Endroit sympathique, bon rapport qualité - prix, bon déjeuner. Un peu éloigné - à pied en plein hiver - de Crans-Montana, de Crans-sur-Sierre et des remontées mécaniques, malheureusement le bus - entre arrêt Résidence Forêt et arrêt Télécabine - ne passe que 1 fois par heure (approx.).

Amazing staff

Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful and genuinely made us feel welcome. The women at the front desk helped us numerous times with deciding what local attractions to see. The only downside was the mattress to our bed was sunken in the middle and needed replacing, which made it difficult to sleep. The breakfast was decent, which is what we were expecting. The interior was clean, but a bit dated. Also, make sure you request a room with a view. We would definitely stay here again, especially if the mattresses are updated.

Great views of the Alps made this an easy choice.

We enjoyed our stay at La Floret, staff was helpful, but no dining on site in evening in early June for a Saturday, drove 5 minutes to Crans-Montana town centres and had some options open for a casual meal or a high end meal there. wi Fi working, no AC, and views from balcony was incredible , but limited signposts for the hotel or area added to our anxiety, as did finding out most shops in the town centres were not open on Sundays....breakfast and staff made up for the ‘neighbourhood shortfalls’.

Cozy room with a view and great service!

Very warm and welcoming staff from beginning to end. Always happy to help and was greeted with smiles every time I met staff. The views are breathtaking from the property. Yes, some might say the design is a little dated but the hotel has a fitting chalet charm. Good value for money and I will return.

Great location to the ski slopes

This hotel is conveniently located to the ski slopes, ski rentals and funnicular (tram that brings you from the train station). Hotel rooms are comfortable and cozy, staff was helpful, food was tasty and had a nice seperate lounge with bar to relax after a long day of skiing. The views from the terraces of the Alps was beautiful. Overall, highly recommend this hotel.

Up in the Alps

We stayed here three night as it was close to our daughters school. Transportation in this area is by funicular, so you need to plan your trips up and down the mountain. The views are gorgeous. The hotel is older, but has has what you need for a nice stay. There was a nice breakfast included. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I stay at this hotel for more than 25 years. I've been there with my family when I was a kid and I have lots of wonderful memories. The hotel remains exactly the same. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A great place to stay in Crans-Montana.

The Hotel ( Residence) should not have been open.
1 person who was there to help the guest. She, he did its best, but..
The room was in need for new carpet. I did not even want to walk in the room.
No save- refrigerator or cafe machine. No nothing.
I learned something, don't book in a hotel-Residence.

The hotel was convenient for our purposes and we were referred to this hotel by another hotel where we had previously stayed. Most of the hotels in the area were closed between seasons. We were comfortable except it was impossible to lock our room door, something we discovered our second night there. We were assured by staff that this problem would be remedied, but because it was Ascension Thursday weekend, it never happened. Because we were traveling with our sons, we were able to secure our lap top and ipad in one of their rooms. The breakfast buffet is good, but nothing special. Fresh fruit was limited to an orange or an apple. The bread selection was very good. As we checked out, the staff apologized again, but I can only assume their attitude was this is Switzerland and nobody was going to walk into our room unexpectedly. We would certainly consider staying here again.

Good Value in Crans-Montana

We stayed 8nts in Feb2010. Rooms are small but very clean. We would recommend paying for the south side which has a beautiful view. The staff is very pleasant and helpful – esp. \"Badjo\" who drives the shuttle - a good deal (20CHF per week) for daily ride to the nearest lift (Les Violettes). Hotel seems very close to the gondola but it is a steep climb.
The breakfast is good (fresh bread, croissants, boiled eggs, cold meats, cheese, yogurt, fruit, cereal, muesli). For 25CHF per day you can add the nightly supper (we didn't since we met friends each night and spent a lot more for restaurants). On the web it states that there is free internet and bottled water in the rooms. This is not so - the internet is pay-as-you-go (10CHF for 5 hrs) and the water bottles are 4CHF (a lot for a small bottle).
The staff was very accommodating when we left. We had to leave at 5 a.m. to drive to Geneva Airport (about a 2 hour drive away) and they arranged for a picnic breakfast the night before which we kept in our room fridge and ate in the car (ham and cheese sandwiches, bottled water and fruit). Nice touch.
If you bring a car be prepared for the fact that the parking, while free, is very limited. We were there during the busiest season and the cars were jammed together and had to be shuffled if anyone needed to get out. we just left the car parked for the entire stay and walked or used the free bus service.

