If I could give zero stars I would. We checked out after the first night, our bed had bed bugs after discovering my daughter had been bitten many times and then found love bugs in her bed. The manager said he had had a case 9 months prior and offered to move us to another room but there was no way I was staying there another night. Manager seemed very nonchalant about it and said \"these things happen.\" I felt that was an unacceptable way to handle it.

Television: The channel with the TV guide only displayed the channel numbers and names, nothing about the shows that were scheduled. That was very frustrating, and we wasted time looking for programs that interested us. The first day we scanned the channels and most of the programs showed violence and other things that we would not watch. Why don't you offer any PBS channels? We did check with a staff member at the front desk and she stated that it was a known issue, and said she would put it on her list.
We were not aware of the environmental program for the towels and skipping the room cleaning until the second day, and would have opted in had we seen the magnetic card that was attached to the door frame. Had they been on the door, we would have definitely participated in it. Also, we did not see any receptacles for paper or plastic recycling, and we took our recycling home. Protecting the environment is very important to us.

Electrical Outlet under the TV would not hold plug in place so I could re-charge my computer etc. One of the USB ports was damaged and not usable. HVAC thermostat would not maintain a semi-consistent temperature. Room would get very warm before unit would come on. Thermostat probably needs to be replaced.

The front desk attendant was extremely friendly and made accommodations to allow me to have a late check out without charging me extra. She pointed out the hot tub and swimming pool area and the breakfast that would be served in the morning. The hotel was clean and pleasant to the eyes. I would not stay there again. The hot tub was broken. Desk staff was babysitting several small children in the lobby and pool. Kids were dominating the common area. They were not hotel guest. It was very odd.

We had a group of friends getting together for a fun weekend away. Had a great experience here, Alexia at the front desk was very helpful and friendly for all of our requests and was very accommodating. Had a good time and great breakfast that was included the next morning. Will definitely stay here for our 2nd annual get together next year.

Staff is very friendly amd helpful. Pool with hot tub is clean and relaxing. Would be nice if the hotel put one-way film on the windows as the pool is located in the front of the property, where cars pass as they enter and look directly in. Hotel and rooms look nice overall, updated. Bed is hard for my taste, I'd say it is firm. Hot breakfast has a nice variety and made mornings easier. The pancake maker isn't that great, undercooked the pancakes, but there were many other options, including several different kinds of omelets which was a nice plus.

We had a great stay in this property. The hotel was clean, modern, and well kept inside. Checkin and out was fast and staff was courteous. The room was very clean and the beds were so comfortable to sleep on. We got a good nights rest. In the morning the hot breakfast was a mini breakfast buffet with a spread of bacon, sausage, eggs, pancakes cereal etc. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if we are in the area. Also, very good dining and shopping in the area plus near some beautiful parks right on the bay. Great location.
