We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cleanliness and comfort offered. The only issue was the dead bolt on our door would not allow the door to close at times. Once, my husband was able to lift and and turn it to fix it. The other time was at our departure and we were unable to get it fixed. We notified hotel personnel and they mentioned that they do stick sometimes and there is some trick to get them to unlock so the door can shut. This seems like an important detail to fix!

Great front desk staff. Outstanding customer service. Half the parking lot was closed, so I was forced to park in the garage, which was a very long walk to the lobby, especially with luggage. The room was clean but virtually no amenitiesI I ate in the restaurant, and the servers were very nice, but the service was very slow. I left in the morning and there was no one at the front desk to check me out. I’ve stayed at this hotel for many many years in all of its different forms and it is still an excellent hotel just not as good as it used to be.

Check-in was quick, and I appreciated that parking was included. Unfortunately, the hotel is in serious need of maintenance. The bellman carts are difficult to maneuver on both carpet and tile, and the hallway carpets are rippling. In the room, the bathroom light fixture was damaged, the sink scratched, and the walls had mismatched paint. The caulking was poorly done, the thermostat was loose, and the AC shut off multiple times overnight. There were also rusted door hinges, stained walls, and yellowed light switches. The carpet felt so unclean that I laid down a towel just to walk on it.

We got a note under the door explaining they were having a plumbing issue and would be shutting off the water from 11pm until the next morning? No comp was offered. The room telephones are antiques and they didn’t work reliably. I asked for a wake up call and did not get it. They advertise “Smart” tv but the only thing it offers is netflix and there is no mirroring screen capability.
The night I stayed there was a big wedding and kids were blocking the halllways playind soccer with shoes littering the hallway making it difficult to get past them. A hotel employee was talking to them and did not ask them to go play somewhere with less traffic. Lines are long at the front desk and the restaurant is barely mediocre. There are no bellhops or people outside to assist you.

Ok place if you just need a place to sleep. I visited a relative at near by hospital and only spent bare minimum time in hotel. It’s a bit dated and worn but food was ok and staff friendly. The location is a bit off as it’s far from everything except hospital.

My room was like a sauna when I walked in. The A/C was very loud and had to run all night to stay cool. The TV didn’t work properly. I had a spider in my bathroom next to pub hair on the floor. There was no full length mirror in the room. Only a small mirror above small sink. I had to get dressed in the hotel bathroom so I could what I looked like before heading to the office.

I like the renovations completed on the hotel. The room’s adjoining room allowed noise from another guest to be heard quiet easily so I got woken up at around 5:30-6 am from someone talking on the phone in the room that was adjoining ours. I also don’t think it’s moral to charge a $13.00 parking fee, when there is no cameras in the parking lot in case of theft, and signs posted that state to bring your stuff in because they will not be held responsible even though I was forced to pay the parking fee park in their parking lot where I just paid approx $200 a night to stay.

Stayed here for one night when our A/C was out. It was quiet and clean and has good beds(I'm very particular). Also, my daughter forgot her AirPods in the room and the hotel staff turned them in so I was able to retrieve them for her. I thought they were going to be gone forever. Thank you to the wonderful and helpful staff! Marriott will always my go to from now on!

1st issue I have faced was, During check in. When I booked my room with free self parking, however during check in the front desk staff member tried to make me pay $30 per night for parking and when I showed him that we get free parking he would not let us and insisted on making us pay and tried to convince me that it was not true and I was miss led. I asked for the manager. He walked away for few minutes and when he came back he stated that he will give me free parking this time but next time I will pay.
2nd issue was when I checked out I received my invoice and I was overcharged by $10 more on my invoice.
