Overall the staff was very kind and helpful - special shoutout to Ivan who always made the day feel special.

The location of the hotel has pros and cons: pros being the location itself, cons being the amount of noise around the property.

One big complaint I have is the fact that our room’s shower door did not close properly resulting in our bathroom being flooded every time we showered. We raised this concern with the front desk but never got a resolution.

I stayed at this hotel for 14 days . The staff is super friendly and helpful. It’s right next to the shopping mall and many places to eat around . Never needed to go to far there’s everything in the area and super safe . Love how clean the hotel is and the option to get everything room services including some laundry . I will definitely return . The best underrated hotel in the area .

Isa Victory was a great experience for us!!!!

I stayed 2 nights with my new wife and we loved the place. It is right next to a mall so we had easy access to anything we needed and we got lucky and was able to park in the main parking lot on site but there are only a few parking spots there so we loved our spot and did not ever have to make the short walk from their other parking lot. The staff who took care of the complimentary breakfast were awesome and we loved the breakfast both days!! We enjoyed the sauna one night and really enjoyed using that and the next night we used the roof top hot tub but that was just ok, it took 4 hours to heat up and the jets were not massage power but just barely pushed the water power but it was still a great atmosphere to relax on the roof and talk in the nice warm water! Overall, we both enjoyed the room and location and the staff were great!

It was a pleasure staying at this hotel in downtown Armenia. Really nice staff from front reception all the way through the kitchen and bar.

Tatiana, Viviana and Juan were very helpful, friendly, and respectful. Amazing staff!!

The room itself was big and comfort enough for me. They provide full delicious breakfast 10x way better than other hotel’s continental breakfast. I had dinner couple times at hotel and it was yummy!

I would definitely come back if I’m in town, there’s a Shopping mall nearby less than a minute, restaurants and bars. The place is only 35 minutes away from Salento, Cócora Valley and Coffee Park.

I highly recommend! Try out yourself, you won’t regret. Muchas Gracias!

I specifically stopped walked into the hotel three days before I booked a nonrefundable and I asked them specifically is your Jacuzzi going to be open or is it closed because of the coronavirus they said when you check in it will be open by then I said OK and I booked it the only reason I booked the hotel was because I wanted to relax for four days in a Jacuzzi then I check in and they tell me know it’s not open and they have never had planned to have it open I said why did one of your employees three days ago and I asked told me yes it will be open completely lying to me not very nice not reputable

Wonderful staff, friendly and welcoming. The suite was huge and well appointed. Breakfast (included) was delicious; the food was fresh with a nice selection of rolls and fresh fruit. The roof top jacuzzi and Turkish Steam Room were nice additions. We had a wonderful time!

The location of the hotel is wonderfulas it is located near large shopping center, restaurants, beauty salons, etc..
The rooms are comfortable, the bathroom is small but functional.
The breakfast was very good and the view from the restaurant is spectacular.
Bibiana at the front desk helped us a lot to celebrate my daugther's birthday.All the staff is very friendly and they are always smiling.
he only negative part was a lot of noise because hey were doing a remodeling n the terrace,so we could not enjoy this either.

We enjoyed our stay at Isa Victory Hotel and the staff were outstanding in every way, especially Bibiana at the front desk. She attended to our every need and made sure we were happy when there was a problem. The rooftop jacuzzi tub is relaxing after a day of hiking, and the breakfast buffet very good with made to order eggs. Great location for a trip to Salento and to any one of the many coffee farm tours in the area. Highly recommend!

The property itself is new and centrally located, across the street from some very loud bars and clubs. Staff is somewhat helpful. Good place to stay a night or two NOT more than that. If you’re looking to spend a week here in Armenia look elsewhere.

Upon checking in, I was told that I had to pay for the room. I told the lady at the desk that I had already paid. However, she still required another payment and told me that it was for taxes. I asked again to be sure that the taxes were that amount, and she confirmed. Afterwards, she gave me a room key and told me the floor and room name for the Junior Suite. My husband I went to that floor, and there was no room by that name. We returned to the front desk, and she again told us the same information. We told her again that there was no room by that name. So, she told us it was one of the names that we told her was on that floor. We returned to that floor, however the key did not work. We went back to the front desk, and supposedly she checked the room key and went to that floor with us. Again, the key did not work. We again returned to the lobby where she looked in the system again, and told us a different floor. She again accompanied us and finally the room key worked with the original name that she had given us. Obviously, we were a inconvenienced and tired by the whole ordeal. Additionally, later that day, we received a phone call that they had indeed charged twice for the same room, that one charge was cancelled, and we would need to pay the taxes upon checkout (which is the policy). There was never any apology, nor any type of gesture to compensate for the poor customer service nor errors on part of the hotel.

Get hotel on the main street in town.

My experience here was just great. I even had a problem with my air conditioner not working and in no time they got me in another room. The staff super nice as can be!! Very nice, very professional group of people. And they speak English too! LOL. I really enjoyed my time here and will definitely be back again soon. Like Feb or March. One last thing that caught my attention immediately was. This hotel was immaculately clean!! I huge plus for me. Come everyone and stay here. It's well worth it.

