I do feel that I need to mention that in the family suite the WIFI did not work our entire two night stay. It was stated that is something we would have and paid for and that was not the case. While the front desk apologized, they did not offer a credit of any sort. We had to unfortunately purchase an international plan at a greater cost to use our phones once we arrived and then the following day as well.

This is a nice hotel located a couple of blocks from the beach. The room was large, spotless and comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional.The Aberdeen Bar & Restaurant is warm and welcoming and offers an excellent menu. The breakfast buffet was expansive and well maintained. The hotel is a block away from the main street in town where one can find other restaurants as well as pubs with traditional music. On site parking is free. The location is also close to the Cliffs of Moher and the town of Doolin. I recommend the hotel and would book it again when in the area.

The hot tub is adult only, as is the sauna. Had to buy a bathing cap and kids werent allowed to swim on their own. They had been looking forward to the pool for the entire trip, but it was sub par. Our wing was also freezing. We had to call to turn on the heat several times as its on a timer, but never went on in our wing.

I would recommend this property to anyone. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and there were lovely communal areas to sit and chat. We didn’t dine in the hotel but breakfast choices were very good. We enjoy a lovely cooked breakfast and staff were very helpful. The flaw we experienced was noise--the walls between rooms carry sound. This isn't a huge deal for me, but we had some very noisy neighbors.

We didn't explore any of the facilities or dining options in the hotel, but we liked our room and Lahinch overall.

Nice place and location, however the room was sooooo hot, there isnt air conditioning in the room, we couldn’t get to sleep until 5 AM when it finally cooled off. The weather outside was only 18C so this shouldn’t have been a problem.

Really cool hotel with a huge pool for the kids. There is a pub about 100 yards away that has INCREDIBLE food. It’s called the corner cafe or something like that. It’s sooo delicious and have Irish musicians playing. Definitely go there for dinner

I loved the decor of the Breakfast room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. Everything was very clean and neat. The entire experience was made very pleasant by the extremely warm and welcoming reception we received at check-in. The staff member who checked us in was so helpful and friendly it set the tone for our stay in Lahinch—complete with restaurant recommendations that did not disappoint. It’s an older hotel, so slightly challenging to navigate the stairs and passages to our room with a disability, but clean, comfortable, and quiet with a self-park onsite. Although the hotel was conveniently located, it didn’t have the same”charm” as our previous lodgings. Our room, while clean, was located directly next to their bottle recycling, which was incredibly loud both the afternoon we arrived, as well as at the 6 am trash pickup. All part of daily life, but if you can, request a room on the other side of the building!

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the area is wonderful to visit. Parking was free and very easy, and the location is walkable to all the points of interest in Lahinch. Shopping, the beach, and countless pubs are a short walk away. Overall, the property feels like a typical beach town hotel: nothing incredibly fancy. But you didn't travel to Lahinch to hang out in a hotel room. This place is exactly what we needed for our trip!
