We stayed at this property utilizing these spa treatments. Spa treatments were nice and property was clean. Included breakfast was definitely enough to fill you every morning. Was conveniently located beside train station so you could get to where you need to you need to go easily each day. Hotel was also able to arrange a shuttle from airport through a taxi service.

Next door to train station make travel to historic cities within 100 miles a breeze . This includes Venice, Bologna and many others. Mineral spa pools on site with 2 minutes literally access from each room until 11 PM. Superb vine and fruit in doors and out. Huge abandoned historic site next door station that is 3 - 5 miles.

Nice hotel only steps from the train station, yet surprisingly quiet when sleeping at night. The check in staff and restaurant personnel were kind and service-oriented. I really felt they cared about me enjoying my stay. I enjoyed my dinner and the waitress helped me make my selection. I went to the hotel for the thermal pools. They were nice but crowded on a Sunday. Lots of families. It was difficult finding a free lounge chair, but I did find one. The staff at the entrance to the pools are polite when you ask a question, but they don't elaborate. They don't tell you everything you need to know about the pools, like where the showers are or that you must wear a swim cap or that they even sell them! Oh, and you need flip flops. Other than that, I do recommend this hotel. It's clean, has good amenities, nice staff and my single room even had a balcony.!

Perfect Spot to Travel From
Hotel is in an ideal location. Near train station that will take you to Padua, Venice,and Bologna. Make sure you visit down the street the tourism office. They were helpful and they will sell you the Padua pass and they will give you ideas on what to do. We found this by accident. The hotel staff was nice but the hotel should have more in formation for people even to tell them to visit the tourist center. Montegrotto is lovely and the people were great. Would visit again !!!

Die Anlage selbst ist schön. Grundsätzlich würde ich das Hotel empfehlen.
Wir waren mit unserem 1-jährigen Sohn vor Ort, der natürlich recht früh schlafen geht und so haben wir es uns am Balkon mit einer Flasche Wein gemütlich gemacht. Leider haben wir nicht an den Flaschenöffner gedacht und als ich fragte, ob man sie mir öffnen könnte, wollte man für diesen Service 10€ haben. Empfinde ich als unglaublich frech und unverschämt dafür Geld zu verlangen und es legt über die sonst positive Erfahrung einen Schatten! Wenn man Kinder und ihre Eltern willkommen heißt, kann man auch hier entgegenkommen.

La camera che ho prenotato è era tutto sommato buona ma non di ottima qualità trattandosi di un quattro stelle, il bagno era piccolo con i sanitari “ a scartamento ridotto”.

La struttura è nella media, ogni servizio accessorio è a pagamento. Sauna .. non disponibile per capirci a pagamento , quando in tutti i stelle è libera. Sbagliato ben due volte la fattura!.. ci siamo trovati discretamente bene perchè la struttura è carina , ma non ci torneremo.

La struttura è vicino alla stazione, comoda per chi non vuol prendere la macchina, c'erano pochi giochi d'acqua e non c'era l'acqua gym nei giorni da venerdì a sabato. La piscina è aperta fino a sera tardi.

Struttura nuova, camere belle e confortevoli. Cucina come la colazione accettabile ma di gran lunga migliorabile per un 4 stelle. Personalmente in sala molto gentile. Non altrettanto quello della SPA. Che oltretutto è da pagare a parte per potervi accedere.

Ho regalato questo soggiorno a mio fratello e moglie che necessitavano una pausa da tempo. Ho caldeggiato loro questo posto dove sono stata più volte bene. Peccato abbiamo avuto un pessimo servizio al centro spa. Prenotazione royal spa persa nonostante confermata da almeno due settimane, un'ora di attesa forse perché trovavano il modo di liberarla per poi sentirsi dire che non era possibile accontentarli. Sono andati appositamente per quello. Peccato che non ci sia stato neppure un gesto di cortesia. La reception dell'hotel invece molto gentili ma non hanno potuto far nulla.

Hotel recentemente ristrutturato, camere piccole, in generale ben tenuto ma personale di sala in genere un po’ poco attento al cliente. Prezzo del late check out fuori da ogni norma, non ho mai pagato così tanto nemmeno in strutture di categoria superiore dove peraltro come utente gold ho avuto upgrade della camera e late checkout inclusi.

