After 900km driving we got a room not as we requested during the reservation, nevertheless, after talking to reception they made our experience just perfect!

Dinner: Just great service from Felix, Cindy, Allena and a guy with beard, however, during waiting it would be nice to have a salad buffet with bread as we felt lack of it. Also for kids menu would be great to have more options. For the rest it’s nice variety of French menu. Compliments!
Spa: No doubts it is one of the strengths of hotel but pls open time slot for jacuzzi to book in order to avoid a live queues downstairs. Also we would appreciate a tea corner with fresh apples as other hotels have to refresh yourself after sauna and for better waiting process of spa access
For the rest, our overall impression is just memorable: everybody including shuttle driver, barman and chef were very accommodating and helpful. A big thanks to all the staff! Great team job! See you soon back

Authentic French Mountain Experience
Pro’s - The hotel itself was nice, the staff were excellent and the food was good. Alcohol was the cheapest we found in Megeve. The shuttle transfer was really convenient for skiing and for getting into town, although town is an easy enough walk during the day, no more than 10-15 minutes. The rooms were cosy but adequate and the bed although hard was strangely comfortable.
Cons - very French resort with very little English spoken. We were the only English there, 2 members of staff had intermediate English but otherwise there was a language barrier. Alexandra was fab, her English wasn’t great but she really tried.
Due to the language barrier there were a few things that weren’t communicated well, such as the need to book in for a meal otherwise you wouldn’t be able to eat and due to the hotel location, of an evening if you hadn’t put your name down to eat getting into town wasn’t easy, as there were literally no street lights and the shuttle stopped at 6pm.
My expectations were low due to the price but everything was exceeded.

Decent family hotel with good service
A three is perfect for this place. It's not luxury, not quite comfy but great if you want to stay away from the center of town but within walking distance and you're traveling with a family. At 7am, the kids running down the hallway will wake up anyone, but after one stop at breakfast, you'll realize this place is packed with families of at least four - often with toddlers in tow. The breakfast is slim pickings though, with tiny bread slices, do-it-yourself pancakes and eggs. Then there's the usual cold cuts, yogurt and fruit. There is quite a bit of noise from other rooms as pointed out but things do die down after about 10, 11pm so, you can get some rest before another day on the slopes. If you are going with the family and want to have a safe place for your kids to play away from town, then this is the spot for you.
One important note, which messed us up during booking, is this place does not have any room with two double beds. They only have two single beds, which can be combined to make one bed. So, book accordingly and enjoy Megeve.

This is a family-friendly hotel. Went for a quick trip in the middle of the ski season. The hotel was well-located and had efficient shuttle service to the resort. Room was fine - one slight remark: the shower unit was a bit on the 'compact' side.... Service in the hotel was excellent: friendly, efficient and helpful (eg with regard to taxis, restaurants in the town etc). Buffet breakfast was very good also. Overall, I would recommend this. Like many other resorts, be aware that taxis at night are expensive (not the fault of the hotel!!!)

We got what we paid for. The hotel is a bit away from the center, but that we knew. You need a car. You can ski withouth it also, as the otelnhas shittle service to lifts.

A Little Ways From Town, But So Lovely...And Reasonable!
This hotel turns out to be about 1.5 km from Megeve, so it's a bit of a walk, but it's in the country, with a spectacular view from the valley side windows, and it's a favorite of French families - I think we were the only Americans there. It has a pool, tennis court, huge lawns, a bar, and the restaurant is SO reasonable - a terrific breakfast for about half of what most hotels charge! Lunch and dinner are similarly reasonable. The wi-fi is weak, so you must go to the reception area to use it, but that wasn't too horrible. Staff were extremely polite, spoke good enough English, and overall it was a fine experience. There is an hourly shuttle during the day, by the way, but if you eat in town, be prepared to walk! The area's beautiful, so the walk didn't bother me.

Mooi hotel met indrukwekkend zicht op de Mont Blanc. Het verwarmde 22,5m zwembad en de ruime omgeving rond het hotel zijn aangenaam. Er is voldoende parking aanwezig, en zelf als het hotel druk bezet is, heb je niet het gevoel dat er veel volk is. Megeve ligt op 1,5km en is werkelijk een alpendorpje uit de boekjes. Personeel is vriendelijk en uiterst behulpzaam.

Hôtel situé au calme au dessus du centre de Megève accessible en voiture ou par les navettes de l'hôtel. Les chambres bien que petites et mal isolées phoniquement sont propres avec salle d'eau-wc récente. Accueil et personnel très aimable. Le petit déjeuner servi dans le restaurant au décor basique est très correct. Le rapport qualité-prix est imbattable pour Megève qui ne se développe plus que dans le luxe et les tarifs élevés.

