Great overall resort with an awesome staff. The resort is very welcoming and the room i stayed in was spacious enough. The view of the beach and the set up of the beach chair was perfect. The staff members were friendly and made us feel right at home. Only criticism is the lack of premium alcohol beverage and the breakfast could’ve been better. Overall had a great experience and highly recommend it.

Spacious, clean room overlooking the pool. Seal in the door broken so a lot of whistle-howl from the wind but other than that fantastic. Staff for the most part exceptional and fantastic food both at the Black Rock and Fish Deck Restaurant. Loved the option of using the sister Resort Blu Haven! Most amazing of course is the location; allowing for endless walks in both directions along the gorgeous beach of Grace Bay.

Pros: Very nice rooms with a kitchenette and lots of space, all rooms had a patio or balcony, restaurants for dinner were very good, good drinks with a generous amount of alcohol. The resort is close to shopping areas.

Cons: Many of the staff members were unfriendly, breakfast buffet food was lukewarm at best, not many covered areas in case of rain, which we unfortunately experienced.

We had a two bedroom suite. However, in the one bedroom with two beds, there was only one lamp for reading.

The air conditioning was slow to respond to new request requested temperatures.

Other than these two disappointments, the rooms were good.

We stayed at The Alexandra for one night before checking into Beaches Turks & Caicos next door, and it ended up being the perfect place for our family. Our suite was a one-bedroom with a king bed and a sleeper sofa for our kids, plus a kitchen and a balcony with beautiful ocean and pool views. The room was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for the four of us.

Even though our stay was short, we enjoyed the all-inclusive food and drinks for lunch, dinner, and breakfast, and everything we had was good. The beach was absolutely gorgeous (as you’d expect in Turks & Caicos), and the location right next to Beaches made our transition to the next resort incredibly easy.

For a short stay, it was exactly what we needed—comfortable accommodations, great views, friendly service, and a beautiful beachfront setting. We would definitely consider staying here again.

The beach was absolutely amazing! We did get bitten up pretty bad by sand fleas, so I recommend bringing bug spray. The room and premises were very clean. Most of the staff were not very friendly or helpful. Food was mostly good, but the number of restaurants they list is decieving because there are only 3 spots and they alternate what days they are open and change the name depending on what time of day it is (i.e. the Aso Grille for lunch becomes the Black Rock Restaurant for dinner). There is only 1 option for breakfast. I did get food poisoning from Black Rock probably due to using a literal rock to serve the food on. I was also burned several times by sizzling juices on a rock that seemed far too hot for far too long. There were several other parties who had 1 or 2 members who seemed to have symptoms of food poisoning during their stay as well. I will try another resort on Grace Bay Beach next time I go to Turks and Caicos because it truly is the best beach I've ever seen.

The room was spotless and the staff was courteous. We had a delay in getting a room but the staff was apologetic and sent us fruit and cheese plate to our room.

The food at the resort was very good.

The only issue is that for the price you pay for this all inclusive the service and the resort does not measure up. I think for the same price point a more luxurious experience can be had at other resorts and at other Caribbean destinations.

Overall it was a great stay but not worth the price that we paid.

I had a such an amazing time at this lovely beach front resort we stayed at 4 night's and 5 days. The resort was nice with a garden view with partially beach view. The had great amenities to enjoy along with different food selections from different restaurants to choose which was great! They also have a sister hotel to use amenities and restaurants as well. You do have to travel with shuttle to sister hotel about 10 minute drive. Shout the staff team Skyers, Mary Chryss, Garnell, Lettuce they were truly so amazing along with everyone else I did not get to mention. Thank you again for everything.

THE best!!! The Alexandria was everything and more for our family of four (college age kids). The aura is everything and it is a place young families, newly coupled, singles, orders and Youngers can enjoy everything the Turks & Caicos has to offer. It was busy enough to feel festive but, we never lacked the ability to find a seat and place for our entire family. Each day is topped off by an incredible view of the Turk's, on fire, sunsets!

The room was newly redone, clean and appropriate with one bedroom and adequate pullout/rollout options... rooms were redone and pretty. Spacious balcony with full dining AND lounge seating with exquisite view of the ocean-- completely worth the extra.

Food was UNBELIEVABLE-- all buffets, restaurants, bbq's were restaurant quality and plentiful, beyond belief. Drinks and liquor over-flowed from coffee bars, smoothie banquets, bars on beach, on resort and in pool... nothing we asked for they didn't serve-- had specialty drinks and all of our hometown favs, as well. Food was available all times and all days for the taking and enjoying.

Staff was so kind and accommodating, at every turn-- we wanted for nothing and requests were always met with expedient and positive response.

