READ REVIEWS!! I didn’t and I regret it!! The room was filthy, I went and requested a broom and dustpan so that I could sweep the floor. 2 towels for 2 adults and 3 kids to use. The walls are so nasty. Our blanket and sheet had a cigarette burn in it. Elevator is broke but there are stairs. There was no breakfast, but I wouldn’t have eaten it anyway because the place is so filthy.

The room was horrible. You could tell that the floors had not been swept or mopped or even vacuumed. The tub had a ring around it of dirt and I literally had to take a shower with my shoes on. The beds were made but there was hair in both beds that clearly did not belong to us. I would never recommend this hotel for anyone!

Disgusting place with terrible staff. The entire building stinks of smoke we were only here for less than an hr and all of our items smelled terrible. We asked to change rooms 3 times and each room was filthy and the doors never felt like they locked securely. We asked for a refund since we immediately needed to leave and the r staff said to contact Expedia but then would not speak with Expedia regarding our experience and approve a refund. I called myself and was told I would be put on hold for a manager and was hung up on instead. We will continue to escalate this issue to work for our refund so these scammers do not succeed in stealing from us. Horrible place. Terrible people.

As soon as I arrived, it took 15 mins to check in because no one was at the counter. When I got to the room I should have known this was going to be a bad experience, the door had a piece of wood on the door frame??I was so tired , I just ignored it and went in. I tossed my luggage on the bed and jumped in the shower. When I exited the shower I was surpised by a Roach crawling on the toilet and another on the wall. I then went to brush my teeth and see debris in the sink, so I skipped brushing and I hurried out of the bathroom to the bed and then realized They gave me the wrong room. I booked a King Bed room and they put me in a Two Queen bed room. I started to notice the room was uncleaned. The bathroom sink had debris in it. The bedsheets were dirty and had SEMEN STAINS on BOTH beds. There were ROACHES on the walls and toilet. I bro

As soon as you walk into the office, a wall of cigarette smoke greets you. The elevator had scotch tape over one of the buttons. The walls are worn and soiled. The rooms are completely bare
No blankets, only sheets. No bed frames. This is more for transient stays, if I'm being honest.

The nonsmoking room I booked reeked of cigarette smoke, the TV did not work and was being held together by tape, there were numerous hairs on the bedsheets and towels, and the refrigerator smelled of a dead animal. Worst of all they were renovating the rooms adjacent to mine during the middle of the night (12-4am) and it was impossible to get any sleep. Worst room condition and worst stay I’ve had in my entire life (and I mostly stay at budget hotels).

Rooms are scary, horrible with stains and dirty everywhere, our first room when I opened the fridge it was full of roaches, I requested to be changed and the did, but this rooms need to be updated, but I guess that what you get for the price, it was just for sleeping so I guess you deal with it, but I would never recommend this place for a family with kids, and also the place looks almost like a cheap apartment complex. Trash everywhere, people smoking from their windows and doing mechanic on their cars.

The outside door is broke so you have to come inside to get to your room and the plug-in are not scure to the wall. Only reason i stayed was it had a bed, hot water, ac and close to the apartment i was moving into.

I had to demand to get clean sheet put on my bed so I could sleep when my plane came in late. Should have to worry about that at 11pm. Very disappointed in Motel 6. They Called me to confirm my booking in about 5minute they hang up the phone they placed the charged on my credit card but got declined when I finally arrived the checked in was smooth but the room the air conditioner was dirty and broken, no Trash bags or trash can, only left 3 towels microwave was nasty refrigerator was dirty the floor was soaking wet bed sheets got hairs on it and spots here and there I have to go downstairs asked for cleaning supplies the room wasn't ready when I arrived checked in time was at 3 and I got there at 3 so what he was saying doesn't add up anyway he refuse to change the room but he did said he can send someone to only clean the microwave so I said no because I already had my stuff upstairs I was tired and have my kids so we stayed but never again the overall room was nasty. Motel 6 is Bedford, the room stank of cigarettes like someone had smoked there for a long time and it was suppose to be a non-smoking room. The hallways also drenched of smoking smell. The room's water sprinklers were filled with dust and webs and the smoke detector had been removed. The walls were dirty and there were a couple of roaches roaming in the restroom. The bed was overall clean but smelled like dirt/dust. The room were also provided with microwave and mini fridge, with a small side table and chairs to seat down to eat.

