Die Sauna und das Schwimmbad waren sehr schön. Das Wasser der Dusche im Zimmer hat nur getröpfelt, mit duschen hatte das nichts zutun. Frühstück Ansicht ganz gut bis auf den Kaffee dieser ist extrem schlecht, so ein Jacobs Automat aus dem nur Instant Kaffee kommt.

Some rooms only accessable by stairs

Apparently, standard rooms are on an intermediate floor only accessable by stairs. Not horrible but inconvenient. Staff was very helpful in porting our luggage to our rooms. So it all worked out.

Tendenz fallend!!

Wieder einmal im Frankenland, daher weiß ich, dass die Basis-Zimmer bereits in die Jahre gekommen sind. Ich hatte vorab um ein Zimmer gebeten, welches sich nicht im EG befindet und habe eins erhalten, welches sich im EG befindet!!! Wer lesen kann... Eine \"Anerkennung\" als Stammgast gibt es dort leider auch nicht! Bis heute hat man es nicht geschafft, in den \"einfachen\" Zimmern etwas lichtundurchlässigere Vorhänge anzubringen und das Mobiliar etwas aufzufrischen.
Die Saunabereich ist weiterhin gut, wenngleich auch dort ein paar Defizite inzwischen zu erkennen sind.
Sehr Enttäuscht war ich über das Abendessen in der Frankenstube: zunächst einmal gibt es eine überarbeitete Karte, mit teils deutliche Preiserhöhungen. Ich bestellte das Schnitzel Wiener Art mit Bratkartoffeln. Das Schnitzel (wirklich selbstgemacht???) war braun und trocken und die Bratkartoffeln dafür quasi noch roh. Auch der 2. Versuch, das (TK?) Schnitzel besser zuzubereiten war kein Erfolg. Reinfall PUR, für inzwischen sehr viel Geld!!! Auch beim Frühstück passt es nicht mehr so: das Rührei sehr braun, die Spiegeleier quasi noch roh, die Nürnberger Würstchen kalt...
Bisher habe ich das Hotel NUR wegen des Saunabereichs gebucht, die Zimmer wären das Geld nicht wert, dass Essen war die letzten Male noch ganz gut UND günstiger!! Aber inzwischen überwiegen die Nachteile immer mehr, so dass ich nicht weiß, ob ich zukünftig dort noch Gast sein möchte.

Schönes, super sauberes Hotel. Einzigartiger Wellness-Bereich mit großem Innen- und Außenpool, verschiedenen Saunen, Sport-Schwimmbecken und Fitness-Bereich.
Sehr gutes Frühstück. Zwei gute Restaurants.
Perfekte Lage des Hotels mitten im Ort, wenige Minuten zum Kurzentrum.

There was no air conditioner or even opportunity to just have fan going for air circulation in the room. We did prop open the terrace door but that reduced our security since we were on the ground floor

Dieses Mal leider nicht OK!

Wie immer, buchte ich das Hotel auf meiner Durchreise hauptsächlich wegen des SPA Angebots.
Checkin wie gewohnt freundlich und zügig.
Die Standardzimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen, aber recht gepflegt.
Leider war diesmal die Finnische Sauna defekt, so dass die Gartensauna entsprechend voll war. Zudem war diese ebenfalls nicht voll funktionstüchtig und wies lt. Personal nur eine Temperatur von knapp 70°C auf. Somit wurde der Hauptgrund meines Aufenthaltes nicht erfüllt. Sehr schade…
Ansonsten passte aber alles.
Abendessen und Service in der Frankenstube perfekt, das Frühstück wie gewohnt gut.

Good spa and excellent staff

Staff were excellent although very busy as the hotel was heavily booked for a local event, which could have been anticipated. Rooms a bit tired and corridors in need of TLC but pool and spa facilities excellent and very clean. Somewhat overpriced for the quality.

