The staff is AMAZING!! They were truly caring. The hotel is older but pretty well maintained. It is in a quiet area. The room was clean, and the air worked well. The beds were firm and comfortable. We did not take advantage of breakfast. Very happy with our stay!

The owner/general manager was very helpful when he said my reservation was cancelled. I did not cancel it. He had a dirty room cleaned and got me and my wife into it. He said he had to charge me to rent the room but if Expedia contacted him he would work the refund issue out with them. Why it got cancelled is unknown but he was very helpful. Thanks you.

When home is not an option

I needed a room for a night while my house was fumigated I choose the Super 8 since it was close, reasonably priced, and had good ratings and reviews on-line. Check in was smoothe, the room was clean, it even smelled clean a hard thing to do in a smoking room. The staff was all very kind pleasant made me feel welcomed. The only disappointment was hotel.com has them listed as having laundry facilities but sadly they do not. I did speak with the manager and he did say that hopefully in the near future they will have one. Still a very pleasant stay.

I was offered a free nights stay due the system not accepting cards. I was told in front of my mother that the room was on the house and to enjoy my extra night. As I was trying to renew my nights stay. I was napping when I was abruptly woken up by banging on my door. A man was then yelling at me to get out. Telling me my card had declined and that no one stays here for free. So I offered to go up and pay. Even though I had been told differently. This man continued to talk over and be rude to not only us the customers, but his employees as well. As soon as I talked, he would yell over me. Finally, I said I would like to not stay here. He said good very loudly. Then told me I had 10 minutes then out and could never stay at his hotel again. Worst service Ive ever received.

I called the Super 8 and cancelled this booking. I was told that I would received an email stating the cancellation. When I didn't receive a cancellation email, I called Expedia and they cancelled the booking but the did not send it over to Super 8 so I got charged a $82 no show fee. Expedia will not send me the cancellation email again so I'm stuck paying the fee. Not very happy at all that people can not do their jobs correctly and others have to pay for their incompetence.

Do not stay here. Room was advertised it had Queen beds. Ha ha they were old 3/4 beds sheets were for a queen they were put on side ways. Air conditioner made such a loud noise it would wake use up. The breaker for the tv and light must have flipped off we no tv Overall it was terrible I will never stay at a Wyndham motel again. Save your money and stay at a better hotel. Overall a horrible night.

This was a three day trip for myself, my fiancé, and our yorkie. These people were amazing, when the other two hotels we stayed at were atrocious. For $10 more then the last one, we got a super clean and nice hotel. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and the nicest staff I’ve dealt with at a hotel in years.

Some of the staff were not helpful. Our tv didn't work and we told 3 different clerks and only one tried to help. He fixed it so we could turn on but next morning it wouldn't work again because the remote couldn't be programed. There were tornado sirens and the staff had no safety route for guests to follow in case of a real tornado. We were told to get off second floor to a ground level room if something happened. There should be a safety plan in place for upper level rooms. Being from out of town and not used to tornado sirens this was very upsetting to my family.

We had dirty sheets in our room! What looked to be mushrooms growing out of the carpet and stained ceiling tiles above the shower from a leak. We did not receive a single shower towel in our room. There was something gross smeared all over the curtains as well. We requested a non-smoking room, but it smelled like smoke horrendously because the room next door to us was a smoking room. The staff at the front desk was really friendly, but the cleaning was less than satisfactory.

When I walked into the office the young man that worked the front desk came out of the restroom in the lobby and it smelled like pure diarrhea crap in the entire lobby! It took everything I had to get checked in without vomiting. I usually have a tough stomach but this was the worst! 😡
He could of at least sprayed some air freshener or something.

NEVER NEVER will we stay there again. When we arrived at the hotel we were told they overbooked and gave our room away. So they put us in a non smoking room when we requested a smoking and then the beds are like sleeping on a rock! The ceiling in the bathroom was so small that I am 5’8” and could touch the ceiling. The bar right next door was busy all night with people being loud and disruptive.

The property is in need of a full remodel. Shower had 20 plus broken tiles where there were gaping holes into the wall. I had to fix the toilet so that the water would quit running all night. The property is next door to a bar that doesn’t close until 2:00 am every night. Drunks walking around hollering and partying well after 2:00am. Will never stay in this property ever again, and we frequently visit

My 4 year old son found a bag of meth on the floor minutes after checking in, motel owner got very upset with me cause my son found it and almost threw us out on the streets because I was upset about the situation. Police was called and they verified it was meth, after they left the motel owner than threatened me that if I wrote a review about my families experience there he would make sure I never rented a room anywhere ever again. It was a horrible experience and will never stay there ever again. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone with children.

Price was right, the room was made up but not completely clean when we got there. Staff was excellent. The nightclub next door created parking problems at night. There was a road crew staying there and they were very loud when getting ready in the morning.
They need to get rid of the drop ceiling in the showers.

Overall, If I ever come to Duncan again, I will stay here for the staff and value.

Pleasant check in, straight downhill from there. We were in a nonsmoking room that smelled of cigarettes. In the morning we found a cigarette butt on the floor under the air/heater unit. The carpet needed vacuumed, the bathroom was dirty...the breakfast was a bad joke; ran out of coffee, waffle batter, milk for cereal & person behind desk not to be found.

The gentleman at front desk was super helpful and friendly. The room was disgusting! There was a lot of hair in the shower, sink and around the toilet. Not exaggerating on a lot of hair! The floor couldn’t have been vacuumed because there was hair and other particles all over including dust and macaroni shells. When I puled back the blanket on bed which I shouldn’t of gotten that far, (I should have gone to another Hotel) there was hair on the sheets. I called the gentleman at front desk and he immediately changed my room. He was just as disgusted as I was about the hair everywhere. Forgot to mention the phone to call front desk was gross!