There are not enough words to convey how extraordinary The Alexandria Resort is... its access to The Blue Haven is such an added bonus and a great escape to another impressive, accommodating resort. Thank you, The Alexandria... We will be back!!!

I will start by saying the only reason I am giving this 2 stars is because of their sister property Blue Haven. I wish we had stayed there instead. Blue Haven was magnificent - friendly staff- beautiful grounds and amazing food.
I will start by our first night there. Our room was on the ground floor right next to their entertainment. It was so loud that the walls were vibrating. With 2 toddlers it was impossible to get them to sleep. We asked to change rooms to a more quiet part of the property. They were kind enough to show us another room. When we walked into the room there were 2 employees sitting in there in the dark. No explanation was given. The staff member who was showing us the room said he’d make sure room was checked and cleaned before we moved in the following morning. Fast forward- next morning they tell us that room isn’t available. After repeating we were told that room was confirmed they agreed to give us that room. When we walked in with all of our luggage- we found open half empty beverages in our refrigerator. Not only that there were no amenities. No soap- paper towels or sponges in the kitchen. Closets had no hangers. No pillows or blankets for the pull out bed.
I will move onto the food.. It was terrible- hard to find anything we could enjoy. We thought they had several restaurants. They have one outdoor restaurant and they change the name to whatever meal is going to be served. No kids club-no trampoline in water. No toys for kids. DONT GO

This is my third time at this resort and they are updating the rooms which was nicely done. The Fish deck restaurant was a great by being remodeled and an improved menu and excellent wait staff.

Overall the stay at Alexandria was very good. Our room stood out with a kitchen, one and a half baths, bedroom and a large balcony. Best of all it had a washer and dryer. No more wet bathing suits hanging around. The staff was friendly and the food tasted good, although with limited menus. They need to work on their deserts. Unfortunately, they require you to wear a non removable wrist band with a miniature key card attached. I still can’t fathom why they can’t come up with something better than that because it’s so uncomfortable. The beach here of course is great and is wider here than some other resorts on Grace bay. Definitely would come back.

Loved having bikes to ride down to Salt Mill area. Took the shuttle up to Blue Haven twice for dinner at Fire & Ice. Staff were great, dealing with hurricane/tropical storm warnings, preparing guests with food on hand and answering any questions. Great place, would stay again.

The resort is beautiful, and the beach is PERFERCT! Make sure you eat at the jerk chicken hut, see Sylvie, best lunch ever!! Had lunch 3 times in the week we were there. The food varieties for all the meals are good. Nice touch is the day before you leave the office calls to arrange transportation to the airport if you need it. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice entertainment on the beach and in the evening. Even a beautiful pool, if you can force yourself out of the water on that breathtaking beach. Great vacation place!!

Resort also had very few options to choose from when it came to dining. Prior to going we did our research and thought more would be available to us but it truly is just the deck restaurant. There was a handful of nice staff but then other than that we felt we were being a hassle when asking for things- more than not the staff was not friendly. The water and sand were absolutely breath taking. It was a once in a lifetime trip; I would not go back. Mind you, it is soooooo expensive.

We had such a great time at Alexandra, being able to visit their sister resort Blue Haven was a big plus. You could go on the beach at any time and there were tons of chairs and umbrellas not to mention the water was absolutely gorgeous. Knocked a star because one night we got left at Blue Haven, we waited for the last shuttle that apparently left before it’s scheduled time. The Blue Haven staff was kind enough to order us a taxi and Alexandra covered the cost. We’re a young couple so the only other downside is that there were lots of families with younger kids, which is fine but definitely do an adults only resort if you’re going for a more romantic vibe. I’d also say that the cleanliness of the beach/beach chairs and pool area was a bit lacking. There were some times we couldn’t even find towels but there were a bunch of used ones scattered all over the beach chairs along with empty cups. There’s a bunch of water sports available that are included in the price like kayaking, snorkeling, and others (which you can do at no extra cost at both locations). The food was an absolute 10/10 (you have to go to Irie Bites by the beach for some incredible Caribbean food - (I believe the woman that severed us was Ms. Sylvie, she was so kind and omg can she cook!!!) I don’t think we had anything that we didn’t like and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly - the hospitality was the best I’ve experienced while traveling.

Overall it was a great girls trip, the beach was everything! The resort was okay- needs some updating. The staff weren’t very friendly- definitely would recommended a customer service class for all staff. We’re spending a lot of money at your resort so yes, we’re expecting the best. I would also like to see more adult friendly entertainment- like a DJ playing all day while guest are enjoying the beach and pool. We also had an issue with the AC in our room- no resolution for 2 nights and the Managment team has yet to call me regardless of the 5 attempts to connect with a manager-again, customer service work is needed. When you’re spending $1200 a night you’re expecting to sleep comfortably with AC!

