This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The bathroom had what appeared to be blood smeared across the door, there were yellow droplets on the ceiling that might have been mold, the backsplash hadn't been cleaned in several guests by the amount of toothpaste splatter. The room itself was ok, except for the dead bugs by the window, peeling paint chips all over the floor.
When we went up to the restaurant to try to have lunch, we were told by 2 different staff the food would take at least 45 minutes to come out as a deterrent for us to stay. So we never tried the restaurant, the front desk never had anyone at it.
Oh and the location, right in the middle of the worst part of Duluth, and the contact high you get from all the pot being smoked in the parking area was also not great!
This was probably a beautiful hotel 30 years ago, but it doesn't appear to have been updated in at least that long.

Hours for breakfast in the resturant where a little late for me. I am usually awake by 4 and breakfast by 5. I had to wait until 7 am. The parking was good. To get around the hotel you had to use your guest key, a little inconvenient.

When we got to the property, there were people smoking blunts and drinking out of paper bags in the hotel parking lot. The area was not safe at all. Lots of crackheads. When we got into our room, the bathrooms and tables weren’t even wiped off. Not clean. We decided to look past it and go to swim. The pool area was extremely dirty. Mold growing all over the walls, the hot tub was out of service for a year and the pool was barely heated so it was freezing. We didn’t end up staying the night because we had such a bad experience.

The room was good. Wish there was a mirror in the room that wasnt the closet door since the lighting by the closet isnt really the best to try to do make up. Bathroom mirror is nice but the lighting wasnt too good either. Bathroom layout was a bit interesting, maybe due to the building being cylindrical but overall decent.

The hotel says they have breakfast available but for three days they didn`t offer it because of staffing shortage. I always pick a hotel that offers breakfast so we can start out right and don`t have to scramble for something to eat. Very upset for the price of the room and couldn`t through with their promise of a meal available.

The Duluth Radisson is really a mixed bag of great and not so great things. First off, I'm OBSESSED with their retro 60's lobby. It's such a vibe. The rotating restaurant on the too floor is also wicked cool, though the menu was a little pedestrian. They have a pool, sauna and hot tub, but the latter was non-functional when we visited.

The rooms were where the Radisson lost its luster. The view was spectacular. Seeing a skyview of Bentlyville from our room was pretty cool, and the higher you go, the more of the city you can see. That's really where the room positives ended. The rooms maintained the retro vibe, but some elements were updated where some just seemed tired & dated. The conversation chair, while unique accent piece, was also covered in stains. Yuck!

The bathroom was crammed into the narrowest part of the wedge-shaped room, it was cramped. The door opened right into the toilet (you wouldn't be able to get the door open if someone was on the loo), and the sink was built right over the toilet, so setting a makeup or toiletree bag on the counter was a gamble as there was a solid chance they'd end up in the toilet. It was functional enough, but the decor gave it plenty of character to make up for the bizarreness of the layout.

The worst part for me was the bed. I woke up in so much pain that we switched hotels for our second night. I absolutely LOVED the retro vibe, and the views, but I don’t know that I'd return.

Hotel was clean but very run down…elevator buttons don’t light up anymore, ceilings in room had severe water damage, water on bathroom floor coming from somewhere behind shower wall, electric outlets by headboards worn so nothing stayed plugged in which was detrimental for my husbands c-pap machine, and ordered wings and mini corn dogs at bar, after 45 minutes inquired about them and was told it would be another 20 minutes because they had been busy and had new cooks! Very disappointing stay.

It is an old Hotel that needs updating. All the light fixtures were covered in a thick layer of dust. Walls are thin so we were forced to listen to the neighbor kid crying early in the morning and a large group of people saying the longest and loudest MN goodbye. Unfortunately because of this we could not enjoy a quiet relaxing morning we were hoping for.

Great location for getting to Bentleyville.
We were disappointed that the whirlpool was not available. Nothing was mentioned upon check in.
We went up to the restaurant for drinks on two separate occasions. It has a spectacular view; however, it was a bit confusing on how service worked. The QR code experience was not convenient. On the first occasion we ended up ordering through a server. She was pleasant and attentive. The second occasion we ordered but had to wait awhile. When we asked someone about getting our drinks and were told that it would probably be best to just go to the bar and get them since it was late and the bar server was the only one on.

Thermostat in the room was not working - it was way colder than 72. The hot water was spotty. There isn't enough parking and I had to park up the hill - for the amount I spent for 3 nights, one would at least expect a place to park.
The restaurant is terrible - it used to be good. Now you have to use some stupid app to order, you don;t see a server until food comes out, but expected to tip 18-25%. The breakfast was terrible. We were one of 2 tables in there at 7am and it took 30+ minutes to get a coffee and 40 minutes for breakfast - which had cold eggs, crappy bread and butter too cold to spread, waffles that were by no means good.
Can't come up with a compelling reason to go back, especially for the cost.

We enjoyed a meal in the restaurant (the drinks were especially good). The common areas of the hotel are quite dated and worn, but the room itself was not. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. There is free covered parking but the ramp, especially the first level is absolutely filthy with a lot of pigeons and their droppings all over
The hot water is immediate and great water pressure in the shower. The bath towels have so much starch in them they almost feel like sandpaper
Overall a decent stay but the hotel is on dire need of a renovation

Upon arrival, there was no reception at the desk to check-in for 45 minutes. Afterwards, there was hair spotted on the sheets. The bedding was changed after the complaint was made with fresh sheets but once the person left, I noticed hair again. Therefore, the laundry not being properly done. The table legs was falling apart and the shower wasn’t cleaned properly. I dealt with it because I already paid and didn’t want to relocate to another location because it snowed lightly. My experience was horrible. Due to I booked online, I wasn’t able to be accommodated by the hotel.

Hotel is outdated and not maintained well. Front Desk and Security guard were good. No hot water at front desk beverage area (for our 4 day stay - freezing outside). TV streaming issues everyday, lots of buffering hard to watch anything. Rotating restaurant offers great views, but also outdated, food was dismal and service was not the best. Parking areas did not feel safe, poor lighting and lots of people loitering in the area. We had a 2 queen room, one of the beds was so close to the wall you could hardly get out and on that same side there were 2-3 metal tabs sticking out about 2\" from the bed that were a tripping and safety hazard.
