This hotel has very good location just 4 min walk to haram. I would say it is very clean and room has enough space for big family as we stayed in family suite. I feel like another home. Breakfast isn’t to bad. Room service is excellent, friendly staff, cleaning person called Farhan is the excellent, the hotel has 5 shops where you can buy things also 2 clean barbershops so you can do haircuts after umrah.

Amazing staff and great atmosphere next to masjid Alharam. Special thanks to Mr. Abdulrahman at reception who welcomed us and helped us with everything. Lunch (Iftar) was wonderful with so many selections of different food to chose from. Room service is great as well. Walking distance to Masjid Alharam and next to Alsafwa shopping mall.

Makarem Ajyad Makkah hotel is a nice place to stay near Haram, which is at about 5-7 minutes walk (King Abdul Aziz Gate) depending on the rush of pilgrims. The hotel is located in a very busy area with lots of options available for food and other required needs. It is very close to Safwa Tower and Clock Tower. The hotel is in fact just at the back side of Clock Tower. Rooms are nice (we stayed in a quad room) with comfortable beds and very nice washroom (lovely rain shower).
The hotel offers breakfast buffet (free depending upon your package), with great options for everyone. Hotel staff is very nice and really takes care of you. They provide free water bottles every day of your stay.
Overall, it’s a great place to stay near Haram, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who visits Makkah.

We stayed at this hotel last year and we had a very good experience. This year, we arrived very early that day at around 6:00am and we were promised to check us in once they have a double Queen room ready. We reserved a superior 2 queen bedroom and after waiting until the regular check in time which was 4:00pm, they checked us in a Quattro bedroom which was kind of a disappointed but we were very tired to complaint or argue!! Also some coffee stains were in the floor in the room when we checked in. There was no coffee in the room while there was a machine.

This property is a bit older, but it’s clean and well-maintained. Most of the popular restaurants are on the other side of the Clock Tower, but still within a comfortable 15–20 minute walk.
The staff are amazing — very friendly and welcoming. The price is reasonable for the location, which makes it a good value overall. One thing to note is that while the walk to the Haram isn’t too bad, there’s often a bottleneck at the entrance, which can get a bit crowded and messy at times.

Not a five star. Horrible service. Our room smelled very bad and they would give you the run around. The water shut off everyday. Horrible experience when the water is gone and you are in the washroom.......wudhu. They offered to send up water bottles that never came. Elevator had problems a few times where they were down to less than half working. 1 Elevator was down the whole time. Bell hops not reliable. When our driver came for the airport they were no where to be found. Remember this is a so called 5 star hotel with 5 star pricing.

Booked and paid in advance for a room with a king bed. On arrival advised no rooms available with king bed and was offered a room with 4 single beds even though it was only me and my wife staying. I insisted for a room with a king bed as I have paid for it. Eventually at 5:00pm we were given a room with a king bed. Very disappointed as i was a returning customers. Will think twice in future.

Location was not bad. For a bottle of water, 10 Riyaal. I was able to get plenty of water bottle just cross the stree for free. . A cup of milk cost 10 Riyaal. No microwave was in room. You can use microwave in dinning area if you have bought food from the hotel.
