Staff is wonderful...breakfasr isnt bad give it 7.5 out of 10... rooms are wonderful we had rooms direft off the pool with jacuzzi... sitti g under stars at 3 am is peacful and so relaxing. The dree shuttle service to beach and mall is great... the people yiu meet are great at hotel everyone says ho tobeacubother and good morning. Verybhappybwith my choice we stayed 13 days others we met booked other hotels inarea trying them out but regretted it st time they had tobleave wished they could have stayed.

The shuttle service was fantastic. They ran until 9:30pm if you wanted to go to the night market that’s about 15 minutes away. Not a ton of food close to the hotel most things need a shuttle. But a very nice hotel

Good and quiet as we preferred, not too far from central by free shuttle they provide. There are restaurants nearby and in the hotel too. Location is next to Huahin Hospital. Inside the hospital also have local food fare, the food is good and affordable, and 7-11 is also by the hospital. Green Song Theo comes by so often, only cost 15thb during the day and 30thb at night if you don’t want to wait for the shuttle service. The pool and the greenery surrounding the hotel makes it quite serene to be around. The room is cleaned and spacious. The bathroom is spacious and modern. The shower has good pressure. The bedding is good and comfortable, not hard like some I stayed at. My husband and I planned to stay there the next time we’re in Huahin. Staff are wonderful. I was there as solo traveler, and I felt safe. If you’re looking for the same thing, then staying there is highly recommended.

Great hotel..good for family with baby. Big room with load of functional spaces to change the diaper and give the bath. One bemol is the provided cot without mattress. Delicious breakfast but can be better with a hot chocolat or hot milk.very clean, great Jaccuzzi and the location is perfect for us.

We had a great stay.. it’s not as fancy as it looks at the pictures but was nice and clean.
How ever we booked our room for 2 adults and a 4 year old and got only 2 towels and when we asked for one more they wanted to charge us which I found a bit rude.
Breakfast was average but filled the spot:)
Other than that it was quite good.

I think overall is okay for us. We had our stays at the room with Jacuzzi Deluxe. Buffet breakfast was nice, free shuttle to some attractions.
However we experienced two matters and I think the hotel should take this very seriously.
Firstly, the mattress has bed bug, we got bitten by bed bugs. Secondly, the ventilation of our bedroom has problem, we don’t smoke in the room because the hotel is smoke free premises and they have designated area for smokers. But we got warning letter from the hotel twice said that we smoke in the room. The funny thing is we went out early in the morning and back hotel at late night. We received the letter when we came back. Guessed there were other people smoke in other the room.

Loved my stay here, the pool area is an absolutely beauty, room is really clean, big, very comfortable stay, hotel staff service is awesome.

They provide shuttle service to Various attractions nearby. If you’re planning to explore Hua Hin night market, Hua Hin Beach Centre, market village, Plearnwan, you probably will save lots of money traveling back and forth. And the time of shuttle is rather flexible.

The fact that it doesn’t have a gym, does not bug me even a bit, given the choice I will probably swim in the beautiful pool.

Below my expectations for this hotel. The hotel is good but let down by staff the free shuttle bus service is poor and will abandon you unless you are thai and can ring them. The food is excellent and some of the best cooking i have tasted in thailand. I am disappointed with my room the air condition never worked properly despite it being one of the best rooms in the hotel.

I would have expected discount off booking but nothing will stay elsewhere in hua hin in future.

The location near with airport and the venezia. The facilities all okay in fact we received special deco in the room for our aniversary. The staffs can communicate in English. Greatest friendly people including meeting the Owner!!
But, Poolside 1st floor rooms charged extra 1,100 baht night.
Some rooms had outdoor jacuzzi Pools but this cost an extra 500 Baht night.
Breakfast was minimal and was the most needed improvement area of this Resort.
This resort is isolated and is 10 minutes ride into town by a mini bus.
Hotel price is of an average value for the inconveniences of breakfasts and isolation.

