don,t spend a nigth in this hotel

the ladies in the front desk have to learn how to receive the customeers, they were rude & did give information about the hotel like: opening hours of the restaurant & the spa. we complained that the water in the shower don't run out. 3 days they did not fixe it. they do cleaning once in 2 days' the room was not clean - we put the sign of clening, they did not clean. one of soap bootle was empty- they did not replace a new one.......

An oasis of tranquility!

We loved our stay! Coming from a busy week of the beach vacation, the freshness of the air, million shades of green and comfortable and large room - was exactly what we needed to culminate our vacation.
The staff was very helpful and friendly and managed to turn a potentially unpleasant episode with forgotten drinks into a good laugh together!

It is a nice Hotel overall. I had a few strange encounters with staff e.g. the barman who did not want to get us tea - even we were the only guests and he had obviously nothing to do.Simarlaly the person in charge of breakfest on our 2nd day was everything but welcomming.

This was a last minute booking so didn't know what to expect. Reception staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean and comfortable with large rooms and mine had a fantastic view. while not a balcony, I could open the full size window to take advantage of the fresh air and view.

It is a nice hotel but the internet was the worst I've had the last 3 years doing this job and staying only in hotels. It took 1 hour to send an e-mail WITHOUT any attachment. I believe it is a nice hotel for relaxing and spa, even though I didn't use any of these swimming pool/sauna etc, but NOT for business in case you need good internet connection.

We randomly chose this hotel as a place to stop on our way back to Munich. It was very spacious and clean. We enjoyed the two meals we ate at the hotel. There were so many nice breakfast selections. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent location with little noise intrusion - despite being located so close to the town it felt like you were right in the middle of the countryside. Only downside was the massive Jacuzzi bath in the room I was in - there wasn't a proper stand up shower.

A Gem of a town, a great resort

If you want somewhere to totally relax then it has to be the Parkhotel Maximilian. Outstanding breakfast buffet and spa area. Getting there can be a problem - I used bus from airport to Memmingen, then 2nd bus to Ottobreun. Ideal if you have own car but as I was not in any hurry it was not a problem.

Non è richiesto che parli la mia lingua e tutte le lingue del Globo, ma l'inglese, almeno quello basico collegato alle procedure di chec-in.
E anche durante la colazione il personale sembrava un po' disorganizzato.

Liebevolle Dekoration.
Leider gab es keine Körnerbrötchen mehr, wurden auch nicht aufgefüllt.Reichliche Auswahl sonst.Das Abendessen war sejr lecker auch der dazugehörige Service.
Der Welness Bereich ist schön aber es befindem sich viel zu wenig Liegen im Ruhebereich.
Das Badezimmer war staubig und
in unserer Kaffezubehörbox waren Silberfische.
Als wir dies zurück gemeldet haben, kam nicht mal eine Entschuldigung aber es wurde notiert.
Insgesamt würden wir nicht wieder kommen

Das Hotel an sich ist mit seiner Lage, dem schönen Wellnessbereich und einem leckeren, frischen Frühstück sehr schön.
Das Personal war jedoch auffällig unsympathisch, kein Lächeln, überfordert, negativ - der Gast war eher eine Belastung.
Einige Beispiele können auf Wunsch genannt werden.
Aktuell ist es sicher nicht einfach, freundliches Personal zu finden, hier hat es auf jedenfall nicht geklappt.
Die äußeren Umstände überzeugen uns aber, wieder zu kommen.

Zimmer würde nicht gereinigt, kein Klopapier, keine Kosmetiktücher, keine Handtücher ausgetauscht, Karte vom Wellnessbereich funktioniert mehrmals nicht, beim einchecken falsche Zimmernummer geschrieben / genannt bekommen. Personal beim Auschecken arrogant, desinteressiert und in keinerlei Hinsicht hilfsbereit. Angestellter reagiert nicht auf die Kritik.

Sehr gutes Hotel

Eigentlich habe ich mir geschworen, nie wieder zu Best Western zu gehen, wegen eienr Erfahrung in der Türkei. Dieses Hotel hat mich jedoch positiv überrascht. Einzig dass Kinder nicht in den Wellness-Bereich dürfen und dass es sehr wenig essensauswahl am Abend gab waren ein Minus. Das Frühstück war top und auch die Mitarbeitenden sehr freundlich.

Modernes und großzügiges Zimmer im Nebengebäude. Wir haben eine Nacht verbracht und ein Wellness Hotel gesucht. Der Poolbereich (außen) wirkt lieblos. Die Saunen im Wellnessbereich werden auch auf Nachfrage nicht voll aufgeheizt (nur 70 Grad in der 90 Grad Sauna). Service im Restaurant ausgesprochen nett und zuvorkommend! Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel, jedoch erfüllte der Wellness Bereich unsere Erwartungen leider nicht.

Nous n avons pas été informés du fonctionnement de l hôtel. N avons pas eu de peignoirs ni de slippers. Nos clés n ouvraient pas l accès a la piscine, salle de sport ou spa. De plus nous avons informés qu un adulte n etait pas là nois etions 9 avec 5 chambres (dispatchées dans tous l hôtel) et nous avons été facturés 10 petits dejeuner et 10x la taxe de sejour. Par contre le service au petit dejeuner est top et les alentours de l hôtel egalement.

