First room they gave me had not been cleaned from the previous guest. The ‘breakfast bar’ had not been cleaned or restocked. There were no tea bags and a pot of leftover water that had not been heated. The bread was stale and there was nothing edible there. A.M. staff was cranky and the man even swore and made rude remarks about issues with the door swipe card. I could not get out of there fast enough.

We checked in and paid, went to our room and on seeing the condition of the room we checked straight back out and booked new accommodation. We lost our money, but we were happy to pay not to stay there!

Room was filthy! Blood and pubic hairs on the bathroom floor, crumbs and hair on the carpeted floor - it had not been vacuumed.

Furniture filthy, microwave not clean. Cigarette burn holes in the coverlet and something on the bed sheet - what, I do not know. We were told that the furniture was brand new this year … I think not! Wear and tear is acceptable and not an issue, but the furniture was filthy and feral.

We have stayed at Wyndham branded hotels before and have never had an issue. This hotel is not fit to operate under the Wyndham brand.

Very disappointed with this place starting with the staff standing outside the office smoking a joint with his buddies as I pulled up . He handed it off to a buddy and went in the office to check me in. Worried all night if my vehicle would be there the next morning with the first impression of the place . The room I reserved was not available when I tried to check in and they did not have another room with 2 beds. Due to the other hotels being full we had to take a room with a king sized bed in the smoking section. The bed itself was comfortable but the room smelled and was dingy. The breakfast lacked protein and was skimpy. The outside area was somewhat scary.

When we walked into the lobby there was a lady asking to use a charger and the guy behind the counter asked if she had a room, the lady began freaking out because she did not have a room. Then we get our room and outside is a car that had towels over the window and smelled so horrible. The room smelled horrible. The bed had a flat sheet as a fitted sheet. All in all I felt like the place was horrible and I will never make the mistake to stay there again.

The room was in very good condition, and very clean, except for a noticeable smoking odor when first entering the room. despite it being a non-smoking room with plenty of signage advising a fine for violation. I checked for signs of bedbugs and did not find anything.The free breakfast was very nice with your choice of waffles, bagels, cereal and more along with coffee and juice.

I go to the college in the city and booked the hotel for my parents for graduation. The hotel is a 4min drive from the college and 2min drive from downtown. The reception and staff are friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and clean and the breakfast was amazing. Overall, we were satisfied and don’t have any negative feedback!

Bed bugs in my room

Had bed bugs. After asking them if they had a bedbug problem prior to making reservation. Which they told me they had no bed bugs. Second night I was staying in the hotel found two crawling towards me and my bed. Went immediately to the manager/ on Duty personnel and showed them the two bed bugs. They moved me to another room. Spoke with the manager the next day and was told that I would get a refund for my rooms and I have not seen that refund yet.

It was unique in that there were skeavers all around and in the property......like an infestation. Sleep was difficult. So much so, that I stayed in a different hotel after the first night. Any review that claims this hotel is alright to stay in should be viewed with extreme skepticism. My advice? Do not stay here.

Very comfortable but had trouble with tv remote because of bad batteries and sink stopper was broken; both issues very annoying. Several spiders and webs on wall near ceiling. I choose this hotel based on needing a nearby location. I was not very familiar with the area and did not realize the type of clientele that would be staying there. The room itself was fine. It was fine for what I needed, which was simply a place to sleep for the night. But I have to say if I had seen some of the people coming out of those rooms the next morning I would have turned around and left immediately! There was a couple yelling and screaming at each other in one room along with other strange things. It was certainly an experience!

This was an inexpensive hotel. I expected the rooms to not be nice, but mine was very clean, had a great TV, Air was perfect on a 90 degree day and the staff was very helpful. I wouldn't want my family to stay there, however. There was a homeless man in the parking lot. There is an old abandoned barn next door that looks scary. And there's a bar that uses the parking lot. The expletives coming from the speakers could be heard as I was walking to my room. I made sure I double locked it in case any of the drunks came by my room.

This is conveniently located off of highway 30. Beds/pillows were comfortable enough. However, located next to a loud bar. Bedding had cigarette burn holes and stains. Toilet had cigarette burn and we were in a non-smoking room. Remotes didn’t work to the television but which meant only one channel to watch. Bathroom had mold. Breakfast was cereal, toast, or waffles but not enough room for more than three people to be in that area. We got what we paid for. Needed a quick place to sleep for a few hours but I’d never come back and I’d certainly not bring family.
