If you want the Hilton, go to the Hilton. There is nothing wrong with this hotel. It's a Super 8 so be realistic. It's clean, comfortable and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Parking lot isn't new but the only potholes (2?) were in the semi parking area. Overall a very pleasant stay and no complaints.
Chris
The room was moldy, I had to leave the room due to the mold since I am allergic to mold. Contacted for a refund, which the hotel denied. Drug invested area, cars parked on the road beside the hotel, pulled out lawn chairs and were drinking on the side of the road. Very un safe area and dirty hotel. I did not read the reviews, hope you do

Could use better breakfast. It looks like a really old hotel that needs remodeling on outside and new blacktop. Beds were clean. Couldn't use tv because wanted me to sign in. Had ask for wifi password.
Jason
Would stay again

Based on both the location of the hotel and the exterior with the crumbling parking lot strewn with multiple pot holes and the homeless shelter/ hostel next door and the dead-end street it sits on, you might second guess your choice to stay here. But looks can be deceiving and the inside of the hotel is nice and clean. The room I stayed in was clean and modern with space to spread out, a comfortable bed, big TV and bathroom with actual hot water in the shower (which is often uncommon in many hotels of this caliber).

The Super 8 needs a lot of renovation. Everyone is friendly. The parking needs a lot of renovation as well.
Kimberly
Hotel is a bit rundown. Very convenient location.
Ronnie
I booked a king room was given a double. When we got in to the room is stunk like mildew and mold. Outdated, for the price I should of known better.

Everything is just old and they are short staffed.

The hotel is very outdated, carpets are old, plumbing is barely working. Everything is just ancient and dirty
Mattress is saggy. The breakfast is simple, you get what you paid for.

Victor the Owner is amazing. He, and the rest of the staff do everything the can to meet your need and make your stay feel like you’re at a family members.
Teri
I star to clean it for them

Not a safe area
Eileen
First room they gave me had not been cleaned from the previous guest. The ‘breakfast bar’ had not been cleaned or restocked. There were no tea bags and a pot of leftover water that had not been heated. The bread was stale and there was nothing edible there. A.M. staff was cranky and the man even swore and made rude remarks about issues with the door swipe card. I could not get out of there fast enough.
Benjamin
Great staff, great room

The place was filthy.
I didn't even want to sleep in the bed.I brought my own blanket and pillow in to put over their stuff. Found a roach said something to management and they said, \"oh, but no bed bug, okay\".

There was not very many options for breakfast for the kind of money that is paid to stay there.. there should be more options...
Parking was fine
The room was clean in a way.. but there was nasty Food left in the microwave it was old there was green stuff growing on it so we didn't use it due to that
THE STAFF was great everyone was super nice there but they need to clean things better and look at stuff little better...

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Just a lot of door slamming at all hours.
CHRISTIAN
Staff were really friendly, but I found a couple bed bugs around. Unfortunately I couldn't give it a high rating...

Room was not ready, so they upgraded us and that room was ok. Stairs were a mobility problem. Sad breakfast. Run down property overall.
Alison
We checked in and paid, went to our room and on seeing the condition of the room we checked straight back out and booked new accommodation. We lost our money, but we were happy to pay not to stay there!
Room was filthy! Blood and pubic hairs on the bathroom floor, crumbs and hair on the carpeted floor - it had not been vacuumed.
Furniture filthy, microwave not clean. Cigarette burn holes in the coverlet and something on the bed sheet - what, I do not know. We were told that the furniture was brand new this year … I think not! Wear and tear is acceptable and not an issue, but the furniture was filthy and feral.
We have stayed at Wyndham branded hotels before and have never had an issue. This hotel is not fit to operate under the Wyndham brand.

