nous détendre après une journée à l'extérieur. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.
