No hot water after 10:00pm, some of the staff not well trained, not polite, no good customer service. Internal phone lines to call reception is connected to internet, when service breaks down, you are on your onw in the room without phone access which is a safety hazard. Internet service is unstable. Not a good value for money, I would not stay there again.

The hotel is good, but the receptionist doesn't ask for the room number; she assigns rooms for disabled guests. They also don't provide many towels. The bar and maintenance staff are overworked, though they are very friendly. The breakfast staff in the morning aren't attentive and seem more concerned with room numbers and clearing tables. Otherwise, everything is fine.

The room had the lights by the door not working. At Check in they have me the ley to a used room that had not been cleaned. First time in my life this happened! After that, the key kept giving trouble at the elevator card reader.

Al desayuno solo una persona haciendo huevos como estaba lleno, tuve que esperar mucho tiempo y al final preferí comer algo mas. Al almuerzo no nos llevaron cuchillo de carne aunque había pedido churrasco y mi amiga solomito y mi amigo que pidio bandeja no le llevaron cuchara, cuando pedi a la mesera nos trajera una cuchara por favor su respuesta fue: ayy no me van a dejar ir, cosa que realmente no es mi problem porque no conozco los turnos de los meseros del restaurante y solo espero una buena atención de parte del personal sobretodo cuando fuimos muy amables, solo estabamos pidiendo lo que en un principio debían traer y no trajeron.
Por ultimo el wifi no es muy bueno en las habitaciones, pero no fue algo grave.

I thought it was an amazing experience. I loved the breakfast and the rooms were so clean. The staff was friendly and I really enjoyed my time there with my family. The only things I would improve are the surrounding area’s which are a little sketchy and how you have to pay for snacks in your room, but that alone isn’t enough for me to rate the experience less than 5 stars. Definitely coming back!

Beautiful Hotel in the chic part of town. The top terrace has a great view of town! Staff is very kind and service minded! The bathroom is spacious, the rooms are very comfortable, buffet breakfast is absolutely delicious with little touches from Colombian food! This is my 2nd stay and I will definitely go back next time I am in town.

Stayed many times here, staff and very helpful, rooms are excellent, spacious, breakfast provides usual Colombian offerings but good. The roof top bar is being renovated but the is a small bar on the ground floor that is very nice, the pool is still accessible from the roof but its always fairly cold as isa jacuzzi. They very kindly added an extra Wi-Fi point to allow better signal in my room which was initially awful, but they fixed it immediately, Close to shops and mall and good restaurants and café

Our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Our room had a few things to be fixed though, the bathroom door didn't close properly, the shower knob was loose and there were some towels missing when we first checked in. The staff was very helpful and kind.

We stayed for 3 nights in a mountain view king room. Beware if you book a superior king you will most likely be looking on to a fire escape and ac units, we payed extra for the view. The room itself is well appointed with all the amenities you need. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are on the roof with an amazing view. Breakfast was good, but dishes needed to be topped up as they were often empty. Dinner was very good. Hotel has three bars to choose from which were all very nice. Our big negative was Christy on reception who was unhelpful and knowingly tried to mislead us. Dealing with a complaint was difficult if your spanish is not great and the general manager failed to respond. Conclusion is we had an enjoyable stay at what is probably the best hotel in Armenia.

Good location with everything you need close by. The entire hotel and rooms are emaculate. Room was spacious, no issues with noise, and shower had lots of pressure and hot water. Breakfast was good considering included in the room - no complaints. All the staff in the hotel are all friendly and always willing to assist.