Very disappointed with this place starting with the staff standing outside the office smoking a joint with his buddies as I pulled up . He handed it off to a buddy and went in the office to check me in. Worried all night if my vehicle would be there the next morning with the first impression of the place . Room was clean and bed was comfortable
Dayna
I wouldnt even go inside to check in because of the condition of the motel and drug dealing going on in parking lot.
Richard
Beds were clean and comfortable. Only two sets of towels for three adults provided. More available when asked for them. No security on WiFi. Unimpressive breakfast nook with limited offerings. We went elsewhere for breakfast.
Brian
Of course its an old motel. The rooms seemed like there kept neat, the smell of faint pot when checking in the lobby and in the room if thats a turnoff for you, but you get for what you pay for.
Katrina
Check in was quick and easy. The desk clerk was very nice. There were some stains on the top cover of the bed, but the sheets are clean. The vending area was a hassle. One machine only took $1 bills and the other only took quarters. The canned soda was not cold.
Chad
Filthy. Smelled awful. People appear to be living on ground floor.
Thomas
Floor had not been vacuumed
Susan
The room I reserved was not available when I tried to check in and they did not have another room with 2 beds. Due to the other hotels being full we had to take a room with a king sized bed in the smoking section. The bed itself was comfortable but the room smelled and was dingy. The breakfast lacked protein and was skimpy. The outside area was somewhat scary.
Thomas
It was satisfying to stay here
Natasha
Love this place
Kenneth
I liked the location and friendly staff.
Rena
Clean, friendly personnel. Truly a satisfying visit.

When we walked into the lobby there was a lady asking to use a charger and the guy behind the counter asked if she had a room, the lady began freaking out because she did not have a room. Then we get our room and outside is a car that had towels over the window and smelled so horrible. The room smelled horrible. The bed had a flat sheet as a fitted sheet. All in all I felt like the place was horrible and I will never make the mistake to stay there again.
George
Property had alot of trash everywhere and people where outside drinking and yelling past 2 am
Jarrett
First room we got had a sock on the floor, tv didn’t work and the toilet was dirty and couldn’t flush. Lady at the front desk was very nice and got us a different room. That room was much cleaner but the tv didn’t work in it either.
Kenneth
Better than expected, especially for Wooster!

I sleep late and rarely am awake before 10 in the morning. I only received a set of towels. And that only happened when I opened the doors. They said they would come back but didn't.
I called the front desk; she said it was \"full that night\". What BS!!! The parking lot wasn't full. So I only received the towels. I was very unhappy about the

I thought there was a spider in the shower, but it was just a hole in the tub shower head. Needs to be changed or cleaned
Tim
Very nice for budget priced travelers
Manager remarked that I have stayed with them before. It was kind of him. Nice room and accommodations for a very good rate.
Charles
Our bed had stains all over it. Properly was a bit run down. Besides those to things staff was nice and helpful and breakfast was good but cleaning needs improved
Jeremie
I was pleased with the property and staff great place to stay at !!
Jeremie
I was pleased
William
The dumpster was way over full old furniture and mattress and microwave sitting out making it look very nasty and dirty on the outside and not a very good choice of breakfast
Gerald
The room was in very good condition, and very clean, except for a noticeable smoking odor when first entering the room. despite it being a non-smoking room with plenty of signage advising a fine for violation. I checked for signs of bedbugs and did not find anything. The free breakfast was very nice with your choice of waffles, bagels, cereal and more along with coffee and juice.
Jason
Super Duper 8
Mr Patel and his staff were very kind. The room was much nicer than expected for the age of the property and the outside appearance. Soft beds and excellent bathroom. Almost designed for filming social media content.
Renita
Excellent

Room was clean. Breakfast was simple but adequate.
The cabinet fronts in the breakfast area were in need of a good scrubbing.

Never again
Next door was blood curdling screaming and beating walls until 3:30, I had to leave by 6am… so that was an expensive 2 hours of sleep.
Ben
They were totally out of coffee and milk.
Mark
Super 8's are what they are. Lower price. Lower quality. Only rap I've got on them is that this is the third Super 8 in a row where the soap containers in both the shower and at the sink were empty.
Ahmet
Carpets are extremely dirty
robert
Clean nice comfortable rooms close to town and stores
Ryan
Wasn’t as bad as other reviewers stated. Was a nice and quiet spot.
Christopher
Great staff! Very friendly
Ivy
It wasn't bad for the price
Christina
I really liked the people! So much friendlier than at Econolodge.
Jessica
Good for the price.
Great front service. When there was an issue the guy at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Decent rooms for the price, though they do need work and some TLC. Was kind of disappointed that during the 4 nights that we were there, nobody came to clean the room.
Ashley
The room had dirty towels and no tissue paper to whipe butts.
Joanne
One night stay
The young man at the desk was extremely polite and helpful
Nancy
We couldn't get the TV to work but Victor from front office personally came to our room and got it working for us.