Aucune route dégagée pour accéder à l'hotel. De plus il est bruyant et les chambre minuscules. La navette proposée la journée pour aller au centre est surchargée :pas assez de place pour tout le monde malgré les réservations et très en retard (A/R). Les conseils à l'accueil (stations, locations de ski...) nous ont fait perdre du temps sur les activités car ils n'étaient pas corrects. Heureusement, le personnel est gentil, le Spa est agréable, nous avons eu la possibilité de garder la chambre plus longtemps.

L'un des points positif est le parking extérieur gratuit, assez rare à Megeve pour être signalé.
L'inconvénient principal lié à la vétusté des lieux est l'insonorisation inexistante. Conversation des voisins, ronflements, bruits de couloir, rien n'est filtré ... La présence de couvertures qui gratte au lieu de couettes est également à signaler.
D'un point de vue pratique, l’hôtel propose sa navette gratuite toute les 30 minutes, à réserver 30 minutes à l'avance à destination de la gare routière ou du Jaillet.
Pour les skieurs voulant atteindre Rochebrune ou côte 2000, il faudra prendre une seconde navette gratuite MegBUS (celle de la station) depuis la gare routière ou marcher 15 min (un calvaire si l'on porte des chaussures de ski et ses ski sur l'épaule) jusqu'au télécabine. Les enchaînement de navettes ne sont pas toujours optimaux et si vous ratez la navette de l’hôtel de 17h00 comme nous car le MegBus était en retard il faudra attendre 55min la prochaine.

Très agréable séjour au cours d un week end en amoureux dans cet hôtel ! Chambre très propre et service de l hôtel impeccable avec la navette pour le centre de megeve et les pistes. L avantage des services de megeve avec le calme en plus car l hôtel est a quelques minutes du centre ce qui permets de mieux apprécier la montagne et en particulier le mont blanc qui était la belle surprise de la chambre avec son balcon ensoleillé qui permet d admirer le panorama.

Wir waren 1 Nacht auf der Durchreise im Hotel. Der Empfang war gut vorbereitet durch Hotels.com und sehr Freundlich.Aber das Zimmer 301 entsprach wohl eher dem Stil einer Jugendherberge. Das hatten wir für diesen Preis nicht erwartet, zumal es schon ein Super-Sonderangebot war. Das Bad in seiner Mini Ausführung mit Duschvorhang und WC und Waschbecken war so verbaut, dass man nirgends Platz hatte. Beim Versuch mich auf das WC zu setzen war das Waschbecken im Weg usw. Es gab keine Steckdose weder im Bad noch im Zimmer. Um das Smartphone laden zu können musste man den 21-Zoll Minifernseher abziehen, Der zwar SAT - Anschluss hatte aber auf allen deutschsprachigen Kanälen nur ein Bild brachte: \"No Signal\"!?

Freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer. Gutes Essen. Der Pool liegt sogar in der Abendsonne, so dass wir ihn noch nach der Ankunft nutzen konnten. Frühstück ist reichhaltig.

部屋が狭かった。First floor は出来るだけ避けた方がいい、というのは曜日によるのだと思うが、12時近くまで下の階で騒ぐ音がうるさかった。キッズクラブも夏休み中だったがやっているのかやっていないのか分からなかった。一応、サウナとスチームサウナ、ジャグジーはあった。

Malheureusement il y avait sur la région une canicule terrible. L'hôtel n'ayant pas de climatisation mon épouse âgée de 85 ans a fait un gros malaise pulmonaire au cours de la première nuit et a du être rapatriée d'urgence le matin. Nous n'avons donc pas passé la seconde nuit prévue à l'hôtel. La réception nous a dit de s'adresser à vous pour le remboursement. Soit 105 €. Dans l'attente de votre réponse nous vous adressons nos meilleures salutations.

Hotel de qualité correcte bien situé proche de megéve pas de bruit grand parking .Le premier petit probléme c'est que j'ai réservé un hotel via expédia mais à l'arrivée j'ai droit à un studio donc pas à une chambre d'hotel qui en théorie doit étre plus confortable .Donc notre chambre un lit pas trés confortable voir horrible dos éclaté ,notre studio chambre décor à l'ancienne type chalet de montagne premier prix par contre trés bon chauffage et eau chaude à volonté.Correct pour le prix cette semaine à 110 euros la nuit quand méme mais en haute saison ça double le tarif passe donc à 220 euros la nuit c'est un tarif complétement disproportionné par rapport à ce que propose cette établissementet à ce prix la ont peut étre exigeant mais ont sera déçu.Ensuite le sauna fonctionne bien et efficace par contre le hammam à revoir .Le jacuzzi trés bien mais j'imagine que quand il y a du monde c'est la catastrophe seulement 4 places donc pour hotel qui peut vendre une chambre à 220 euros soit le prix d'un 4 étoiles c'est limite.Coté personnel trés gentille et bon acceuil ce qui est rare de nos jours.Pour la cuisine menu à 17.50 euros le midi entré plat dessert correcte mais pas top le plus buffet dessert fromage fruit à volonté mais reste trés compétitifs par rapport aux autres restaurant de megéve mais sans l'ambiance .Belle vue sur le domaine .