The hotel was advertised as being air-conditioned. When I arrived and they gave me my room I came to find out that the only rooms in the hotel that were in fact air-conditioned were the more expensive suites. When I expressed my surprise and disappointment I was not satisfied once again. For starters I would remove the part of their advertisement as being air-conditioned as it is not. Had I known I would’ve stayed elsewhere

Great location. Friendly staff. Only negative is whilst we stayed in a non smoking room our neighbours were smoking on the balcony which drifted straight into our room. Too hot to close the door as no air con in rooms. That said we would stay again. Superb pool!!

good breakfast & location but no air conditioning!

The hotel is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The room was clean, nice bathroom, breakfast buffet was good, with a large selection. The worst part of my stay here was there was no air conditioning in the hotel room and very little in the rest of the hotel. It was in the 90+ degrees F and so hot and stuffy! They gave us a fan but Overall I would say it was a bit overpriced for what get.

Mein Economy-Zimmer war zwar nicht mehr zeitgemäß, dafür zweckmäßig - aber das war mir bewusst und ist beim Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis OK. Hauptgrund für meine Hotelwahl war, wie immer, der schöne Saunabereich. Leider wurden im Vorfeld kommunizierte Wünsche (nicht EG + Zimmer Richtung Fitnessraum) erneut nicht beachtet. Da fühlt man sich als Stammgast nicht ernst genommen... Allerdings schien es Probleme mit dem Wasserdruck zu geben. Duschen im Zimmer war so gut wie unmöglich, aber auch im Saunabereich kam kaum noch Wasser aus den Duschen. Zudem scheint es seit längerem Probleme mit der Wasserqualität zu geben, da immer noch überall Hinweise zu finden sind, dass das Wasser sehr heiß sein kann. Auch im Zimmer ist weiterhin ein Wasserfilter am Wasserhahn zu finden. Ebenfalls sind seit längerer Zeit die Erlebnisduschen im Saunabereich defekt. Das Abendessen hat sich zum Glück wieder verbessert, auch wenn das Schnitzel \"Wiener Art\" einen untypischen Beigeschmack hatte - schwer zu sagen, woher dieser kommt... Das Frühstück war, wie immer gut und vielfältig.

Sehr schönes Hotel, zentrale Lage, Parkmöglichkeiten in der Tiefgarage gegen Gebühr, reichhaltiges Frühstück von 7-10 Uhr , sehr schönes Innenbecken + sportschwimmbecken, die Zimmer sind sehr schön gross jedoch Matratzen zu weich. Badewanne eher unnötig Dusche wäre ausreichend. Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

5 Star Mitarbeitende

Wir waren innerhalb kürzester Zeit zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel und sind sehr herzlich empfangen worden. Die Mitarbeitenden im ganzen Haus machen hier den Unterschied.
Der Spa-Bereich sucht seines Gleichen. Hier kann man hervorragend ausspannen und den Alltag vergessen.
Die Zimmer sind groß und tiptop sauber. Allerdings hätten wir uns bei dem Preis zumindest separates Duschgel und Shampoo und eventuell auch eine Body Lotion gewünscht. Hier gibt es nur die Einheitsflasche.
Das Restaurant haben wir diesmal nicht genutzt, weil es für uns Veganer sehr wenig Angebot gibt. Das ist leider auch beim Frühstück so. Es gibt 15 verschiedene Sorten Wurst und 10 Sorten Käse, aber keinen einzigen veganen Aufstrich. Auch Hafermilch gibt es nur auf Nachfrage. Selbstverständlich sind wir mit dem Rest des Angebots (Obst, Margarine, Brot, Marmelade, Gemüse) satt geworden, aber für ein 4-Sterne-Wellness-Hotel sollten diese Sachen berücksichtigt werden.

tolles Hotel, das keine Wünsche offen lässt

Ein tolles Hotel, das sehr zentral in der Innenstadt gelegen ist. Die Zimmer sind groß, gemütlich eingerichtet und blitzblank. Auch das Badezimmer ist gut geschnitten und hat genügend Ablagemöglichkeiten.
Hervorragend ist der Spa-Bereich mit Innen- und Außenschwimmbecken, gemütlichen Liegezonen und Gastro.
Es gibt mehrere Restaurants, bei denen man zwischen Buffet und A la Carte wählen kann. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr vielseitig, wobei hier leider ein paar vegane Varianten fehlen.
Das große Plus sind aber die Mitarbeitenden, die sehr herzlich und aufmerksam sind.