Esperienza positiva anche al tempo del Covid tutto perfetto. L’unico suggerimento che mi sento di dare è di mettere delle postazioni più comode nella zona relax della spa. In altre strutture infatti mi sono ritrovata con dei lettini nei quali potevi sdraiarti completamente e mettere le gambe in alto molto importante soprattutto dopo la sauna. Durante le vacanze di Natale vi è molta confusione, molti i bambini chiassosi ed il ristorante in cui si mangia gomito a gomito. La piscina è antiquata, ma gradevole. Il bel centro benessere è a pagamento ( escluso dalla prenotazione Expedia) e molto caro. Il mio soggiorno nell'hotel e' stato molto breve, quindi non mi è' stato possibile valutare molto i servizi offerti. La pulizia della camera era ottima, il bagno nuovo e di grandi dimensioni, buona la colazione.

La Spa a pagamento non all'altezza
Al momento del check in mi viene detto che la Spa non è compresa nella mia tariffa, cosa che non era specificata nel sito Hotels, ma che era invece descritta come essere uno dei nei servizi dell'albergo! Quindi come prima cosa ho effettuato il pagamento di 30€ in più per accedere alla SPA, che devo dire non essere all'altezza di un 4 stelle, con il bagno turco freddo e con a disposizione solo un asciugamano per tutta la giornata. In più l'acqua delle piscine termali erano \"fredde\", e infatti la cosa è stata segnalata al bagnino anche da altri ospiti della struttura.
Per il resto albergo molto pulito e cena accettabile. La colazione andrebbe migliorata!

Struttura veramente molto bella, per quanto riguarda la parte dell'hotel... sono molto soddisfatta, mi sono fermata un giorno in più. Il primo pomeriggio un pochino difficoltoso in piscina, avevo bisogno di rilassarmi ma c'erano molte api. Peccato. Tornerò sicuramente. Sono ben forniti per le persone intolleranti al glutine. Non ho visto la SPA ma per quel poco che ho visto dev'essere sicuramente bella. Nella stanza non manca veramente nulla. Un po fastidiose le lucine dell'antincendio vicine al letto.

Das überwiegend von italienischen Kurgästen besuchte Thermalhotel eignet sich wegen seiner Lage neben dem Bahnhof besonders für die Kombination von Besichtigungstouren (Padua, Venedig, Vicenza) mit Relaxzeiten im und am Thermalpool. Für Geräuschempfindliche empfehlen sich die Zimmer zur bahnabgewandten Seite. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist modern, zweckentsprechend und in gutem Zustand. Das angebotene Frühstück ist - entsprechend der unterentwickelten italienischen Frühstückskultur - nicht sonderlich reichhaltig, das Rührei scheint ein Instantprodukt zu sein. Das Abendessen dagegen ist üppig, insbesondere die Vor- und Nachspeisenbuffets. Von den Hauptspeisen haben uns die Fischgerichte am besten gefallen. Der Beginn des Abendessens ist offiziell auf 19.30 Uhr und damit für deutsche Verhältnisse ohnehin recht spät angesetzt. Tatsächlich müssen die Gäste aber noch etwa 10 bis 15 Minuten vor dem verschlossenen Speisesaal ausharren und dem allabendlichen Briefing des Servicepersonals zuschauen. Da ließe sich sicher etwas ändern.

L'hôtel est très bien ; la gare toute proche permet des escapades quotidiennes à Venise, Padoue et Vicenze. La piscine thermale est très agréable et plutôt plaisante question équipements et bains bouillonnants. Mais surtout essayer d'éviter les chambres côté train et côté rue. Même en ayant réservé (et payé) pour un côté jardin, nous avons eu une chambre donnant sur la rue. Par ailleurs, ce n'est pas le petit séjour tranquille dans un hôtel de famille. Plutôt les grands nombres, mais aucun hôtel dans cette station ne semble y échapper. Il faut donc noter que la qualité du service et la gentillesse des différents personnels toujours aimables et attentifs est d'autant plus remarquable.

Rapporto qualità/prezzo del servizio bar a lato piscina scadente per quanto riguarda i cibi del buffet e del menù. Meglio uscire e consumare i pasti all'esterno.