Checked in and went to our noisy room adjacent the main road, then put air conditioning on and it did not work. Also noticed that everything in the fridge was hot and they checked that and said yes it doesn’t work ! After they come to fix 3 times the aiconditioning and we were extremely hot ( including my girlfriend who lives in Thailand ) they decided to move us at midnight . Also the Wifi didn’t work at all and when complained there excuse was that everybody was using it . When we had to pack everything up and move to other room again the Wifi did not work at all including at 3AM when nobody was using it and did not work for the 4 nights we stayed there. It couldn’t even pick up the router most of the time so everybody be well aware that what you see is not what you get. The front desk girl cannot talk any English at all ( terrible for a hotel ) when everybody can speak English and she used her google translate to try to talk to you... how do you check in if your not Thai ? Shame on you Ayrest Hotel

The best thing about the hotel is the pool area, clever layout and very clean water and beautiful with the surrounding planting. The central deck could do with an update and new sun loungers as almost all were broken.

During our stay, there was an interesting mix of lustful couples on one side and families with young children on the other.

Please note that this is a NO SMOKING hotel (not even on the balcony, you can smoke in an area by the parking area). This was not made clear on the Expedia site and caused abit of an issue on check-in (it was a no cancellation booking) but the staff (Su) handling the issue managed to accomodate us. We had a pleasent stay, Thank you.

At first, they forgot to prepare the extra bed for us, but the staff was so nice and eager to provide the service as fast as they can. The room was nice and clean. It was a high ceiling room with a really really nice ceiling shower. The hotel was quiet, good for relaxing. It located a bit far from the city center, but they provide the free shuttle service to the market if you don’t want to use your car (cuz it was so hard to find the parking space near hua hin night market)

Value for Money, but service isn’t that fantastic

It’s hard to communicate with the hotel staff as they could hardly speak English.

The hotel is generally far from the town area, but a free shuttle service is provided to and fro the hotel (almost every hourly), which makes it quite convenient. However, you will need to call and make an appointment as there are limited seats. A possible improvement can be made is perhaps having a whatsapp/line so that it is easier for guests to communicate with the hotel staff on the change of time/location as there are 4 pick-up/drop-off areas at town.

The price of the hotel is very reasonable considering that the room is very big & clean. However, during our check out, we experienced some issues - we were collecting back our deposit, the staff told that we consumed their mini bar, which we did not (as there are stickers to show that it is payable). The front line staff went to check with the crew (which takes quite a long time) and we had a bus to catch. The service staff asked us to understand where she is coming from as the crew will have to absorb the cost if we don’t pay. Then who is understanding where we are coming from since our bus is departing at 10am and it was already 9.30am? The service crew came, looking at the papers they kept track and mentioned that we don’t have to pay. It’s probably a misunderstanding in the records as the crew seems lost in her own records as well, but the front line staff added that “she will bear the costs”.

Location is little far from downtown but they have free shuttle bus service from hotel to night market every 1 hour which Is good for us. Staff are friendly and helpful. Didnt find any tooth brush in the room so guess we have to call for that but i didnt call since i brought mine one. Room are clean. Over all is good as 4 stars standard. And pool view seem to be better idea than sea view since hotel not too close to the beach so you will only see the sea water from a distance which is little far for a great view.

The hotel was comfortable with friendly staff. a little way out of town but the hotel did provide a free shuttle service which ran almost every hour up until 10.20pm.
Nice pool layout especially if your room was located on the ground floor as there was direct access into the pool from your private balcony.
The rooms were kept clean, well equipped and excellent rain shower heads.
The Choice of TV channels in English were limited and no movie channels in English which was a little frustrating as to relax and watch a movie in your room is something on occasion we all like to do.
The breakfast was OK but fairly basic for the average Europeans pallet.
But all in all I had a good stay in a relatively quiet area.

We enjoyed our stay at Ayrest. The hotel staff are fantastic and always there to help. It is a bit far away from the action but the hotel runs hourly shuttles to the beach area or you can rent a scooter.
Honestly the only thing that can be improved is the breakfast buffet, food was always cold and coffee machine was always broken. We will stay there again on our next visit but will opt out of the breakfast.

Great Value for Money Hotel in Hua Hin

Hotel is not closed to the beach but is very convenient. Room space is much beyond many other hotels of the same price (48 sq.m). Decorations and facilities are perfect except the showering corner has insufficient partition to prevent splashing water while taking shower. Breakfast is great, with large variety and good taste. I paid very good price thru Hotel.com thus great value for money. Will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Hua Hin.

Very enjoyable , The staff were GREAT , Not only help the guests also help each other , Nothing is too much trouble and never ask for a reward, Watched one receptionist get abused by a guest for about 1 hour and was trying to explain , After the guest was found to be WRONG , No apology , No Nothing , She accepted it gracefully and carried on helping other guests , The restaurant could use a little up-date ??
