Lots of amenities in a senior adult hotel. Although the breakfast buffet was good, the overpriced dinner buffet with watery frozen vegetables and few options was a real disappointment. Not to mention the buffet was picked over within the hour We walked to town for the remainder of our dinners. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

Really enjoyed our stay. Very nice spa and fitness room. The breakfast was the best. Convenient location to walk to the city center. Check in was a negative. Receptionist failed to inform us that luggage can be brought in at the reception desk. We drove to parking lot and found it to be a long uphill struggle to get our luggage to the back door

Hotel is very nice inside. Top class. Hotel food is better than typical hotel food. Breakfast was awesome. English was spoken at reception which was useful. Did not know how all of the spar stuff worked - but a lot of people were using the facilities. Good location. Was not too far from town and local restaurants. Room rate was good. Would stay again.

Essen, Zimmer, Saunabereich, Schwimmbäder, Umgebung, Personal etc.: Alles allerbestens. Absolute Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Das war nicht mein erster und nicht mein letzter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel.

Zimmer war ausreichend groß. Man konnte die tägliche Zimmerreinigung aussetzten und bekam dafür einen Gutschein für die Lobbybar. Leider kam die Reinigungskraft um 8:00 ins Zimmer gestürmt um den Gutschein abzugeben. Da sollte man sich eine andere Lösung einfallen lassen, den ich habe noch geschlafen.

Das Hotel ist auf einer Anhöhe und man muss etwa 10 Min. zur Innenstadt laufen. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es genug. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und das Hotel wie auch der Spa- Bereich ist ziemlich groß.
Die Gäste sind vorwiegend älteres Publikum die hier auf Kur bzw. zur Erholung da sind. Am Frühstücksbuffet gab es lange Schlangen da sich alle auf die zwei Kaffeemaschinen stürzten. Das sollte man etwas entzerren.

Von aussen keine Schönheit und innen ein Juwel. Ich finde es ist das beste Hotel in Bad Kissingen. Leckeres Frühstück, toller Wellnessbereich, schöne Zimmer und so viel mehr. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich bin immer wieder gerne dort und kann prima entspannen. 👍👍👍

2 nuits réservées dans ce bel hôtel très bien tenu, confortable et calme. Je n’ai pas profité de tout ce qu’il offre puisque c’est avant tout sa situation géographique et son côté pratique pour se rendre au salon « Abenteur & Allrad ». Petit déjeuner fabuleux.

Richtig schönes Hotel top sauber und top eingerichtet! Einzig Wasserkocher (Tee/Kaffe) und ein Kühlschrank haben im Zimmer gefehlt. Wir hatten extra in ein Deluxezimmer (höchste Kategorie) investiert … schade, ansonsten war es aber super! Sehr ruhig und tolles Frühstück und Parken und Spa!

Das Hotel ist ca. 600m von Fußgängerzone, Promenade und Kurpark entfernt. Durch die Lage am Hang sollte man gut zu Fuß sein. Ersatzweise kann auch der vom Hotel angebotene Shuttelservice zur Fußgängerzone genutzt werden. Die Innenstadt bietet mit der Promenade viele Einkehrmöglichkeiten.
Es ist empfehlenswert immer die Karte(n) mit der Kurtaxe bei sich zuhaben, da manche Veranstaltungen damit bereits bezahlt sind.
Zur Anreise ist ein Navigationsgerät notwending, da die Einbahnstraßen und Verkehrberuhigungsmaßnahmen sehr anstrengend sind.

Für den Preis zu empfehlen
Das Hotel ist in einem guten Zustand. Es war St ein Tagungshotel, was sich an der Lautstärke beim Frühstück erkennen lässt und sich auf die Verfügbarkeit der Produkte beim Frühstücksbuffet niederschlägt. Die Auswahl ist ok, aber deutlich einfach gestaltet. Für den Zimmerpreis ist das aber durchaus angemessen. Das Einzelzimmer war ansprechend gestaltet, die Qualität der Matratze unterdurchschnittlich. Leider wurde fast unter meinem Fenster am Morgen angeliefert, was mich nachhaltig wach gemacht hat.

Die Wände sind aus Pappe, man hört alles und jeden, auch mit Oropax. An erholsamen Schlaf ist nicht zu denken. Außerdem sind die Matratzen VIEL zu hart. Ich weiß echt nicht, warum immer gefühlt H4 Matratzen genommen werden. Zusätzlich kam Wasser beim Tritt auf die Fliesen im Badezimmer raus. Schimmel willkommen! Frühstück zudem nur bis 10.00 Uhr! Klientel ausschließlich Rentner.

Nach einem zügigen check in - bei dem allerdings versäumt wurde, sich unseren Impfstatus nachweisen zu lassen- wollte man uns mit einem nicht klimatisierten, extrem kleinen Zimmer im Altbau abspeisen.
Zum Glück war dort ein Eckventil im Bad defekt, Wasser trat aus.
Nach unnötig langem Hin-und-her gab man uns dann ein sehr schönes, klimatisiertes Zimmer im Neubau, was so auch unserer Buchung entsprach.

Der Service am Abend im a`la card- Restaurant war sehr gut, di Speisen ok.
Beim Frühstücksbuffet wurde man satt, aber mehr auch nicht, also nichts Besonderes.

Vi har nydt et dejligt ophold, hvor man bliver taget godt imod. Flere kan endda forstå og tale noget engelsk og vi vil især gerne takke Svenja (tror vi nok hun hed), for en rigtig god service.

Ein schöner Schwimmbadbereich
Ich habe einen Malkurs in Bad Kissingen besucht und brauchte eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit. Wichtig waren mir das Schwimmbad, hat mir gut gefallen, und ein vorhandener Parkplatz. Es hat mich gestört, dass man sich alles am Frühstücksbüffet selbst holen musste. Ich finde es angenehmer, wenn die warmen Getränke serviert werden.

Waren schon das 2. Mal hier ... und bestimmt auch nicht zum letzten Mal. Wellnessbereiche und Spa ist sehr schön gestaltet, fühlen uns immer wohl. Wir hatten dieses Mal aber nur Frühstück gebucht, das Abendessen (Buffett) fanden wir letztes Mal nicht so schmackhaft. Aber sonst alles super!