If I was only rating the hotel room, I would have given it 9 out of 10. It was spacious, well maintained and clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower was good which is a rare find.
The only thing lacking was a light above the mirror in the bathroom.

Check- in was digital and easy.

Breakfast was, however, a bit disappointing. For a 4 star hotel at this price I would expect a larger selection. Also, the warm dishes were cold.

So all in all, I would give the hotel a solid 8

Gutes Hotel für ein Spa-Wochenende

Das Hotel ist grundsätzlich völlig in Ordnung. Das Essen im Restaurant sowie das Frühstück waren sehr lecker und der Preis in Ordnung. Das Zimmer war neu renoviert (Nebenhaus). Der Wellness-Bereich ist ausreichend und umfassend.
Was total unverständlich ist, dass es zwischen dem Badezimmer und Schlafraum ein Fenster hat, welches man nicht abdecken kann (Fehlkonstruktion). Bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwarte ich, dass wenigsten ein Wasser auf dem Zimmer inklusive ist und nicht Euro 3.50 extra kostet. Schade
Ansonsten hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.
Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und ideal für Spaziergänge

Leider war um 16:00 keine der Saunen & Dampfbad in Betrieb, obwohl wir gegen 14:30 an der Rezeption gesagt haben, dass wir gegen 16:00 in den Wellnessbereich wollen. Es hat dann gut 45 min gedauert bis 1 Sauna & das Dampfbad aufgeheizt waren. Sehr schade, da wir extra in diesem Hotel wegen des Wellnessbereiches übernachtet haben.

Eigentlich ein sehr schönes Hotel, aber von einem 4 Sterne Hotel erwarte ich weit mehr, als uns geboten wurde.

Am Empfang und der Bar sehr freundlich. Personal beim Frühstück größtenteils unfähig.

Zustand/Ausstattung Hotel allgemein:
Gemütlich, sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand

Zustand/Ausstattung Zimmer:
Sehr gemütlich und in sehr gutem Zustand. Nur die Duschtür war undicht.

Sauberkeit Zimmer: Tipptopp

Sauberkeit Bad:
Tipptopp bis auf die Dusche, da sollten auch mal die Ecken gereinigt werden.

Bett: Sehr bequem. Gute Kissen und Decken.

WLAN: Sehr gut

Frühstück:
Am Sonntag sehr gut, am Montag wurden schon, obwohl Frühstück bis 11 Uhr, um 10 Behälter nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Nach Butter musste man fragen.

Pool:
Nicht beheizt, obwohl so beschrieben. Treppe ins Wasser in den Ecken sehr schmuddelig.

Parken: Ausreichend kostenfreie Parkplätze vorhanden

Lage & Umgebung: Wir waren nur im Hotel, das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig im Grünen

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: Nicht gerechtfertigt

Positiv: Gemütlich, eigentlich sehr gutes Frühstück

Negativ: Pool nicht, wie beschrieben, beheizt. Personal wirkt teilweise lustlos und ungeschult. Eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer kostet 3,50 €. Restaurant hatte Sonntagabend zu. TK Pizza in der Bar kostet 13 €. Unser Room Service wurde vergessen. Frühstück am Montag wurde schon ab 10 Uhr nicht mehr aufgefüllt (Frühstück eigentlich bis 11 Uhr).

Et skønt ophold/rejsestop

Vi havde en enkelt nat her på vej hjem fra Italien.
Alt spillede max. og vi nød den gode restaureret til middagen, super god morgenmad, hyggelig bar og ikke mindst et skønt værelse med dejlige komfort, herunder gode senge (efter 2 uger med hårde senge). Personalet er meget serviceminded. Kan absolut anbefales.

Wir waren für 2 Tage da quasi als Last Minute Trip und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage am Park und trotzdem ist das Zeitraum fußläufig zu erreichen, TOP. Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig nur wir hatten Pech und eins mit Badewanne aber für unser Alter noch okay. Das Frühstück Buffet sehr abwechslungsreich und frisch. Das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend außer die Dame aus dem Wellness Bereich, einfach an Gästen vorbei laufen ohne zu Grüßen ein No Go und das mehrfach!!
Die kleine Bar gut ausgestattet und nette Bedienung. Der Pool war kalt aber es ist ja auch ein reiner Außenpool daher vollkommen normal. Ja es gab auch eine Baustelle aber am WE gab's hier keine Arbeit. Rundum ein gutes Hotel im Allgäu und nach den Sanierungen sicherlich noch besser.

Punkte Abzug nur wegen der Badewanne und der unfreundlichen Wellness Dame.

Sehr schönes ruhig gelegenes Hotel im grünen. Tolle Saunen. Aber leider ist der Spa Bereich noch nicht fertig. Zimmer sehr groß. Aber das Zusatzbett ist sehr hart. Für eine erwachsene Person nicht geeignet. Frühstück sehr gut.