Stayed here awhile back ago had roaches and front desk is hardly at front desk gotta sit there anywhere from 5-20 mins. This stay made my mind up that I'll never stay here again the roaches were way worse than before vending machines over priced had to have my room key re coded everyday I was there as would leave for work come back and keycord wouldn't work no cable they have Roku TV but you gotta have your own streaming service in order to watch anything and Internet is not great due to having everyone having to stream shows off the WiFi

I don't often leave reviews for hotels because I don't expect much. Usually just looking for a place to go to sleep. Check in starts at 3:00, I arrived at around 5:30. Check in was easy. I go to my room which was left open, the latch is what was keeping it open. I walk in the bed is not made like there are no sheets on the bed. There are two pillows in a corner chair with no pillowcases and a blanket, no comforter. The trash still had trash in it and in the bathroom there was a used balled up washcloth, and no towel. I didn't have time to go complain to the front desk as I had an event that I needed to get ready and go to. I get back from my event around midnight and get ready for bed. Laying in bed a roach crawled on me. I go to the front desk because at this point I need a refund and he told me that he cannot give me a refund and that that is up to the manager who will be there at 8. :00 a.m. I have yet to receive a phone call from said manager but I did tell the man that I was checking out. I could not sleep there because that's completely disgusting. The room was left a mess and on top of that they have roaches.

The hotel lobby and clerk reeks of marijuana. The elevator was a VERY scary experience! Half the time you think you were stuck and there were wires exposed. The bathroom had trash and visible dirt and grit. The light was broken in our room and the clerk expected us to sleep with a flickering light over our bed till morning. And did I mention he reeked of pot?

Cockroaches. Urine on my toilet. Unclean floors and sheets. Smells bad. I had already switched 1 room due to it severely smelling like smoke, in a non smoking room. I arrived extremely late and left really early, and didn't have energy to get a third new room. When I talked to the staff they didn't care that my room was dirty, just had me "write down" my problems and said they would call me back. I never received any refunds, apologies, or anything. Stay away from this gross, terrible motel. You will be more comfy in your car.

Facilities need to be more clean, hallways smell cigarettes so bad, I believe manager smokes it the office which it’s open, there was water coming out the ice machine, the entire hallway carpet was soak wet, they didn’t do housekeeping even we stayed for 4 days, had to get the trash out of the room, pillows are nasty with stains and blankets as well, and dead roaches on the floor.

I had to move rooms 3 times! The first room had a connecting room to it (which was not listed on the booking) and the deadbolt was broke . So the only thing keeping it “safe” was a latch. The second room the front door mechanism was exposed to where you can see the AA batteries. The 3rd room was ok at first. I called Hotels.com to complain and the hotel staff stated they could check me out but hotels.com stated that there’s a possibility they could say no. I had nowhere else to go because to was 10-11pm. The hallways smell like urine, dogs, and smoke just horrible. You hear loud tvs and dogs barking. You see people hanging out the hotel windows or a box fan in the window. They park (the staff) directly in the front of the building so you can’t pull in the “turnabout” if you handicap (which my partner was on crutches). The second night I was there, there was a roach in the room. We went to the front desk and explained this and the front desk personnel just stared at us and stated they have pest control come out every month. Like are we going to address the current pest issue? No empathy nothing.

Motel 6 has been my go-to for years, but this location... It was run down, dirty, and poorly maintained. Bugs were in the rooms, taped-up curtains, broken door locks, damaged furniture, barely working showers, and missing standard Motel 6 toiletries and supplies. Long-term 'residents' had screaming arguments in the hallway every day/night, and multiple rooms had multiple dogs that barked and howled nonstop at all times of the day and night for the entire five days we were there. In a word, terrible.