At check-in they did not recognize our reservation from cheaptickets.com, according to the manager the hotel did not work with cheaptickets. Because we had a confirmed prepaid reservation I called with cheaprickets in the US. After 40 minutes on the phone with cheaptickets the hotel found the reservation...... Both bad service from the hotel Staff as well as from cheaptickets, the 40 minutes International call is probably more expensive than the reservation itself. When we returned that evening the hotel put an apology note in our room with two deserts.

This hotel is very comfortable, staff is friendly and finding transportation is easy, the area es safe, there is a mall and pharmacy at walking distance, as well some restaurants. Breakfast is great, but, every day the same menu gets boring after a few days. in the morning a lot of noise comes from the upper floor restaurant. Walking a few blocks southbound, we found at cra 14 and Cl 10N the Lineas de Nazca restaurant, very good Peruvian food.

Great hotel that is very welcoming.

I arrived to this hotel without my checked bag from the airport. The airlines said they were going to bring it in at a later date. So I told the staff about my situation and they said they would take care of it. And they did, my bag arrived a couple hours later and was in my room with me ready for my vacation. I felt very comfortable staying here for a week. I got to meet and know the staff well and they were all pleasing to talk to. The servers at the restaurant were helped me decide what to eat because I do not know what Colombian food is. Everything was delicious. The beds were comfortable. The staff assisted me with anything I asked for. Very pleased.

Great Boutique hotel in the middle of Armenia

An excellant location in the centre of town, however, it was well insulated from any outside noise and disturbance. The room was fabulous, with a modern decor, furniture and ensuit fittings were of a high quality. The staff were very nice and recptive to my numerous questions (in English!)and took time to ensure I was satisfied. Breakfast / food was average, though, again service was explorary. Met my needs for a convenient location to exlore the beautiful surrounding areas. Would definatly recommend this hotel to any visitors to Armenia. Ciao, Paolo

An excellent choice in Armenia

The hotel is located in the city so if you are going to the EJE CAFETERO it might not be what you want. But having said that, if you don't mind a little driving to sites like the Parque Nacional del Cafe, Salento or Calarca, the hotel is a wonderful place. It is well located, with good restaurants in the area and (once you know the city) good access. The room I had was a suite, which was very big and comfortable. It was cleaned on a daily basis, with a large bath area and comfortable bed and room amenities. The \"wet area\" on the sixth floor was very nice, with a large hot tub to soak after a day of sightseeing and whatever you fancy. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was well serviced, with a nice menu. Breakfast, included in the tariff, was generous and nice.
Perhaps the only item to mention would be the parking lot (don't go to Armenia without a car). It is small and difficult to access, so better rent a small car rather than a large SUV. Overall, a wonderful place to stay in Armenia and the Eje.

Tuve mala experiencia en el Hotel, las camas muy incomodas, las almohadas ni se diga, peor de incómodas. Viaje con mi familia y tengo una bebe y no había agua caliente justificando que se había acabado el agua del tanque, en el desayuno simplemente responden que se acabo el jugo y que no hay más nada para tomar. Me pareció pésima la experiencia en este hotel
Además no tenían parqueadero suficiente en el hotel, te hacen parques a dos cuadras e ir caminando con una bebe de brazos y con un aguacero impresionante

Me metieron en el almacen de las escobas de Harry Potter en casa de sus tios, pero sin arañas. Una habitación interior, ¡Con ventana a la escalera interior del hotel! Hacia un calor insoportable con un aire acondicionado que no funcionaba. Una experiencia horrible. No avisaban que la habitación era interior, lo que considero una estafa.

El hotel con respecto al precio que pague fue decepcionante, hubo un día donde salimos y no nos hicieron aseo a la habitación. Cuando llegamos pedimos el favor que nos arreglaran y nos dijeron que si, a las dos horas no habían aparecido y llamamos y nos dijeron que estaban almorzando. Esperamos otras dos horas y no fueron. Después salimos y volvimos a decir y la respuesta fue que ellos hacían aseo hasta las 2:00pm lo cual no es culpa nuestra que no hayan ido en ese tiempo. Nos toco ponernos bravos y ahí si por fin nos hicieron aseo a la habitación. Teniendo en cuenta el precio que se pago lo mínimo es hacer el aseo a la habitación y no es justo que tuviéramos que pedirlo 3 veces para que subieran a hacerlo. La atención la verdad fue muy mala, no se preocupan por el cliente

CUIDADOOO!!! Una una noche se intento meter a las 10 de la noche alguien del hotel al cuarto con la excusa de que iba a revisar que si el cierto estaba vacío MUY EXTRAÑO ESTO y el susto fue terrible… ademas OJO el hotel NO TIENE AGUA CALIENTE.
Eso si está muy bien ubicado pero jamás jamás volveria
