The property is old and tired looking. Even though I supposedly had a non smoking room I had the smell of cigarette smoke unless the cleaning supplies they use has an odd smell. Did not eat the breakfast so didn't answer above question.

AC was off. When I turned it on at 8pm the temp of the room was 93 degrees. It took until 3am for the AC to get to 75 degrees. Awful comfort level in the room due to this.

The room was fine. A little on the warm side when we got in because the air was and it took a while to cool down. Loved the pool and the fact that it was covered and out of the shade. The breakfast option were average with other hotels, nothing that really stood out. The drink vending machine could have been a little more affordable. $3 for a can drink is a little pricey. All around, was a good experience

We had an awful stay. Some appliances (the toilet) did not work. Our room smelled of smoke and cigarettes. There were bedbugs and roaches in our room. The bathroom door did not close, and the tub was dirty. The front door was not closing or locking fully.

Had to come to town for a funeral in waycross. Was given a smoking room, kindly asked the lady to switch my room. Her words were “we can’t change rooms” if I didnt have to stay due to the loss of my loved one. I would have left, my son and I now have been sneezing and coughing. Also German roaches were in the room, I couldn’t even bring my suitcase in.

Be aware that this motel is near train tracks

We were not aware that the location of this hotel was near train tracks. The trains kept coming through the night and blowing their whistles. We were awakened at least three times after midnight by train whistles. The walls are also this and we heard the fan from the neighboring room running all night as well. Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable.

This stay was for a business trip. The lady that checked us in was not very friendly. She asked for the reservation name and I gave her my name. She asked how I would be paying and I told her I paid online. She responded in a rude tone \"How do I know if you actually paid or not\"? I proceeded to give her the card I paid with and she took it over to the computer to check my reservation. She sat at the computer for about 15 minutes looking over stuff and then finally came back and gave us our room key. The next morning we went to get some breakfast that was supposed to be included. The breakfast area was dirty and there was hardly anything out. We tried again the next day and once again bairly anything out. There was no orange juice in the dispenser and the orange juice cartridge was laying on top of the trash can and juice was leaking out all over it. When it came time to check out we proceeded to the front desk but the doors were locked, the lights were off, and there was a pillow stuffed in the night window slot. I left the keys in between the pillow and left. The rooms were not all that clean. I will definitely not return to this hotel.

The lady at the front deck area.. looking so un happy to be there.
And have a really bad attitude at the check in time. Room was okay for just 2 days, and just to go and rest 5 ir 6 hours.
Nothing fancy, but constable. Pool area soo dusty wather was soo cold but it was clean.

I have stayed here before and the room was very clean except this time there was a very nasty towel left inside one of the drawers. Carpet appears to be clean, but if you walk on it barefoot within an hour the bottoms of your feet will literally be black. It's debatable if I will stay again.

I thought the hotel room was awesome. It was clean. It smelled nice even though it was a smoking room. The beds were comfortable. Making a reservation was a plus. I was checked in minutes. No complaints here. I'd love to stay there again and next time I'd visit the beautiful pool. Perfect

Surprisingly nice room!!!

Initially I was not thrilled with Waycross and didn't expect this stay to go well, but I was surprised! The hotel was in a great location, walking distance to everything you need for a stay. There is a nice Mexican restaurant in the parking lot. When I opened the door the room was exactly like the picture! While a bit old, it was clean and welcoming and other than bad remote batteries had everything I needed.
I like it for the \" motel-like\" exterior door and parking. However, with a restaurant outside the door, you might pick a room on the other side if you are an early sleeper. Very Friendly office staff who care for their property well.

The hotel is outdated. It seemed clean at first but when we pulled back the covers we found hair in the bed and a few dead bugs. The other bed had bug parts under the covers. The owners are very nice and its a convenient location but the bug problems are really not cool. We killed a two inch roach in the bathroom also.

Well Days Inn has been around for awhile. I stayed last year for my grandmother funeral wasn't to bad. This was for my Grandapa... In a year times frame the cleanliness has went down. The bathroom had hair in the tub and on the sink pubic hair on the toilet, I know if I saw it housekeeping saw it. The towels need to be upgraded so so dingy looking I mean you can only keep washing white so many times. The sheets had the most cigarette burns in the world. Front desk was great as always. Just think it's time for some upgrades. Beds too

Just an overall dirty place not well-managed, rundown nothing that the ad in the on your site said that it would be floors carpets need cleaning three of the pillows had the dark marks on them. Just a really bad experience overall. Would definitely like my money back, this was terrible!

While this property is old it seems well cared for. I was uncomfortable checking through a night window in stead of a lobby check in. This made me wonder about the safety. When i got to my room there was a coffee pot but no coffee supplies. I went and got some from housekeeper. The furniture was old, needs to be updated especially bed and chair.
There are no handicap rooms.
Although the ad and sign outside said breakfast there was none, very disappointing.
It is well located and easy to get in and out of. Lots of shopping and restaurants.
I would say my stay was not bad but i think next time i will look for a handicap room and breakfasts.

Our stay was fair. The newer carpet was nice and the large refrigerator was appreciated. However the toilet looked liked it had not been cleaned recently and lot of dangling dust bunnies on the ceiling. Despite the air conditioner in the room above sounding like it might come through the ceiling - we slept very well. The bed was comfortable.

Nothing. It was horrible. Bathroom was dirty with no light in it so couldn’t shut the bathroom door, pillow smelled like Vicks so no doubt the sheets weren’t changed, online pictures aren’t at all what the property looked like, sign out front said breakfast and there was nothing - not even coffee. Do not stay here. It was disgusting.

Unexpected stay

Due to the heat we had to quit early. We found relief at a local Days Inn. It was clean, quiet and was fair priced. The only negative was that the advertisement said it had a pool but it was badly in need of maintenance. Everything else made it a great bargain.