Most awful Motel 6 stay ever. When we arrived, the heavy smell of incense assaulted our nostrils. We were on the 3rd floor and sometimes the elevator worked sometimes it didn't. The safety latch in our room was gone. The fridge didn't work properly nor did the tv. No towels in the room and no phone to call front desk. Vacuum was left in hallway over night. Bathroom was semi clean, but bathtub was very slippery when taking a shower. Asked the clerk when we checked in to split the bill, he did not. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Only good thing it was close to my son's apartment

Check in was a breeze. But the room needs a lot of maintenance. The room smelled moldy. I checked under the air conditioner and it has never been cleaned found cob webs and spiders. Some of the light fixtures have rust and the bathroom has a big goop of wet stucco. The walls had crayon writings and old rust stains. The bed was comfy, warm and relax. I will not go back there. Needs a lot of maintenance and attention. Hey you paid what you get.

I should have left the premises. I let the lady know that I was there to check in with my wallet in hand and her response “Give Me ID” … “May I see your ID would’ve sufficed. Only to check into a dirty, unswept room with roaches, bugs in alleged clean towels and no security! Room door was loose and security lock was missing and can’t forget Cigarette ash beside the bedside table. I did not even sleep here due to being uncomfortable and the room is in a BEAUTIFUL AREA! These owners are not friendly or clean as far as I’m concerned. The halls did not smell fresh, and just overall rude but wanted my money.

UNACCEPTABLE, UNCLEAN, and UNHEALTHY Hotel.

I booked this hotel room for two nights. When I entered the room. It was absolutely horrendous. The room was nothing like the pictures advertised for it. The room was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but it clearly smelled like smoke in there. The AC unit was not all the way onto the wall. There were cracks around it and you could see outside of the hotel through the cracks. There was water and stains all over the floor. I slipped. I went downstairs and told the staff that I was uncomfortable to stay inside the room for the two nights and wanted a refund. They told me I had to contact hotels.com. Unfortunately hotels.com was unable to give me a refund because they could not reach contact with this location. This was a big inconvenience for me. I had to find a whole another hotel that was nearly $200 a night. I had to cut my trip short and leave the following day. This hotel needs to be taken off of this site. They are false advertising and not refunding people's money. This is an unsafe and unhealthy environment. IT NEEDS TO BE DEMOLISHED! I don't think that I will ever book a hotel through hotels.com. I did not feel taken care of because of this issue. It makes me not even want to go to this city ever again.

Photos of the hotel are not recent. It has deteriorated significantly. Common areas were dark and used for storing boxes. Hallways smelled of sweat and lack of hygiene by some long term guests. My room was awful. Bed had exposed electrical wiring below the headboard. TV remote was damaged. A/C had a loose component and made awful sounds, plus didn’t cool properly. Bathroom sink was loose or damaged. Mini fridge was just lying on the floor, with a defective microwave on top. Door between rooms lacked a deadbolt and the hole was just covered with blue painter’s tape. Also, the main room door had a gap allowing anyone to peek inside from the hallway. Lastly, by morning, my room smelled of cigarette smoke from next door.

I understand that in a low budget hotel you get what you pay for, but there has to be a minimum amount of… I don’t know… honesty, perhaps.

Just don’t lie about your facilities using old photos only to make people like me fall for it.

The room smelt of dirty dog the entire time. When we used the A/C it made a strange noise so we’d just leave it off. The doors looked they they had tons of repairs done on them. When we got there we were just too tired to try to find a new room or go somewhere else. 10/10 will not stay here again.

The floor in the room seemed to never been mopped, the microwave was rusty, the fridge was dirty. The bed sheets had stains but not terrible I guess, I had to ask a few times for new towels.

The lights gone out

The staff are friendly and work hard. However, they are no match for the condition of the hotel. The door to the room I was in had been forced open at some point, so a 12" strip of wood had been added to hold the door in place; the sheets were clean but had old stains and cigarette holes; the room had a powerful sour smell that we figured might be the residue of someone smoking marijuana in the room. We bought air freshener and a lilac candle; it helped but didn't cure the problem. The hotel was minutes from our cousin's place, so it served its purpose, but we won't stay again in a Motel 6.

The price was fair but you get what you pay for. We had to take our own sheets and towels down to reception to get clean ones. We had to take our own trash down to the dumpster. Water was hot in the shower. Bathroom needs some fixtures fixed. Bedside shelf/table was coming off the wall. The AC wasn't blowing cold but they did fix it in a timely manner. More of a long term stay facility than a nightly motel. Saw the same people on a daily basis. Elevator worked which was great as we were on the 3rd floor.