Absolutely the best place to stay! We went for our honeymoon and had such an amazing time. Staff was so incredible and friendly! We enjoyed Saturday especially when local vendors came in. The food was amazing and we got to try so many new things. Blue haven was very underwhelming and we didn’t have access to Salt after taking the shuttle over there. But didn’t let it ruin our time! We actually cancel our fire and ice reservation so we could spend our last night at Alexandra. Entertainment was great and loved the activities on the beach. We cannot wait to come back!!!

Great choice for all inclusive. Their sister property is also very beautiful. The beach service was wonderful! We were able to enjoy full days on the beach and only dipped in the pool once. The “food trucks” were our favorite for lunch and midday snacks. Also the liquor choices were all good. We’re from TX and loved that they had Tito’s!! Definitely make it a point to go to Noah’s Ark. Our boat day with Island Vibes was the most memorable.

I wanted to give this resort more stars but unfortunately I could not. The island itself is unbelievable.

The entertainment staff, guest services, beach staff, restaurant staff are all some of the best people I have ever met in my life. We will never forget how incredible these particular staff members were especially Tash and Barbie.

The resort is still believe but a little run down. Our room was very spacious which we loved but it needed some TLC even though it stated just renovated. Cleaning needs to be a little more in depth prior to check ins.

The grounds were very dry and unkept. You can’t walk through the grass as they are covered in fire ants. The kids area needs updating. A basic trampoline and outdated plastic play slide etc.

The pool is amazing but not cleaned throughout the day. There is alot of leaves floating around etc. The pool lounge floats are all torn up and dirty.

The drinks were OK. The food was delicious. The street festival is definitely the best experience of it all.

There is no way to eliminate housekeeping from coming into your room. No privacy door hanger or button to say do not enter.

We were often told throughout our stay that they loved our outfits etc and everyone kept asking us which room are you in. We kept our valuables in the safe the entire time. My husband packed us up on our last day and went down to grab breakfast. He called and had the bell man grab our bags so we could enjoy some more of the beach before we left.

Overpriced hotel, not worth the money. In general Turks and Caicos is overpriced fame not worth the money. They don’t even have a decent airport.

Staff so bad. Annoyed when you asked them anything. Barley acknowledged you. Asked for a coffee just walked away. Ignored a lot.
-Staff arguing with each other almost daily. Breakfast- they yelled to one staff member “that’s your job just do it”. Bar- yelling at each other. Staff member making Phone call so loud while cussing. Beach guys yelling at each other across the beach several times.
-Sat at table for my reservation for 20 mins before anyone came to it to take my drink order or bring bread.
-30 mins to just get nachos, restaurant half full. Then they came with jalapeños when I asked for none. No one refilled my drink.
-Took hand towels and wash cloths (even though I kept them hanging on the towel bars) and forgot to replace them
-Canceled my dinner reservation one night because the restaurant was going to be closed, even though I made the reservation three days before and couldn’t get me a reservation anywhere else including the sister resort.
-No where to sit it the shade or sun for that matter if it’s not on a beach chair or pool chair.
-Bathrooms gross and only 2
- Eggs Benedict cold even though they were in one of those heated containers for the buffet.
-40 mins for a pizza. Came back at 40 minutes and the pizza was not there.
-Loud dj on the beach with same 90s playlist every day
-Omelet woman used her bare hands to grab each ingredients put in omelet
-2pm out of towels both beach and pool and just said then we’re out. Couldn’t get a towel.

The beach at the resort is incredible. The staff members are top notch. The reserved dining experiences had fantastic sushi, steak and fish. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It is kid friendly and you can buy excursions after arrival to the hotel. Someone in my party had a medical emergency and the hotel handled it beautifully.

Such a beautiful and calming place to be! Everyone there was so, so welcoming, and the food options were lovely, particularly breakfast--which ran until 11am! Families were very welcome and entertainment activities abounded, but the atmosphere was never too loud or overbearing. Also: It's situated on one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever seen. Gorgeous island, wonderful people, GREAT vacation!

Loved our newly remodeled one bedroom suite for our family of four. Having a washer/dryer was an extra bonus. Food options & drinks were outstanding. Service was wonderful. Had an incredible time- amenities were well thought out & executed. The staff were so kind to our sons as well. The staff in charge of activities were energetic & friendly- seemed to genuinely enjoy entertaining the guests. We’ll be back.

Need to buff up fitness center. Need to allow bike use 24/7. Drinks that I got were not done right like frozen Marguerita and strawberry daiquiri. Service in restaurants is marginal at best. Once they serve you food, never check on you again.
