There was no coffee in the room. When we asked for some, the young man at the desk said he did not have the key to the cupboard that held the coffee. He said the person would come in 1 hour and then he could get it for us. The person never came and we kept checking over the evening.

There is strangely no place for 2 people to sit in the Luca suite. There is 1 chair in kitchen but no table to eat at. There is 1 chair on the balcony. There is no couch. To eat, we had to sit on the bed.
When we were leaving the elevator was broken. We had to carry our suitcases down the stairs and the young man at the desk never said “sorry the elevator is broken; thank you for staying with us; how was your stay?”. Nothing. Very poor customer service.

It wouldn't hurt to smile

Very well located for walking to the citadel and especially if you have a car - free on site parking and easy access. Modern, spacious room and terrace. Weird shower arrangement inside high tub, but no hook to hold shower. Breakfast 14 Euro - easy to eat in town or shop at Spar nearby. Bonifacio is understandably full of tourists and you can appreciate that the hotel staff might be weary of us, but none of them were welcoming.

had to stay in town to catch the ferry early the next morning.
The town itself is stupendous (wish we had arrived earlier to see more of it) and the hotel had us \"over a barrel\" since there aren't many in the area and so the room fee reflects the monopoly. Certainly not worth the high price we paid except for its location. Passable 2 star hotel.

Great hotel in Bonifacio. Easy to walk to the port, restaurants, and the citadel. Comfortable rooms and parking in site. Some rooms at the front with balconies. A nice place to stay.

Terrible shower with no handle holder

It’s not a bad hotel but very difficult to wash when you have no place to hang the shower head
Tried to tie it up with elastics and shoe laces but didn’t work well ended with water all over the floor and that could be fix so easily
Also no A/C in the room so difficult to sleep when the room is so hot
Last thing we slept the first night without a curtain to stop the light in the morning
Nobody told us it was a switch on the wall and a steel curtain came down which kept the room dark in the early morning
Would have been nice to be told that

Almost a desert city in February

It was desert during the month of February; a lot of attractions (citadella and stairs of Aragon) and restaurants are closed because it is a quiet time of the year. The hotel is located near an unhabited building. Except for that the location is great, near the port. The personal at the reception is really nice.

Lovely place to stay.

The staff at this hotel couldn't be nicer. We were welcomed, by name, when we arrived around 9p after a long drive. The gentleman actually took us to where we were to park. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk to the main dock area, where there are many shops and restaurants. There is a self serve Laundromat within easy walking distance, important if you're in the middle of a 3 week holiday. And when you're tired of the restaurant fare, there is a little pizza shop less than 100 yards from the front door, which attracts locals as well as hotel guests.

Easy location for Bonifacio

For an overnight stay in Bonifacio, this hotel is not bad because of the location. But besides that, it doesn't have a lot going for it. The rooms are minimalist and there is not much ammenities available.

Convenient hotel but not at standard 3 stars grade

The hotel outlook and reception area is very old, dirty and untidy. The service is poor. The breakfast quality is extremely poor. However, the room is very clean and tidy.It is at a convenient location. But they are at the main road so it is very noisy at night. Hotel price is too expensive for their grade.

One Night in Bonifacio

A one night stay with friends after taking the ferry from Sardinia. The hotel was within walking distance of the harbor and city center. Plenty of parking for those travelling by ferry. Room was spacious and clean. The property still seems new. It was a little annoying that we had to pay in cash as the credit card machine wasn't working.

Great location and very nice hotel

The hotel is very well located, 1 min away from supermarket, 4 mins from the port where plenty of restaurants and bars. There is even a parking where you can park your car and enjoy the city walking around.
The only negative point is the lack of a hook in the shower to hold the shower head. Management should be able to fix it easily.

Room and hotel very clean - looks like they just repainted the whole place. Breakfast buffet was pretty good - make sure you ask for the omelette, she made them fresh for us. There was plenty of parking, mostly indoors. It is in the newer part of town, but easy access to the haute ville and the marina (LOTS of restaurants along there). Front desk staff very helpful. Our only complaint was the lack of amenities in the room - no fridge, limited closet space, nowhere really to sit and have a croissant or a glass of wine (perhaps on the balcony, but that didn't do us any good in the middle of the winter!). Be warned that many places in Bonifacio (and indeed on Corsica in general) will be closed or have severely reduced hours in the off-season.

Great little hotel close to the old town - everything looked very new. Only complaint was no shower except a hand held contraption - why modernise and not put a proper shower in? Free parking and wifi. Nice to have a balcony to sit out on. Despite having a bar when we asked for ice there was none available! Close to restaurants and supermarkets. Recommended.

Hôtel très bien situé par rapport au centre de Bonifacio (port et ville basse) dans un très bon rapport qualité / prix.
Notre chambre était propre, spacieuse et plutôt bien insonorisée (côté montagne).
Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour.
Seuls petits bémols qui nous empêchent de mettre 5 étoiles :
- pour 16€ le buffet du petit-déjeune manque de quelques éléments : œufs brouillés, mueslis/granola, fromage blanc (les basiques que l’ont retrouve souvent dans ce type d’hôtels).
- autant la demoiselle qui nous avait accueilli ainsi que la personne qui semblait être le patron étaient fort aimables, autant le salarié affecté à la salle du petit-déjeuner était assez froid et fort peu accueillant. Désolé de le dire mais on a eu l’impression chaque matin de le déranger ou qu’il pestait être là. Un sourire et un accueil chaleureux est la moindre des choses quand on travaille dans l’hôtellerie et que l’on a affaire à des clients. Même avis sur le jeune homme qui a géré notre départ.
Petites choses à corriger mais qui n’entache pas notre bon avis général.

Das Hotel a Madonetta verfügt über eine gute Lage ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hafen entfernt - am Hotel stehen ausreichend kostenfreie Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Mein Zimmer war groß, sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet. Insgesamt ist das Hotel und auch die Zimmer etwas abgenutzt - so ist z.B. der Bereich um die Klimaanlage im Frühstücksaal total verschimmelt. Das Personal war freundlich und ich konnte sogar früher einchecken. Preis-Leistung passt soweit.

Une seule nuit mais très pratique

Nous ne sommes resté qu’une seule nuit mais l’hôtel est idéalement situé et propre. Le parking est très pratique ! Le prix n’était pas donné mais c’est normal dans une région si touristique.
We only stayed for one night but the hotel was ideally located and clean. Parking is great! Price for the room wasn’t on the cheap side but it’s inevitable in such a touristic place.

Par contre, hôtel très bruyant le matin, le ménage vous réveille obligatoirement car les chambres sont mal insonorisées. Et je pense que le ménage n’est pas fait silencieusement non plus ! Et la télé capte très mal si jamais vous comptez l’utiliser !

Estaba muy bien el hotel. Fuimos una familia (4 adultos) y la habitación era muy amplia y estuvimos muy a gusto. Pedimos permiso y nos dejaron aparcar durante el día siguiente para poder visitar Bonifaccio e islas Lavezzi tranquilamente.

Du jamais vu !! Surtout quand on paye 14 euros.

Une très belle chambre pour 4. Balcon agréable. Établissement très proche du port, c'est parfait pour se promener sans avoir à prendre la voiture.
Parking couvert avec une douzaine de places, puis places a l'extérieur, devant l'hôtel.

Hôtel très bien situé, permet de visiter Bonifacio et les alentours sans faire trop de kilomètres. Personnels très accueillant. Possibilité d’emprunter un parasol, très utile lorsqu’on vient en avion. Seul petit bémol le petit déjeuné n’offre pas un grand choix de produits.
