The only positive - that it is very close to the airports, and if you have a long layover it is convenient

Negative- very dirty, a lot of different insects, cork roaches spiders etc.. did not check for bed bags..

Booked this property via Expedia. Paid for the full booking at that time. On arrival out of staffing hours, it took about 45 minutes to check in and only due to the help of a kind resident. On eventually checking i was charged again for the room. Apparently the booking number with Expedia doesn’t work but clearly they know that as a problem and with no staff to help on site this caused a lot of anxiety after a day of travel not knowing if we would get the room paid for. So far, no response from hotel asking them to refund one of my two 100% payments made for a single booking.

Decent airport hotel, semi-staffed during the day. My room was a very decent size and comfortable enough for my one night. I didn't really use much else, but it's a good location for the airport.

I noticed that there was no air-conditioning \"to save the planet\", however that ignored the fact that there was a massive radiator on the wall that probably uses much more energy in winter than an A/C unit that can powered by solar. I'm thinking the hotel doesn't want to invest in A/C....

I liked that the rooms are clean, newly renovated, and that the staff is very polite and helpful. Especially Natalie: Thank you for your help re check-in. The check-in itself can have some improvement as the automated service with the help of an automate outside the main entrance does not work if you book via Expedia. All other bookings (outside expedia) work properly. The rest is much better than expected, especially as it is in walking distance from the runway. Thanks for having me! Ray

Pleasant stay.

Parking is convenient and free of charge. Room is big and spacious. Simple room but good enough. Coffee and tea is available in the room with boiler provided. Very near the MEM airport. Very convenient. A good option for hassle free stay. Breakfast is chargeable around 12 euros per person which is very reasonable. The reception staff are helpful and approachable.

Never heard about hotel after 15:00 on Sundays no one is around and if your phone is not working you are doomed.
After 24 h on road and not sleeping,locked door on a hotel where you booked room is last thing you want to see.
We were lucky walker by was nice and placed call to a personal who was just 2 min. away.
If you gonna run hotel business, 24 h reception should be available.
It is a bit pricey since we stayed at Novotel Munich for same amount who by the way has 24 h receptionist available 24/7

This is a good 3 star hotel with quiet and clean rooms and bathrooms. The hotel is conveniently placed at walking distance from memmingen airport. The breakfast is standard self service with limited options, and acceptable nevertheless. I had difficulty with checking in the hotel. The hotel has staffed reception only for limited hours a day and put of hours one shoud register with the kiosk outside the hotel for access to the room. The problem is one needs the booking confirmation that is not shared in Expedia s statement when I booked my room on the app. Please ensure the information is included for the future customers.

This is a good clean 3 star hotel in walking distance from memmingen airport. It has clean and quiet rooms and clean bathroom. The beds are too soft for me. The choice of breakfast options is limited and good. One point to be aware of, the hotel reception is staffed for limited hours a day. On arrival, you have to use the booking confirmation on the kiosk outside the building. The problem is that the booking reference with Expedia will not work. So, contact the hotel directly via email and ask them for the confirmation code of your booking. I have no idea why this information is not included in Expedia s statement when booking is confirmed.

Good hotel near the airport

We stayed here for one night during our short trip. Everything was fine, the hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is new and everything is in order. We will be happy to stay there again.

The automated check-in was a disaster. Arriving late (having notified the hotel beforehand) after a long journey the Automat did not recognise my booking number. Nobody was in the hotel. Finally another guest arrived who had the same problem. We called the number given and the gave us a code to enter the hotel, and then we had to search behind the desk for our room cards.
Needless to say there was no possibility to get a drink at the hotel.
It would be great if there were signs on the ground floor and the upper floors to direct the guests into the right direction to their rooms.
I had booked a single room because I only stayed from 10pm to 6am. The bed was a joke, it reminded me of a camping bed, it seemed to be much narrower than a standard single bed, and was seriously uncomfortable.
The only good thing of this hotel is the proximity to the airport Memmingen for the early morning flights.

If you have late check in be aware 3rd party booking confirmation numbers won’t work in the automated key system outside. The phone number on the box directs you to someone and they will help you get the key. Other than that I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again, and the walk to train station is not bad either

Arrived on Sunday and there was no one in reception. The automatic check in machine outside of the entrance refused to find our reservation by hotels.com reservation confirmation number. Luckily we had a phone to call someone who opened the door and came 1h later to get the payment.
Hotel does not have air conditioning (and it was a hot day) and no nets on windows (but moscitos and other flying insects). Apart of it very good hotel, perfect for overnight stay before the flight

Convenient stay near Memmingen airport

Have stayed here before so knew what to expect. Had a nice large round floor room. Its out of town, 10 minute walk from the airport so not much else in the vicinity. Its possible to get food delivered.

First of all, the hotel is far away from the city center, but all hotels in Memmingen where full, so that's the only place we could find. The room was big, so the bathroom, but the shower was very small in comparison to the rest of the space. There was some damage from leaks in the bathroom ceiling and some of the wall was chipping. The breakfast was OK, though boring since every day was the same, and they refill the stations continuously.
One morning the cleaning staff came early to clean my room and I asked them to come a little later to do the cleaning since my daughter was taking a shower and the simply didn't come plus they were not nice at all. I complained to the reception team and they sent a very nice lady. I think Customer Service in Germany is either non existent or really bad

there is no need to sleep in Memmingen to see it.

the hotel is very close to airport. by feet you can be there in 15 - 20 minutes. the staff was very helpful, they book for us a train and they gave us the room much earlier than the check-in time. the breakfast was very good.

We arrived late and we asked the lady at the desk to prepare us a take away breakfast, since our flight was very early[6:05AM] and she said I was very tired I need to go home soon. I expected a fair service since we paid for room with breakfast.

Llegue tarde porque se retrasó mi vuelo y cuando llegue no había recepción y no pude entrar con
mi numero reservación me pedía un código,
Había un kiosko y traté de contactar al numero que me aparecía en el kiosko y expedía y no me contestaron
Por la hora tuve que hacer otra reservación en el kiosko del hotel con cargo a mi tarjeta por 90 euros como me pueden ayudar tuve que pagar doble la noche de hotel gracias por su ayuda.

Good hotel, but bad room provided to us

We were given a room on the ground floor for disabled person (which we do not need), and for one person only even though we booked for 2. We had to make the other side of the bed ourselves and only had one of the free bottles of water. The room was next to the lift and very noisy. It was not comfortable.
