We loved it, the girls at the reception were absolutely fabulous. Rooms aren’t super new, but very spacious, clean and comfortable. Pools are amazing and the breakfast was delicious.

Pros… the pools were great! Breakfast was subpar but if u went to the sister hotel next door “Majestic “ it was much better. Cons: they allow dogs at this hotel. we had a small dog yapping in the room next door at various times. Then there was a larger dog somewhere also barking. Complaining to management did nothing. Also if ure room is at end of hall the wi-fi is spotty if non-existent. The rooms and hotel was very clean, but the walls are paper thin between the rooms. For the price it was a good value in spite of the cons and the location was excellent for day tripping.

Totally lives up to its name.

This place truly lives up to its name. Set atop a mountain with amazing views, Each room in our party was well-thought-out and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff was great. Our only super minor issue is that we couldn't figure out how to turn down the heat so our room was a bit toasty and there was no tea kettlein the room for morningcoffee or afternoontea.

But the fridge and bathroom heated floor were bonuses!

Hotel Splendid?

We originally booked for Hotel Splendid (another hotel on the same complex) but when we arrived this hotel was completely unoccupied. We were then informed that we had been transferred to the nearby hotel Sporting! This information really should have been communicated by email in advance. A similar thing happened when awaiting dinner one evening - another guest informed us that dinner was being served that evening in nearby Majestic hotel. The hotel reception meanwhile had watched several of us waiting, and didn’t bother telling us! It is a shame because the accomodation, food, and facilities are fantastic. Clearly the management and running of this complex needs a overhaul

A splendid hotel!

A wonderful hotel for a very relaxing 'do little' holiday. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was absolutely spot on.Local town has everything you want, bars etc. Train routes for Venice and Lake Garda an easy ten minutes walk to local railway station.

We were booked in Hptel Splendid. The hotel wad empty. An employee took us to the Radisson next door and the clerk forwarded us to the Sporting Hotel. Pool area and bar nice. Restaurant good. Hotel is dated. Paint peeling on the outside; mold on the balconies. An odd orangish carpet with furniture from the 70s. Was ok for an overnight. Was an older clientele.

The devil was in the detail

We actually stayed in Hotel Sporting, which is part of the overall Radisson set up here. We were told it was an \"upgrade\" and so looked forward to it. The desk staff were very helpful and friendly and we got to our room assisted by the porter. Then we started noticing things; such as - the toilet was continually dribbling, the left hand sink (of two) only had hot water, the right hand sink had a crack in it. Then, we stepped out onto the balcony to view the area where the rubbish is stored and looked over our heads to see flaking paint and concrete just starting to rot.
The room itself was very good, the beds were comfortable but, as a couple, we prefer a double bed. Lighting and carpeting were appreciated, as was the spacious cupboard to hang your clothes.
While we thought breakfast was excellent and had a very good range of food, it was the evening meal that we struggled with and, I believe, the main issue for us was that the dinner staff don't speak English as this resort seems to cater for German and Italian clientele. Thus we didn't know bread was freely available and that we could have had vegetables with our main course for no extra charge. At one stage I also ordered some orange juice. My glass was taken away and replace with one half the size which was then returned half full. Indeed, I had the juice of one orange only.
The setting of the dining area was lovely, comfortable and clean. The swimming pools (3) were brilliant and heated.

Nice Spa hotel with sports activities

Great place for relaxing. The pool is excellent, the water is warm and there are several jacuzzis. There are tennis courts and a nine hole golf course.

NOT A GOOD BUSINESS HOTEL

Hotel is impossible to find as it is within a Radisson complex and is not signposted. When you do find it there are no reception staff and you need to go to the Radisson to check in - then return to the Splendid. The hotel appears pretty new and rooms are well appointed, but because it isn't fully staffed the breakfast is a buffet and poor quality. Location is very rural.

