Had a wonderful stay at this hotel just opposite the beach. Just for awareness the beach has a charge of euro 3.50 per person and a requirement of straw mat to be used between towel and sand. The hotel has some straw mat for use in reception. All staff friendly and helpful.

Hotel is in good location and staff is good. Wi-Fi is terrible in hotel. It didn’t work for entire stay despite raising complaints for the same. Breakfast served is good but think options are limited and same everyday which makes it boring.

No question, this was our favorite stay during our three-week trip to Mallorca and Sardinia. First, it's located a five-minute walk from one of the island's most beautiful beaches. (But note: During summer, the beach limits the number of people who can visit. If you want to go there, you can pay 50 euros through the hotel to guarantee you a spot on a specific day, complete with umbrella and lounge chairs.) Hotel also has a lovely pool and a restaurant. Rooms are nice and have all the necessities. Best of all, however, is the service. All of the staff were incredibly helpful. It's also close to the town central and terminal for the Corsica ferry (highly recommend a day trip to Bonafacio). Spent a week here and couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.

This is a great hotel literally next to a beautiful beach (Rena). For that alone you should stay here but note it’s at the bottom of a very steep hill into town. Wasn’t an issue for me but may be for those who don’t like to walk steep inclines (but takes only a few minutes). Breakfast was standard spread. Staff was super nice. Room was ok. Old and basic so don’t expect much in terms of modern comfort but it was fine for a week. The access to beach was truly the best part.

Everything was great except the WiFi in the room was extremely slow. Several people were in the lobby to use WiFi. Also, the beach access is private. If you’re one of the rare people to get the $3,50 reservation in advance (3 days out) that’s great, otherwise it’s $50 if you want to be at the beach per day.

Lovely location, not far from the arena Blanca beach (you need to pay to use the beach because of reservation of the beach). Staff is friendly and helpful. There is a restriction of when to use the swimming pool because the pool is next to the restaurant. The hotel offers free shuttle service to different beach every day, you need to book the day before. Breakfast at the hotel is good, many choices.

The hotel is right in front of the beautiful Rena Biance beach and a 5 minute walk to the main piazza of Santa Teresa with shopping and restaurants. The pool is lovely too. The staff here is so friendly and helpful, especially Giovanni. We loved it!

Amazing spot! The parking is super easy as their lot is connected directly to the hotel and is only available to hotel guests. The friendliest group of employees I have ever met, the breakfast was a nice big buffet and it’s in a 10/10 location. I was honestly shocked with how great of service this place offered. Also a great spot to bring kids as they have a big play area jungle gym, ping pong, a huge pool with bean bag chairs and more! It’s literally a 2 min walk to the bet beach in town with beach chair service (which I highly recommend if you’re coming in July).

The hotel is centrally located, a short walk down the driveway to the beach or up into the town. The grounds and pool area are beautiful and meticulously maintained. Room was spacious and comfortable, and terrace private. Breakfast was plentiful and managed by friendly servers. Highly recommended.

Positives: Great location right next to the stunning Rena Bianca beach. Staff was kind and very helpful giving us information on which beach to go to dependent on the weather. Negatives: The bed was very uncomfortable with a separation in the middle of the bed as it was two cots pushed together - nothing holding them in place. There was also no headboard - just a cement wall. Walls were paper thin, we would hear the people below us, above us and in the hallway in the early morning. Also, there were no pool towels. Little to no hotel amenities which was shocking given that it is a 4 star hotel. Value for money: 6/10. Compared to the other 4star hotels we stayed at in Sardinia this was by far the most expensive for what was offered. We were unfortunately disappointed with our stay at this hotel.

This was a nice hotel. Friendly staff. Wish they would have told us not to park down by the Palau port because you get a 90€ ticket. They should offer a shuttle there. Otherwise a wonderful stay.

The people who ran this hotel were so friendly and accommodating. They were very helpful and the location is fantastic - 2 minute walk from the beach. You can hire sun beds on the beach (because of the euro at the moment August 2019) they were expensive 10 euros per bed and 5 euros for a brolly. We had to book for the following day as there were none available on the same day. There is a public beach where you can just sit on the sand. The scenery around the beach is fantastic and the water is so clear.
The restaurants and bars are all within walking distance. One of the best restaurants is Il Grottinero (3 minutes from the hotel). Fantastic pizzas. There is also a lovely restaurant down by the harbour if you fancy a 30 minute walk. We got a taxi back which cost 10 euros.
The only 'downside' to this hotel is that its about 1 hour and 40 minutes away from Olbia airport. The road to the hotel is like a coast road, very winding and a lot of traffic.

We had a lovely stay here, very welcoming helpful reception staff when we arrived, and a very comfortable room - we had a superior double with a balcony. The hotel is only a few minutes to the beach, and about 10 minutes to the town square centre for restaurants and little shops. Very good breakfast included every morning too.

We stayed for 3 nights and loved the location. It is a 2 minute walk from one of the most spectacular beaches in the area. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was great with many options. Plenty of free Car parking was also available for hotel guests. Only negative was the size of our room. It was a little cosy. Would certainly come back though will be making sure to book a room with a sea view and balcony next time.

We enjoyed our holiday and would stay here again. Breakfast provided lots of hot and cold choices, staff were friendly and helpful, the beautiful Santa Teresa Gallura beach is a short walk plus the hotel has a very clean pool to relax by. The hotel provides a shuttle to other beaches plus beach equipment.

Good Hotel, excellent beach.
We found the Hotel to be perfect for our needs, it was clean, well maintained and the staff were friendly and helpful, and just three minutes from an excellent (and very safe) beach. The Hotel also organises free trips to other local beaches if required. The town was quite small (on top of a hill) with limited facilities so not ideal for a lively night life.

Perfectly situated hotel near beach and town
Loved almost everything about this hotel including the positive and helpful multi-lingual staff, the perfect location steps from a beautiful beach and a 5 min walk to the main piazza and restaurants, the great care taken to keep the property spotless, the bountiful breakfast, and free parking. Only negatives-a funky room design with open \"portholes\" between bathroom and bedroom in our room and a small charge for wifi. But these are minor criticisms of an otherwise terrific Italian hotel with character. We had two rooms for our family of four-deluxe ocean view balcony rooms which I'd recommend. If you want an American resort hotel though, this may not be for you. It's got character. But if you like a hotel frequented mostly by Italians and French visitors operated by Italians with a professional but positive attitude you'll love it.

Fint trevligt hotell! Det enda negativa var placeringen av ACns utblås - på balkongen, så när vi hade den igång blåste det varmluft så det inte gick att sitta där. Kanske ett sätt att se till att man inte använder AC. I övrigt bra! Stranden är värd ett besök, en av de finaste vi sett på ön! Man måste boka plats/biljett och betala några euro på dagen men det är gratis efter kl 18.

Avendo soggiornato solo due notti, l’addebito è risultato evidente in fattura, ma ho il sospetto che, in soggiorni più lunghi, simili costi possano passare inosservati.

Good breakfast and close to good restaurants and bars. Somehow disappointed that the pool closed at 6.30 pm and didn’t open until 9.30 in the morning, close to check out time. Not much time to use the pool unless you stay for a longer time. You have to pay to get access to the Beach. The cleaning was kind of weak. They only made the bed but didnt change towels or glasses.

The location close to the lovely village of santa teresa and the beaches nearby makes this a perfect start off point for exploring Sardegna. We opted to include dinner in our booking and we were.not dissapointed. The food waa excellent and pure italian. We had a great stay!
