Hidden gem

I would like to start this review saying that is my fourth time in Italy and this time I am spending over two weeks here. I have been in 3 starts and 4 starts hotels that I didn’t feel this much comfortable and well served. Everything from the beginning to the very end was perfect. Best in class in service, politeness, kindness, great bed sheets, spacious bedroom, and a speechless breakfast. Everything was fresh made for every customer one by one. Also, the pastries come from the owners bakery and OMG! They taste amazing. I will make sure I recommend this hotel for everyone and for sure I will come back too.

Shower drain clogged; hard, noisy and old bed, worn out bedsheet, toilet seat almost broken.
Not worth the money. I appreciate old school hotels but camping would have been more comfortable

Struttura mediocre, fredda e sufficientemente pulita. Personale \"poco professionale\", la signora delle pulizie ci dava la colazione e ci ha bittati fuori dalla stanza per pulire. non consigliato per famiglie in zona ci sono altre strutture piu' attrezzate. Tornero' a Castiglioncello ma non in questo albergo

2-Star Hotel with 5-Star Service

Hotel Guerrini is simply the best. It's a cute brightly colored hotel that gives off a joyful vibe; however, what makes it awesome are the people who work there. Three of us stayed in total, including my 92 year old grandma, who was quite a handful. But the staff made the experience a lot easier, going above and beyond their daily duties. Giulia, Bruno, Davide, Arianna, Anna, and Gabrielle are all wonderful people that are always willing to help you out and do it with a smile :)

Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, clean and friendly staff

I enjoyed you my short stay the Guerrini HOtel. The staff were very warm and welcoming and made us feel at home, The rooms were simple, but clean and comfortable. The location is amazing for access to the beach, to the town and a few nice restaurants. it was also close to the train station. All good.

Gentilezza e professionabilità

Ad accoglierci è stato il proprietario che ci ha illustrato la struttura e le sue vicinanze la camera ed il bagno molto pulito, al mattino la colazione con briosce di pasticceria molto buone, vicinissimo sia al mare che al centro.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Damen am Empfang und beim Frühstück waren überaus freundlich, insbesondere auch zu den Kindern. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und uns wurde direkt gezeigt, wo wir (am Hotel) kostenlos parken können.
Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und die Zimmer schön eingerichtet. Wer ein üppiges Frühstücksbuffet braucht, wird eventuell ein bisschen enttäuscht sein, da es hauptsächlich süßes Gebäck gibt - dieses kommt allerdings aus der eigenen Bäckerei und ist sehr lecker (Cornetti, verschiedene Kuchen und andere Leckereien). Ruhige Lage und fußläufig zu einem schönen Spazierweg entlang der Küste. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten.

A parte la gentilezza e professionalità del personale, che ho apprezzato molto, e la biancheria del bagno cambiata tutti i giorni, le condizioni della camera erano scadenti. Non si pretendeva un servizio da 4 stelle, ma almeno che tanti dettagli fossero curati in maniera decente. In camera mancava la tenda alla finestra, il letto cigolava in modo tale da non poter riposare la notte; nel bagno mancava un portasapone nella doccia, la tavoletta del wc era instabile e senza il coperchio, col rischio che qualcosa potesse cadere dentro il gabinetto. A completare il quadro, l’ultima mattina di soggiorno non arrivava l’acqua calda in bagno e non abbiamo potuto fare la doccia.

Le foto dell’hotel non rispecchiano molto le condizioni attuali della struttura,la terrazza x la colazione non era accessibile , nemmeno il giardino sul retro forse perché era fine aprile . Anche il giardino all’entrata era abbastanza trascurato. Camere pulite.La colazione è abbondate di ottimi dolci, pochissimo salato e non a buffet . Noi abbiamo preso una stanza economy con balcone e per il prezzo (molto basso),direi che era perfetta anche se piccola. Simpatica e disponibile la ragazza alla reception!!

Pulito. Staff cortese. Confortefole. Ho chiesto di anticipare la colazione alle 6:20 per mia figlia che aveva un impegno sportivo e le hanno fatto trovare una borsina molto ben assortita! La struttura è un po’ datata, ma il prezzo applicato è corretto. Colazione molto buona.

Da unser Lieblingshotel in Castiglioncello geschlossen wurde, haben wir dieses Jahr einen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel gebucht. Wir haben für eine Woche eine renovierte Suite bewohnt. Die renovierten Zimmer sehen sehr modern und stylisch aus und der Zimmerservice war hervorragend. Das Frühstück war völlig ausreichend und lecker, vor allem das Gebäck war ein Traum.
Einziges Manko sind die kostenpflichtigen Parkplätze an der Unterkunft für 11 Euro am Tag. Es gibt auch einige kostenlose Parkplätze,in der Nähe, die sind allerdings sehr begehrt. Den Zimmerpreis von 130 €pro Nacht, fanden wir für Mitte September sehr hoch und haben deswegen bei Expedia mit einem Rabattcode gebucht..

Für ein 2Sterne Hotel sehr gut.

11 Tage in einem sauberen ruhigen Hotel. Es war ein wunderbarer erholsamer Urlaub. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Lage ist für mich und meine Frau optimal. Wir brauchten unser Auto lediglich zur Hin und Rückfahrt. Es ist zwar kein Parkplatz ausgewiesen aber wir stellten das Auto an der Seitenstrasse beim Hotel ab und hatten keinerlei Probleme.

Sehr freundliche Führung des Hotels. Das Frühstück hat große Potenziale. So war der Toaster sehr sehr langsam und das Ost vertrocknet. Das Haus liegt sehr günstig zu den beiden Stränden in unmittelbarer Nähe und kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeiten - zu dieser Zeit- gab es zur genüge. Gegen 5 Euro am Tag ist es jedoch möglich auf dem Grundstück zu parken. Sehr nett war jedoch, dass der Hotelier auf die freien Parkplätze verwies.

Rappresenta la storia di Castiglioncello in quanto è uno dei primi hotel sorti nel paese.
Qui venivano a soggiornare importanti personaggi quali scrittori,attori,personaggi importanti.
È rimasto l'ambiente di una volta con piccoli e piacevoli ammodernamenti ma l'atmosfera è particolare.
Proprietari gentili e carini.
I bagni nelle camere ove previsti,un pó piccoli.
Prezzo onesto.
Colazione curata,varia e abbondante.

il personale si è dimostrato gentilissimo. per una mia distrazione non mi ero accorto di aver prenotato una camera con bagno condiviso. all'arrivo vi era una stanza normale a disposizione ed è stato fatto il cambio. camera un po troppo piccola. tuttavia la presenza di un frigorifero a disposizione di tutti mi ha fatto molto comodo. (era di tipo di quelli grandi e quindi funzionanti e non come quelli in camera che non servono a nulla)