Das Hotel war sauber, freundliches Personal, hat einen schönen Wellnessbereich, liegt zentral, das Essen war gut. Das einzige nicht ganz so schöne war, die Zimmereinrichtung, die war etwas \"altbacken\", aber dafür zweckmäßig. Fand ich jetzt aber nicht so tragisch, da ich mich eh nur zum Schlafen, Duschen aufgehalten habe und dafür war es völlig ausreichend.

Der Flammkuchen war eine Katastrophe für 15 absolut trocken und eingebrannt, ebenfalls das Jägerschnitzel, vom Schwein für 21 Euro, war geschmacklich auf dem eines Neubert Schnitzels vom Möbeldiscounter. Die Zimmer waren sauber, jedoch befand sich in den Mülleimern noch Müll. Check-out wurde von mir auf Late Departure gebucht und bezahlt, jedoch nicht auf die Karten übertragen, weshalb ich im Bademantel in die gut besuchte Hotellobby durfte um das zu klären. Angebot auf Vergünstigung aufgrund der Unannehmlichkeiten wurden nicht unternommen. Um ehrlich zu sein mag ich das Hotel trotzdem Recht gern, ich war aber halt einfach Recht enttäuscht, ich kannte es vor paar Jahren anders und hatte trotz der Unannehmlichkeiten und des schrecklichen ala Kart Restaurants dort einen guten Geburtstag.

キッシンゲンの夏音楽祭に行く方へ。バートキッシンゲン駅から徒歩で10分かかりませんし、多少の坂を除いてはほぼ平坦な道です。また、コンサートホールも歩いて5分ほどで行けます。部屋に冷房はありませんが、夜には20度以下に気温が下がりますので、窓を開けて換気すれば問題ありません。

Es hat sehr gut bei Ihnen gefallen.
Das Zimmer war großzügig, sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am Frühstück gibt es nichts zu bemängeln alles was das Herz begehrt war da.
Gut fanden wir auch die Nähe zum Kurpark und der Innenstadt und trotzdem war es sehr ruhig.
Besonders gut hat uns auch der Bade- und Wellnessbereich gefallen, eine Superanlage!
Wenn wir wieder in dieser Gegend sind, buchen wir bestimmt im Hotel Frankenland.

Vieles war sehr schön. Und wir hatten insgesamt eine tolle Zeit.
Die Abendveranstaltung am Samstag mit \"Rumtata-Musik\" fanden wir drei Freundinnen allerdings sehr furchtbar. Es war überhaupt nicht unser Musikgeschmack, aber es war leider im ganzen Hotel zu hören.
Über 3 Stunden lang. Wir hätten gerne in der Bar gesessen, um uns zu unterhalten. Das war nicht möglich.

Die Lage zur Innensradt und den Kuranlagen ist hervorragend. Bei früheren Besuchen wurde ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage zugewiesen, was hervorragend funktionierte. Jetzt muss man sich selbst einen Parkplatz suchen, was bei der Größe einzelner Parkplätze nicht
immer einfach ist. Beim Frühstück gab es zu meiner Verwunderung, im gegensatz zu früheren Aufenthalten, letzter Aufenthalt im Dezember 2023 keinen frischen Obstsalat mehr sondern Obstsalat aus der Dose. Das ist nach meinem Dafürhalten für ein Vier Sterne Haus kein Renomee. Soviel zu Kritik, ansonsten ein schöner Aufenthalt
