Hotel building itself is fine - rooms clean and functional. Unfortunately the amenities are not as expected. Firstly, there is no elevator. We had a ton of baggage with us and had to take three trips up the stairs, luckily only to the 2nd floor. Cannot imagine if we were on the 4th floor. As well - we booked this hotel expecting an airport shuttle - when we requested to schedule one, the woman at the front desk informed us they do not offer a shuttle. I showed the Expedia page listing the 24hr shuttle service, but she shrugged and said that was Expedias issue. About half an hour later, we returned to the front desk to find out if we could book at least a taxi, and she said the hotel sub contracts a transit service for 300 Rand flat. It was that or an uber, for a 1.5km drive, so we booked it. At the shuttle the next morning, we learned it was actually 150R per person, we had 4 people (600R). The shuttle driver was kind and understanding, and he cut us a break, but that was not his job to do honestly. Overall, the experience fell short. Again the building and the rooms are perfectly fine. But if you are expecting an elevator, an airport shuttle, or an honest/cooperative front desk service, this is not the hotel for you.

It was extremely noisy, screaming, sounded like a fight. Loud talking till the early hours of the morning. Staff did nothing about it. Pretty sure you could hear the racket throughout the hotel. This is not the first time we have experienced this. My suggestion - do not allow patrons to bring in bags of alcohol, recipe for disaster.

Reception was not busy, but we were made to wait and treated like an inconvenience, no eye contact, given a 2nd floor room when we had previously requested a ground floor, waited for key to room whilst receptionist chatted on phone. Room small but clean. No shampoo etc. Expedia says they have free shuttle, NO, they don’t. Too much noise from the guests into the early morning hours.

The room is very basic with no hairdryer or safe. The staff were all friendly and courteous. They do not run their own shuttle service to the airport , you can walk its only 15 minutes but not advisable as the path crosses busy roadways. Breakfast chouxes are standard and perfectly acceptable. On the eveningvwe stayed unfortunately there wax a group of school children that did not sete down until 2 am after we complained three times. The night duty managervdod in fairness keep adressibg the issue, the problem is the walls are very thin.however the assistant manager in the morning (Megan)apologised and offered a full refund so this was handled vert well

The location is great for the airport (~3 mins by taxi). Rooms are compact, but clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. There’s no lift, so you might struggle with luggage. The breakfast menu does not cater to anyone with dietary restrictions (vegan, gluten, etc)

This is a hotel adjacent to the airport; thus, suitable for people either staying over either upon arrival or departure.
I found it quite ridiculous that the hotel does not provide an airport shuttle service of its own! Instead, we had to engage the services of an independent uber type of taxi to shuttle us the short drive to the airport and at an inflated price!
