Lovely hotel quiet and staff very good

The staff at this cozy hotel were very friendly despite my Italian being very bad. Linda was amazing at the front desk. I had to shorten my trip a couple of days & they were incredibly understanding. The dinners were fantastic and despite the town being relatively remote, everything was very accessible. I would certainly consider staying here again!

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti nella suite Beethoven, la stanza è molto grande e ben pulita, anche se lo spazio a disposizione non è sfruttato bene. Arredamento un po’ datato (anche se nello stile di montagna), il lavandino era scheggiato e la vasca “Idromassaggio” anche lei un po’ datata e con il problema che quando ci si faceva la doccia usciva tutta l’acqua sul pavimento in quanto il “box doccia” non era ben aderente.
Ora vengono i problemi per noi più importanti:
-la stanza non ha il climatizzatore… capisco che è un hotel di montagna, ma il caldo di questo agosto 2023 era davvero insopportabile, abbiamo dovuto tenere le finestre aperte tutta la notte
-il bar è aperto fino a tarda notte, si sentono urla e schiamazzi delle persone anche con le finestre chiuse… fastidioso
-l’accesso alla piscina è permesso solo a chi è munito di cuffia (non c’è scritto da nessuna parte su Expedia che la cuffia è da portare), ne abbiamo acquistate due al costo di 4€ cadauna
-il prezzo è abbastanza coerente con il servizio offerto, ma la suite non ha nulla di una suite… eccetto il grande spazio a disposizione
-colazione nella norma, brioches molto buone il resto così così.
Il personale comunque è gentile.

Hotel vecchio, tutto è rimasto come agli anni 80’. Ho soggiornato in una doppia comfort ed era davvero piccola, con bagno bruttino degno di un 3 stelle, mai ristrutturato, non sicuro dei 155 euro pagati per la camera di un 4 stelle. Buona la colazione e carina la spa, ma in generale basso rapporto qualità prezzo.

mi è stata data una camera con due letti singoli uniti, scomodissimi ed essendo in due appena ci si muoveva per cambiare posizione si creava un buco in mezzo tra i letti.

Questo grande e grazioso hotel vanta di una spa con 3 saune ed un bagno turco, una piscina grande con idromassaggio e la palestra. Il ristorante offre ottimi piatti. Il prezzo dell'hotel non pè elevato, considerando i servizi che offre. Ci tornerò, esperienza fantastica.

Siamo stati in questo hotel in occasione dei mercatini di Natale. Situato nel paese di Montagnaga l'hotel offre una piccola spa è una piscina aperta 24 ore su 24 da non perdere!!! Ottima la cucina a partire dalle colazioni (da provare il frullato di mele) con pranzi e cene dove si assoporano i piatti tipici del Trentino.Personale cordiale e disponibile. Da tornarci sicuramente!!!!

Era il 2 dicembre ed ho scelto l'hotel per i giudizi su expedia. Dovevo recarmi a Trento. È un po' fuori mano ma la qualità complessiva mi ha fatto superare il tempo per arrivarci. Deve essere bellissimo sia con la neve che in estate. Fortunatamente io non ho trovato neve ne ghiaccio. Molti i confort previsti gratuitamente. Molto accogliente e con un rapporto qualità prezzo molto elevato. Arredamento tipico di montagna con legni a vista e coperte patchwork. Di effetto tipo baita tirolese. Bagno con molti \"accessori\". Accappatoio e ciabatte per andare in piscina. Devo dire in definitiva un esperienza molto positiva.

Bello e tutto ad alto livello!!!! un'oasi ti relax e tranquillità in uno splendido hotel, dove tutto è curato, e piacevole, personale, camera, cucina. da provare assolutamente. unico piccolo neo, l'assenza di personale, nel centro benessere, ma visto il periodo in cui abbiamo soggiornato ( primi di novembre), si può accettare......saranno stati in ferie, prima della folla di dicembre!!!!

we hebben genoten van een hotel dat terecht als romantik hotel door het leven gaat, het had ook een silence hotel kunnen zijn. het was een hotel van uitstekende kwaliteit mede door zijn restaurant en onbeperkt toegankelijke welnessvoorzieningen.het personeel was vriendelijk. het einige aandachtspunt was dat men alleen italiaans sprak. in deze tijd is dat een beetje weinig , zeker voor een hotel met zo'n allure. dik tevreden hebben we verbleven en zijn we vertrokken.