Bath tubs look greasy and please don’t look underneath your bed if your phone falls there. Some reception staff are unnecessarily aggressive and not client friendly. Also, there’s the strange practice of holding your deducted money for incidentals for a good 72 hrs without any plausible logic.
Aymane
I go to the college in the city and booked the hotel for my parents for graduation. The hotel is a 4min drive from the college and 2min drive from downtown. The reception and staff are friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and clean and the breakfast was amazing. Overall, we were satisfied and don’t have any negative feedback!
Marlo
Better than expected
Room was refurbished and clean. If you are over 5’9 you are you standing under the shower. Jill who work night shift was SUPER awesome and such a wonderful person
Mona
Bed bugs in my room
Had bed bugs. After asking them if they had a bedbug problem prior to making reservation. Which they told me they had no bed bugs. Second night I was staying in the hotel found two crawling towards me and my bed. Went immediately to the manager/ on Duty personnel and showed them the two bed bugs. They moved me to another room. Spoke with the manager the next day and was told that I would get a refund for my rooms and I have not seen that refund yet.
Faye
There was food still in the fridge when we arrived and the television wasn’t working. The older lady at the desk had no answers. It was an overnight stay. Could have been a little better.
Robert
Older but well maintained hotel, doesn't look like it's that nice from the outside but rooms are clean, beds comfortable and shower excellent pressure and temperature.
Julie
The bed was sank in on one side, the microwave didnt work, the heater didn't work, the heat lamp in the bathroom didnt work (was told someone would come look at it and never did), and hair dryer didnt work.
Giuseppe
The surrounding area and parking lot were shabby
Brian
Called my room phone and woke me up at 1am for there mess up and no cable or wifi
Ray
Badly needs update, no breakfast
Heather
Staff was awesome!
Staff was wonderful and helpful!!! Props to them. Breakfast sucked!! Room was clean and in good shape. Need a heavier comforter though. Over all when put together it was Ok for the price.
Ann
Instead of asking, clerk took pic of me throwing my trash. I spent two days there. Don’t throw your trash away. Leave your room a mess. That’s was a behind the back act that got caught.
I left $10 for cleaner. Take a pic of that. Pissed me off

It was very convenient to our event and downtown. Price was good.
Breakfast could have had yogurt or eggs- a protein source.

Clean room, nice staff, and continental breakfast. Very reasonably priced.

It was unique in that there were skeavers all around and in the property......like an infestation. Sleep was difficult. So much so, that I stayed in a different hotel after the first night. Any review that claims this hotel is alright to stay in should be viewed with extreme skepticism. My advice? Do not stay here.
vickie
Very noisy, rooms were clean, has been updated. When someone else shut their door it was loud.
Jillian
Just needed a place to sleep. This hotel served that purpose

COFFEE
The only thing wrong was the fact they ran out of coffee
Alton
Decent hotel for the price. Could really use some remodeling bed was comfortable. Friendly staff. Room was mostly clean found some trash behind a bedside table.

1. Upon arrival, one of the three rooms was not clean, we had to take another room. The room was different from what we reserved, it only had one bed. We asked about the price, they stated that there were the same price.
2. In the breakfast area, observe a couple mice running around.

The bathroom smelled bad. Very slow shower drain and very bad bathroom sink drain. Seemed to be clogged. The fridge was not clean. Also, there was no separator between freezer and refrigerator and my fruits got frozen while they were on the lower shelf.
Robert
Soft bed good enough for a good bites sleep
Verified traveler
Needs some updating. Breakfast was barely there.
Eric
Great staff but that’s about it! The room was better but with strong cigarette smoke present although it was non-smoking. Did not have room service for five nights. The waffle mixture was too watery and I did not patronize their breakfast; Bob Evans became the alternative choice.
At the end of the day, I paid for what I earned: 2 STAR status!
