Didn't like this hotel, the room had a strong umpleasant smell and the internet signal didn't work at all, when you get connected it falls in less than 3 minutes, we made reservation for two nights and spend only one, so we lost the payment for one night!

O hotel é antigo, mas se encontra em boas condições. Instalações limpas, cama e lençóis de qualidade. Café da manhã ok. Não fica muito distante do centro de Florianópolis. Uma opção ok para uma viagem de negócios. A academia fica praticamente em frente. Uma Pratique muito bem equipada.

O Hotel, em que pese a gentileza dos funcionários e a limpeza impecável, é apenas razoável. As instalações são antigas e o nível de conforto é modesto. O banheiro é bastante acanhado, não dispõe de ducha higiênica, o lavatório é pequeno e os metais de baixa qualidade. O quarto segue o mesmo padrão. O café da manhã é simples. para quem viaja de ônibus, a localização do hotel é boa, perto da rodoviária. Para quem pretende uma viagem rápida, a relação custo-benefício é adequada.

Hotel é antigo, sem nenhum investimento de melhorias, piscina estava suja, camas desconfortável com péssimo travesseiro, café da manha é fraco, as janelas batem vento muito forte fazendo um barulho que você acorda assustando durante a noite rsrs. Os funcionários são prestativos e procuram auxiliar no que podem. Mas infelizmente foi diárias muito desagradáveis e sem nenhum conforto para descansar. Não recomendo estadia neste estabelecimento NÃO!

Estivemos hospedadas no Brisamar de 3 a 7/01. Fomos bem recebidas. Funcionários solícitos, café da manhã variado, enfim, o que se considera necessário para uma boa estadia, inclusive o custo benefício considerando a alta temporada. Tudo perfeito, embora o hotel se localize um pouco afastado do centro, mas nada que não se resolva com os ônibus que transitam na avenida do hotel e com app, cuja corrida sai cerca de entre 12 e 13 reais.

Sabia que o hotel não era 5 estrelas, mas me decepcionei com pontos simples que não imaginei que ocorreriam:
Vários amigos estavam na cidade também a trabalho e ficaram hospedados no mesmo hotel, porém nos quartos localizados nos andares 2 e 4. Eu e meu esposo estávamos no 3º andar. Até esse ponto não vi problemas.
Entretanto, durante a madrugada senti sede e quando abri o frigobar para beber água não tinha absolutamente nada. Diferente dos quartos em que nossos amigos estavam hospedados. No deles havia opção de água, água com gás, refrigerante... Tinha também chocolates.

Apesar desses contratempos, o quarto era limpo. O chuveiro era bom, a cama confortável e as roupas de camas e toalhas limpas.
O café simples, sem muita diversidade, mas bom.
Vários amigos estavam na cidade também a trabalho e ficaram hospedados no mesmo hotel, porém nos quartos localizados nos andares 2 e 4. Eu e meu esposo estávamos no 3º andar. Até esse ponto não vi problemas.
Entretanto, durante a madrugada senti sede e quando abri o frigobar para beber água não tinha absolutamente nada. Diferente dos quartos em que nossos amigos estavam hospedados. No deles havia opção de água, água com gás, refrigerante... Tinha também chocolates.

O quarto não tem tomadas no lado da cama e isso é bem ruim, o ar condicionado é do tipo janela mas funcionava muito bem! Café da manhã bem servido e com horário amplo, das 06:30 as 10h.