End of Feb.'10 Adventure

The Hotel was very quaint and well kept. The staff was very accomodating, especially for my wife who had a skiing mishap. The staff gave her special treatment which almost made me want to be in a similar plight. The only negative is the parking garage. since the hotel can accomodate only a few, it was a carousel anytime you need to use your car. But the Hotel provided transportation to the ski lift, which made the circumstance minor. I would recommend staying for an enjoyable visit to the area.

Hôtel très bien situé, belle vue sur les montagnes. Le personnel très accueillant. Dommage pour le petit déjeuner il n'y ai pas plus pour un 4etoiles.
Le parking un peu petit heureusement qu'il y en a un autre un peu plus haut.
La chambre très propre et le lit et les oreillers rien à redire c'est parfait. Pas eu besoin de mon propre oreiller. Pour une fois.
Je recommande cet établissement.

Si vous aimez les expériences rétro non sollicitées, cet hôtel est fait pour vous.
Chambres et parties communes semblent n’avoir connu aucune rénovation depuis plusieurs décennies : moquette d’un autre âge, salle de bain fatiguée, interrupteurs fissurés et odeur de renfermé en prime.
Les couloirs sombres ajoutent une touche “film d’horreur des années 80”, sans le charme.
La literie, vieille et beaucoup trop molle, rend le repos particulièrement désagréable.
L’insonorisation est quasi inexistante : on entend les conversations, les pas et la vie des chambres voisines comme si elles faisaient partie de la nôtre.
Le tarif, en revanche, est bien moderne… et totalement injustifié.
À éviter sans hésitation.

Molto positivo come soggiorno,Hotel situato a Montana in posizione tranquilla,vicino alla fermata dell,autobus,quindi comodo anche raggiungere il paese.
Ero gia' stato a Marzo 2023,questo soggiorno conferma il mio giudizio positivo.
Le camere sono silenziose,dotate di cassaforte a chiave e sono molto silenziose.
Ideale per fare una settimana nel bellissimo comprensorio di Crans Montana ad un prezzo contenuto.
Molto gentile e disponibile il personale dell'Hotel.

Nous étions déjà venus dans cet hôtel il y a un an avec booking. Pour le même prix, nous avion eu une bien plus grande chambre, avec une VRAIE baignoire (ce qui n’était pas le cas hier).

Nous avions une petite chambre, avec deux lits séparés et une douche/baignoire.

Nous étions très déçus.

First time in Crans-Montana

Very cosy hotel, 500 m from the Violettes ski cabin; bus available but quite rare, though it doesn't take long to walk to the city center Montana (about 10.min) and Crans (20-25 min). Nicely decorated, vintage, with a warm winter holidays atmosphere. Good breakfast, comfortable bed, beautiful view from the balcony. The hotel offers tasty 3 course dinner menues at a very affordable price (for Switzerland). Saves you money if you don't wanna look for pricy restaurants that need to be booked in advance. Very nice and welcoming staff. I would come back.

Hemos pasado tres noches en este hotel , desayuno correcto , habitacion limpia , balcon super , vistas magnificas , lo unico negativo es la isolacion entre habitaciones , personal amable , recepcion super simpatica ( un ejemplo , hemos utilizado el sauna y a la hora de pagar nos lo han ofrecido gratuitamente ... bueno no se van arruinar por 15.- pero es un detalle ) , el sauna podias reservarlo y era privativo , sin personas desconocidas , solitos , lo hemos apreciado .
Tambien el hotel esta un poco fuera del centro , para nosotros no era un problema nos gusta andar , parking gratuito .... que decir mas , hemos pasado unos dias muy bien , tendremos un buen recuerdo de crans-montana.
Gracias por todo.

Angebotener Wellnessbereich war nur eine Sauna ohne Ruhebereich. Keine Liege, nichts.
Bei der Buchung wird das ganze Arrangement sofort der Kreditkarte belastet. Nicht so toll.

Alt, aber freundlich und sauber, Preis-Leistung passt.
Parkieren kann problematisch werden, wenn ein Event (Bspw FIS-Weltcup etc ...) ansteht. Unklarheit Covid-Massnahmen, obwohl keine Pflicht besteht wurden die Plakate nicht entfernt, Personal benutzt Masken weiter.

Nettes 3 Sterne Hotel in unmittelbarer Lage zum Skilift bzw. Busstation. Die Zufahrt liegt in einer Kurve und der Parkbereich ist sehr beschränkt vor dem Hotel. Das Frühstück ist eher unter dem zu erwartenden Durchschnitt. Schade, dass keine warmen Eierspeisen angeboten wurden - auch nicht gegen Aufpreis! Auch gab es nur Filterkaffee aus der Thermoskanne. Das ganze erinnert an die Landschulwoche aus der Schulzeit!
