They never changed the reservation to the 16 and 17 of January as requested and never sent a confirmation number after phoning the motel three different times. Nice to have someone who speaks English I can understand. Last time I stayed there they made mistakes, so I cancelled the reservation, Very poor service.

Parking was plentiful but cannot access from other than main door unless you have a key. Key card would not open doors and this makes it inconvenient getting to and from parking lot with bags. The hotel has been remodelled and is very nice. The \"cabin\" decor is just what I like. I loved the fact that my room had a wood stove smell to it, and the little \"fireplace\" was nice. Hotel should have some recycle bins. There were none anywhere. Breakfast was OK, but not fantastic. Eggs were crusty on top as they had been there a while.

All in all it was not bad I have has much worse. A few minor improvements could be used such as fixing the toilet handle as that was loose, putting stripping or something on the bottom of the entry door to the door as there is a major gap there. The staff was not there for check out and not was to let them know I wanted to check and had I question on my way out.

The rooms have been updated. Unfortunately the room we stayed in had a window that went no where, it was boarded up from the outside. So we had no natural light at all coming in. There was only 1 overhead light, a light on the desk and one in the bathroom. The pictures showed 2 beside the bed but we did not have them.
The floor was a bit sticky in spots, as the glue was coming thru the cracks in the floor. The bathroom had paint in the trim. This room was not ready to rent out yet. I really wanted a hot tub after a long trip, unfortunately it was not in service and it was one of the reasons I chose this hotel.

Our stay was for 2 nights, a Monday and Tuesday so not a weekend and not a holiday but the pricing was $189 for Monday night and $299 for Tuesday night. An increase of $110 or 58% overnight! I missed this when I made the booking so my bad there, but if this isn’t price gouging I don’t know what is. I understand the concept of yield management but this is nothing short of taking extreme advantage of the customer.
My point is, if you are booking this property be very aware of this.

Cute hotel, not my cup of tea
The clerk couldn't find my prepaid reservation, even though I handed him a confirmation that the hotel had sent. He then re-charged me for the room and I had to get him to back those charges off my credit card. The breakfast did not look nice, so we chose to eat elsewhere. The sheets gave my husband hives.

Was a very cute place based on the pictures. Once inside the main entrance was in great shape. The rooms were good but the hallway and the windows could use some updating. Overall was happy with our choice

Room was clean and in good condition but there was no window, and no closet or wardrobe to hang up clothing. The TV was not plugged in and we had to move the dresser in order to plug it in. The hot tub was out of order. Breakfast was mediocre - muffins and one of the hot offerings was out and not replenished while we were there.

Stayed with my child and had a mixed experience. The hot tub was out of service, and we found a pile of ants in the first room. Staff denied it, and no compensation was offered. The second room had broken fixtures, no toiletries, and a dirty cloth in the shower. The pool was fine, and one staff member at breakfast was friendly. This hotel has potential, but right now it feels neglected and run-down.

The rooms are tiny but clean. I suggest bringing your own pillow if you can. They're old and chunky. Bed was comfortable. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Some of the rooms don't have windows, so I suggest specifically asking for a window if you want one.

The gentleman at the front is very nice and pleasant. The rooms are clean and spacious, bathroom is small but beautifully set up. I forgot to mention at leaving their was not shampoo or soap in dispenser. We carry our own but they should be checked daily

Check-in was at 3 but didn’t get a room until 5. The bar and restaurant onsite were closed and we were told they won’t open until some time next month. Second time staying here. We were surprised at the decline.

Check in process a disaster!
The check in process was a disaster, the front desk clerk after 20 min attempting to check us in, gave up and asked me to have a seat while he helped others in line. After we finally got a room key only to find the room was still dirty and this was after 4pm. They gave us another room but the whole process toke over an hour and they refused to do anything to compensate us after paying $185 for a simple room. We will go to Super 8 next time!

The staff had customer service skills. Lack of acknowledgement when entering or waiting for them. No guidance on where our rooms were.. it was disappointing. The room was nice however, clean and the large soaker tub was fantastic. I stayed two nights and likely wouldnt be too happy if i had to stay there again.

Double booked our room but it was revolved. Coffee in lobby broken down. Washroom in lobby dirty with non-functioning sink & empty soap and towels.

Excellent! Staff helped bring bags up few stairs to room. No elevator. Hot tub blocked off as undergoing restoration. Pool large, clean. Both deep and shallow. Would happily return to this Inn!

This hotel is under construction in some rooms. The sports bar was not open…the ice machine had no ice. The rooms that we booked were SO dark…they definitely need more/better lighting. The beds were comfy. The bathroom amenities (shampoo etc) were really nice. Free breakfast was good. In my opinion, this hotel is highly over-priced.
