O acesso é ruim, com escada e sem rampa! Elevadores lotados, café da manhã com pouquíssima variedade! Frutas sem sabor!
E o mais absurdo o valor da diária! 2 noites nesse “paraíso “ foi mais R$ 1,000 . Valor totalmente incompatível com o que oferecem!

Absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. We stayed one night and packed up to another hotel, wasting our money. The facility is in bad condition, the toilet seat lifts off the ground if you move while using, the shower was moldy and the room had a terrible smell of bleach. Once the smell of bleach wore off, there was a wet dog smell that took over the room. The sheets were dirty. The breakfast food was nice, but the cleanliness of the breakfast area was lacking. The room is not whatsoever soundproof and you can hear everything that happens outside - which is unfortunate since other guests having a party and were loud overall, waking us up at 5am as they spoke quite loud in the hallway. The staff was as helpful as they could be, but still extra towels were provided to one room but not the other, and one of the bedrooms simply didn’t have a phone. I will never stay at this place again and expedia should absolutely contact this property to review their advertisement on the platform.

It was horribly dirty all the cabinets were broken and holes from screws being removed it smelled like mold the bed clothes were dirty the soap was Tiny the parking was two blocks away the weight at the front desk was ridiculously long all night long and they had the nerve to charge us for water when their place was absolutely disgusting and look nothing like the internet. The picture they submitted was photoshopped especially the red Dot over the bed and they don't show how disgusting and filthy the bathroom was the Taps barely gave any water and it hardly drained. I love Brazil but this was the worst experience of my life in a hotel. Avoid this at all costs. They were many many people in the line yelling when we arrived and now I know why

Me surpreendeu, estava com receio devido aos comentários que vi ao fechar a estadia, mas a minha experiência foi ótima. A localização é ótima é vem no centro perto da rodoviária, mercadinho municipal e na rua da praca XV. O quarto foi limpo todos os dias. A equipe super educada e disposta a ajudar. O cafe da manhã tranquilo, poderia melhorar o achocolatado, mas foi tranquilo. O quarto que fiquei é novo tudo funcionando, cama confortável. Eu me hospedaria novamente tranquilamente.

Como é um prédio bem no centro , é enorme e mais para galera a trabalho , com isso LOTADO o elevador não dá a mínima conta , quase perdi meu voo pq fiquei mais de 22 minutos , sim !!! VINTE E DOIS MINUTOS para conseguir pegar o elevador pra descer até a recepção . Checkout demorou mais de 15 min pra trazerem o carro . Ar condicionado no meu quarto não funcionava , só vento . Tem uma varanda com uma vista legal , porém achei mega insegura , já que da pra ficar olhando o quarto ao lado e até pular se quiser na varanda do quarto ao lado . Única coisa boa que achei foi o quarto , grande. Tv sinal ruim , Wi-Fi bom , ducha boa . Café da manhã razoável poucas opções . Pra quem quer curtir PRAIA não recomendo se hospedar nele .

Sempre me hospedo neste hotel pq gosto da localizacao e do atendimento, mas desta vez foi um horror com relacao ao novo local do cafe. Nao ha mais aquele linda vista do terraço e por ser no 4 andar pegar elevadores se tornou uma aventura, nunca para no andar e se para esta cheio pq so cabem 6 pessoas. O no local é claustrofóbico e com a superlotacao do verao nao havia variedade de comida, faltava alimento, demora pra reposição e visivelmente o hotel nao se preparou na contratacao de mais funcionários para isso. Cada cafe da manha era uma tortura e caos!! Espero que melhorem.

Quando cheguei demorou muito o check-in, para utilizar o elevador demorou também, o café da manhã bom, o quarto é bem simples, mas tem um bom chuveiro e cama boa, eu quando reservei pedi um secador de cabelo, mas meu quarto não tinha, fui pedir na recepção disseram que eu tinha que pegar somente na hora de uso e devolver dentro de uma hora.

No geral não gostei totalmente da estadia, e olhe que não sou muito criterioso. Primeiro a recepção é muito burocrática, passei 40 minutos para conseguir fazer o checkin, e algumas recepcionistas não sao gentis. Também não gostei de toda vez que sair do hotel ter que deixar a chave do quarto e quando retornar ter que liberar o cartão da chave novamente. O hotel também não tem estacionamento próprio embora no app diga que tenha. Você tem que se deslocar quase 3 quadras para deixar o carro quando não tem frentista disponível, fora que tem que pagar a diária do estacionamento. O café da manhã é bom.

Ao chegar no quarto as roupas de cama estavam sujas de maquiagem e marcas escuras. A toalha de rosto estava suja como se alguém estivesse pisado com sapatos sujos. Ao ligar para recepção disseram que não tinha roupa de cama e que só viria as 00h, ao dizer que havia chegado do aeroporto e queria tomar um banho e descansar, me trocaram de quarto.
