A cama do quarto tem um tamanho excelente, e o quarto bastante espaço. O banheiro que precisa já de manutenção. O ar do quarto 3 também não estava gelando e passei bastante calor a noite. As piscinas são excelentes e a vista geral do hotel maravilhosa.

O hotel fica localizado numa região linda de Imbassai, a area externa do hotel é maravilhosa. No entanto o que deixa a desejar é a parte interna, quartos precisam de reforma, banheiros precisam ser modernizados. Café da manhã vasto, porém o jantar deixou a desejar, poucas opções e nenhum opção voltada pra crianças, e o pior de tudo foi passar minha estadia la sem tomar água de cocô, um hotel na bahia q não tem água de cocô chega a ser um crime.

Essa é a quarta vez que me hospedo no resort, as primeiras três vezes não era regime de meia pensão. A variedade do café da manhã era imensa e a estrutura da hospedagem estava mais conservada. Hoje o resort precisa de uma reforma urgente, apenas as piscinas e as áreas de lazer estão conservadas.

Chegamos por volta de 16h (horário de check in é a partir de 15h). Após os trâmites de balcão, fomos encaminhados a ao quarto e, para nossa surpresa, estava todo bagunçado, ainda dos hóspedes anteriores. Com duas crianças pequenas, providenciaram outro quarto. Entretanto, banheiro precisa urgente de uma renovação , assim como a pintura do quarto.

O único imprevisto foi que quando chegamos tinha reservado apenas um quarto com a cama de casal e éramos 03 pessoas. Enviamos mensagem por WhatsApp, pois o telefone não funcionava pediram para aguardar. Ficamos um tempo esperando e não resolveram logo. Descemos e o recepcionista que nos atendeu foi grosseiro com a minha esposa. Disse que já havia respondido no WhatsApp que iria colocar uma cama num espaço minúsculo que visivelmente se via que não iria caber( resposta ríspida). Saímos para almoçar no Hotel e ao retornar tinham trocado o quarto.

O hotel me pareceu muito confortável: boas camas, smartv grande no quarto, internet estável. As comidas do café da manhã e jantar estavam ótimas. Só lamentei a ausência de sucos incluídos no jantar - quem quisesse, deveria pagar por fora.
As piscinas são a melhor opção de lazer, além da proximidade da praia/rio. Mas ele não oferece tantas opções de lazer quanto outros resorts, principalmente se for um dia chuvoso.

Hotel incrível, com área verde vasta, comida boa e excelente atendimento. Super recomendo. Deixo uma sugestão, que tenham algum espaço fechado e coberto para dias de chuva, pois quando chove não tem opção de ficarmos nas dependências do Hotel, senão dentro do quarto. Molha tudo, especialmente as áreas de lazer.

Estivemos hospedados eu e minha esposa no período entre 30/11 e 05/12 e tivemos alguns problemas que, embora relatados no formulário de críticas e sugestões durante o check out, nunca recebemos qualquer contato justificando os problemas ocorridos, o que comprova o desleixo da administração do hotel. Sejamos justos, achei a comida ótima, saborosa e porção em boa quantidade. O hotel também tem uma ótima estrutura e conta com um bom e justo serviço de massagens. Quarto espaçoso. O serviço dos garçons do restaurante é péssimo, o pior que já vi em um resort. Eles não são proativos, você é quem precisa ir atrás dos garçons para fazer pedidos (ou seja, não precisa ter garçons no local!) Fui ignorado por um dos garçons, mesmo tratando os mesmos com cordialidade. Absurdo descaso. Por fim, embora o hotel tenha ótima estrutura e conte com várias piscinas, as mesas e cadeiras estão sempre sujas (cocô de passarinho ou restos de comida do cliente anterior).

O quarto a qual estava o ar-condicionado estava pingando, mal consegui dormir com a zoada do pinga pinga. A TV estava ruim, não pegava os streaming, ou seja, não consegui assistir Netflix e nem Amazon, além disso, a visibilidade da televisão estava com interferência, pois parece que o cabo da antena colocaram mal. Outra coisa, o vaso sanitário quando utilizei, precisava ficar segurando a tampa, pois se não ficava caindo, pro homem usar é ruim, tem que urinar sentado ou ficar segurando a tampa pra não cair. Além disso, com relação a janta achei fraquíssimo, antes era bem melhor, como uma terra como a Bahia não tem camarão no jantar, a massa que fazem lá sem gosto, pois não colocavam sal na massa.

Gostamos muito do hotel, da estrutura, instalações, quarto muito limpo e cheiroso. Área comum bem diversificada e tudo muito bonito. Escolhemos meia pensão e gostamos muito do café e do jantar porém só achamos pouca variedade, mas tudo o que tinha estava bem feito e gostoso.

O que realmente nos desapontou doi as condições geral do hotel, pessima ! JAnelas emperradas, brinquedos enferrujados e estragados, ladrilho das piscina soltando, cadeiras rasgadas no quarto. MANUTENÇÃO ZERO! Precisei de um cobertor , por 2 dias me foi dito que estavam sem pq nao havia chegado da lavanderia. No último dia, depois de muito insistir me ofereceam um trapo, pano velho sem embalagem ou nada do tipo...recusei e fiquei bem chateada! Não indico !

O resort precisa de uma reforma geral. Os quartos precisam de uma melhoria na estrutura física como troca das portas, limpeza das paredes e renovação da mobília. Na parte externa, achei as cadeiras perto da piscina bem desgatadas. O café da manhã e janta é bem diversificado.

A limpeza é muito boa o mesmo ocorre com a cordialidade dos colaboradoes. A estrutura do hotel é antiga precisa passar por uma reforma. Com relacao ao café da manha e jantar é fraco. Não tem muitas opções. Pouca variedade . Melhora um pouco quando o hotel recebe quantidade maior de hóspede. Poderia ter um som ambiente na beira das piscinas. O ar condicionado do meu quarto deu problema eles levaram 02 dias para arrumar, mesmo ja tendo tomando ciencia do problema.

A localização é muito boa, área de lazer muito agradável a piscina e legal mais tem que rever o horário de abertura porque as 10 horas é muito tarde não faz sentido para um local de férias e precisa fazer manutenção pois os azulejos da borda da piscina estão soltando. O café da manhã e o jantar muito bom, com variedade de comidas.
A estrutura do prédio é muito antiga merece mais cuidado. O que realmente me incomodou foi o banheiro muito velho, estrutura precária.
Espero que vejam essas avaliações e tomem providências urgente porque a diária não é barata.

O hotel está em um local privilegiado, porém está velho, precisando urgentemente de reforma. Meu quarto por exemplo, além de antigo possuía um porta muito difícil de abrir, daquelas portas antigas que a chave era um cartão metálica que você tem que enfiar na maçaneta para abrir. Como é muito antigo, era difícil abrir a porta e precisava de muita força.

Um bom hotel, mas não chamaria de Resort, Faltou a Turma da recreação e mais entretenimento. Check-out 12h sendo que a piscina principal e serviço é liberado as 10h ou seja tenho que esperar até as 10h para tomar uma Agua de Coco e correr para liberar o quarto. O Café e o Jantar também é bem mais ou menos... A Localização dele é boa, mas falta manutenção como por exemplo o deck até a praia.
