I was disappointed in the standard of the room for paying over $250 per night. The coffee pot had a left over coffee pod in it. Makes you wonder what else wasn't cleaned. The security door to the parking lot in the rear of the hotel wouldn't close all the way. So no security keeping strangers out of the hotel after hours.

I just needed a room for an outdoor conference I was attending so I wasn't looking for fancy, just basic. This hotel was just that...basic. Nothing horrible, just a lower priced hotel that wasn't overly clean or comfortable. It served my purposes just fine for a two day stay.

I wouldn’t know about the Mountain View, or if the Wi-Fi was fast. I also couldn’t tell you about cleanliness other than the lobby because that is as far as I was able to get. I booked the room last minute online because I had sick children while we were traveling that wanted to get out of the car and have a bed to sleep in. We didn’t get into town and to the hotel until 11:15 p.m. Went inside to check in and the desk was closed with a glass window, it was dark, and there wasn’t an employee in site. Tried using the phone on the counter to call “0” like the paper suggested to get help, and the phone directly across the glass started ringing. No one ever picked up, no one ever came to check us in. We looked up and down the halls for anyone to help us and still didn’t see a single person. I also tried calling the hotel number from my cell phone to see if that would get an employee and the same phone across the desk rang and rang…in the end I tried the 800 number for Wyndham to try to get help from them and I also couldn’t get anyone to pick up on that line. By this time it was almost 12 a.m., trying everything we could to even check into the hotel that I booked and was already charged for. I didn’t pay to be stuck in the lobby in the middle of the night with sick children in the car, and multiple attempts to try to find an employee. We ended up leaving to find another place to stay last minute. Never had such a terrible experience anywhere else. Still out $152 days later.

The room was clean. The linens are old and in need of replacement, but appear to be clean. The plumbing lines were reversed, hot was cold, in the shower and at the sink. The faucet at the sink is newer and in good condition but is loose and misaligned. The room had an extremely strong fragrance smell? Not sure what that’s all about but apparently there for a reason. It was an okay stay but won’t stay there again unless there’s improvements.

Disrespectful, Inaccessible, and Disheartening

I hardly know where to begin. The price of this room was outrageous for what we received, and the disregard for accessibility was unacceptable. No guest—especially one with disabilities—should ever feel their well-being is an afterthought.
My friend and I were in town for a funeral with her elderly service dog. I was in an air-boot, using a cane, dependent on oxygen, and made specific accessibility requests weeks in advance, asking for a first-floor room unless an elevator was available. Despite this, we were placed on the second floor. With hunting season filling every hotel for miles, we had no alternative. This forced my friend to carry her large, elderly dog up and down stairs repeatedly—physically exhausting and unsafe for both.
The room itself was worn but not filthy, yet the bathroom was unacceptable, with years of neglected grime on the tub and walls—clear evidence of poor upkeep and cleaning.
The only saving grace was the compassion of the check-in manager, who offered to refund our stay and even carried my oxygen concentrator upstairs. His kindness could not outweigh the property’s failure to honor accessibility requests or provide safe accommodations.
This stay was not just disappointing, it was disheartening. Accessibility is not optional, and disabled guests deserve dignity, not disregard. This property failed in nearly every respect.

Horrible Hotel - Do not stay here

This place was a dump. The room was in bad need of repairs. it was noisy and it was definitely not wort the $212 rate i paid. I'd rather sleep in my car. The place was over run with French visitors and they took up all seats during breakfast. I had to stand to eat. Pathetic. I am done using Hotels.com if this is waht they have to offer.

Don’t stay here!!

I’ve never reviewed a hotel because of time and just a feeling that it wouldn’t matter. This time I had to!!!
Spent almost $500 for two nights and expected something better than a dump!!
Room was small and not close to clean. The faucet on the bathroom sink ( which was in the main room and not even the bathroom) was so loose I thought it was going to fall off!
There was toilet paper stuffed in the door peep hole and we were never sure if the main door was even closed completely. Dirt in the corners everywhere and shower head was terrible. Refrigerator wouldn’t get cold and the carpets were nasty!! What a waste of two vacation nights. Worst ever at the price of a 4 star hotel!!!

Room had some maintenance issues - bedside lamp and outlet didn't work, bathroom sink didn't drain at all, shower flooded the bathroom no matter how the curtain was pulled, and the hair dryer was loose from the wall, causing a shock hazard with the soaked floors. There were stains on shower curtain and chair. Employees were kind and the hotel was quiet but felt very overpriced for the room provided. Breakfast was short but food was fine, better signage or info at check in would be a good addition.

Staff was always pleasant & helpful. Older building. The fan/light in the bathroom made noise the whole time it was on. We were in a room with a king bed & there was a wall light right above the side of the bed I slept on & kept hitting my head on. Seemed like there was probably a queen bed in there at one time.
The towel rack by the sink was very low on the wall so only place towel could hang was on the sink counter. Fairly quiet, only 1 night we heard people in the next room. We were comfortable & the price was reasonable.