L'albergo fa parte di un complesso di tre alberghi dentro la stessa proprietà. Due condividono la stessa area piscine, mentre il terzo ha un'altra area; è cmq possibile andare dove si vuole.
Le aree comuni sono un po' povere e si notano i segni del tempo. La camera era abbastanza spaziosa, un buon bagno, pulita, ma anche qui si notano dettagli che denotano la necessità di una manutenzione.
La zona piscine molto bella, grande, e nonostante molta gente (accettano ospiti giornalieri), si stava bene.
In generale un buon albergo con terme e considerato il costo, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. La posizione invece è invece molto bella. Colazione nella norma.

Il personale e' molto disponibile e cordiale, specialmente al ristorante e le addette alle camere. La struttura e' piacevole, c'e molto verde, le piscine sono calde e grandi. La colazione e' varia e abbondante.
Non ho dato 5 stelle per la muffa che si nota sul soffitto della piscina interna e la polvere sul telefono in camera.
Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene, ci siamo rilassati e torneremo sicuramente.

Parecchi disagi: cimici in camera, nella stanza assegnata la portafinestra del terrazzo non si apriva impossibilita' di cambio stanza fino al giorno seguente.
Nella seconda camera assegnata tv e phon non funzionavano.
Le piscine termali hanno parecchi idro non funzionanti. Giro scale che porta alle camere molto sporco, cimici ed insetti ovunque.

Abbiamo soggiornato solo due giorni in questa splendida struttura scoperta per caso in occasione di uno spettacolo al Castello di Este, ma sono stati sufficienti per apprezzare la cortesia e l'ospitalità di tutto il personale. Noi siamo stati allo Splendid , la camera molto ampia e pulitissima, dotata di tutto, unica pecca forse l'arredamento un pó datato.
Anche la zona delle piscine termali confortevole, pulita e piacevole. I due ristoranti davvero ottimi, cibo di qualità e grande varietà al buffet degli antipasti, il personale di sala molto cortese e professionale. Colazione top.

L’Hotel Splendid è il terzo di un complesso come il Galzignano Resort. Avendoli provati tutti possiamo dire che esteticamente è il meno “bello” ma ha comunque camere spaziose con un bel balcone e tutti i servizi sono in comune con l’hotel Majesti. Rapporto qualità/ prezzo davvero ottimo

Alloggio pulito, soggiorno buono. Esperienza già fatta in precedenti soggiorni, migliorie dei servizi esterni riguardo docce. Piscine da ripristinare idromassaggi non funzionanti, grotte di sale più pulite, personale bagnini interno ed esterno presente, operatrici cure termali, fanghi e massaggi, TOP, cordialità da parte del personale ristorazione, receptionist e direzione sanitaria top. Consiglio il soggiorno ad amici, parentibe conoscenti, la location è mozzafiato, relax e pace regnano immersi nella natura accerchiati dai colli Euganei.

Mobili bagno scadenti con pezzi di legno mancanti o rotti. Formiche in bagno viste in piu giorni . Stipite della porta del bagno rotto , luce stanza ingresso bruciata. Troppo caldo di notte.
Nulla da dire per la colazione e i servizi termali e il parco per un 4 stelle che seppur datato mantiene efficienti. Migliorabile la manutenzione insomma.

Salve a tutti ho prenotato una domenica sono arrivato il. Pomeriggio le piscini erano svuotate se volevi fare un bagno dovevi andare per i pargheggi in accappatoi non hanno avisato e dopo tutto questa problematica non honno nemeno fatto sconto metto 1 stella perche 0 non esiste poveretti

Deludente, ma piscine ottime.

Brutta esperienza. In camera (ho il video) il quadro elettrico vibra, la maniglia per andare nel balcone è mezza staccata e in generale molte cose sono un po rotte/riparate male. ma sopratutto, non so se sia un caso sfortunato o no, lo staff del bistrot ci ha bistrattato.

La parte delle terme è invece condivisa con l'altro albergo del resort e mi è piaciuto molto, così come la vista dal balcone molto bella.

Ma non può succedere che lo staff ci fa accomodare per un toast e dopo 1h e mezza, anche se avevamo fatto presente che eravamo lì da tanto, serve clienti appena arrivati e noi ancora ad aspettare.
