I have visited this hotel several times before 2020, during my last visit there are comments that the hotel management must take into consideration: The rooms need renovation as well as the beds, the constant disturbance while cleaning the next rooms, placing a bottle of water for the guest, the professionalism in dealing with clients.

I always use to stay at Titanic sisli . It’s closed everywhere and the stuff is wonderful helpful With great hospitality specially the reception I can name the person goes by Mustafa Levent Selcuk bellboy serdar , they are all very helpful and friendly during my each time I stayed at this place . I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody friends and family . I am looking forward to stay again in Titanic Sisli comfort

I would have rated my stay as OK if we didn't face an issue with the A/C during our stay.. we have visited in April.. we couldn't turn on the AC as it was and central system and it was only used for heating.. we complaint to the hotel staff but they did not cooperate with us at all and claimed that this applies to all hotels in Istanbul at this period of the year (which is absolutely not true) because the weather is generally cold at this time of the year.

i am from canada i and my partners we go to istanbul for work as well our family will come with us specially in summers. we been staying in titanic comfort in last 15 years as each trip we make to istanbul. officially is a 3 star hotel but in reality rooms and seevice is as 4 star hotel. the manegment is excelent as they make treat you as their own friend and staff will go out of thier way to make you feel at home. rooms are as i said 4 star hotel standard. no matter what time of day or night if we needed any thing even pass midnight just it takes 1 phone call to reception in few minutes you get what you asked for. staff are very friendly and always respecting guests. Mr savas the hotel manager is very kind person he iss always avilabel as well as his staff to help you he always greets you and always invtie you for tea or coffee. he always ask what you need and he will tell to hiss staff to get what yopu ask for. The hotel is a smalll beautiful hotel. It's located in a very local part of the Şişli area of Istanbul. Şişli has to be one of Istanbul's best kept secrets. Great, safe and up beat neighborhood of Istanbul. Great for shopping, dinning and walking. It's only one Metro stop away from Taksim Square and 4 Metro stops away from Sultanamed.
The hotel is clean, safe, the rooms are well appointed and the staff is very attentive.

Nice hotel at a convenient location
The hotel staff is friendly, but depending on time of the day, some staff may not understand English as well as others. There is no business related service in the hotel, which fortunately I did not have to use on this trip. Internet was good in general except the router in my floor went out one night, could not be reset or repaid till next morning. But you can always access wifi in the lobby area. It is not as close to the subway station as the hotel claimed, but it is a few blocks from a major blvd. Plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood.

The hotel is located in a narrow street and surrounded by the residential buildings. THis is just a 150-200 meters away from the main street where you can reach public transport easily. Also the Cevahir shopping center (the biggest in Europe) is only 600 meters away. The rooms are big enough and clean. Other details in the bathroom are also well designed. The only issue is, people at the reception do not usually know all the procedures and cannot give clear answers to your questions, like dry cleaning etc. For this price, this place is a quite good option though.

I would recommend you invest in a Istanbul travel card 7tl deposit and you can then top it up as you go. saves time and money and makes sense if you are using the metro,trams etc. taxis are cheap but get the htel to book them for you and agree a price

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed through expedia. if you have Claustrophobia then you shouldnt stay at this hotel. there is no windows at the room which they give to Expedia cutomers. breakfast is cold and not so many choices. staff is not very friendly. and Do not leave your ID at the reception.

The location is hard to get to, and taxis have hard time finding it. The room had no real window, it was facing some kind of elevator shaft. On the plus side the room was newly renovated and with new furniture. However the room was small. There are better alternatives.

This is a basic hotel with basic amenities. They were working on the floor above us the whole stay so that produced a lot of noise but that is only temporary. The only negative thing I have is that the Air conditioner turned off for about an hour or 2 every night for some reason. Overall it was a decent place to stay but I wouldn't recommend it for a romantic stay with a partner. It's location is pretty convenient if you know the area, maybe not so much if you are a first time tourist. However, I doubt you'll be staying in the Sisli/Nisantasi area if you are a first time tourist.

The hotel is near to the main street of Osmanbay and about 450m to Cevaher Mall \"amazing\" and there is Metro station, there is another one in the other direction but about 850m at Osmanbay center.
The hotel street is quite & very nice for relaxing, the breakfast is reasonable and very fine, room size is very good.

The bad things are not much, but I booked non smoking room & I got one, some times there is some smoke leaked from other room, the hotel in a ramp, so if you have an elders with you, then you may have some issue from one side of the street.

Hotel was what you would expect for its stat rating, for me as I was on a conference it was excellent- the staff were all pleasant and extremely helpful sorting out taxis for me at a moments notice - i never leave tips at Hotels - but here i did - because the staff were so good
most taxi driver s were able to get me to Halic centre in around 15 minutes by using back streets rather than congested main roads average cost 15 TL-
in the evenings the area is a normal residential area, ahundred metres from amin shopping street- one night I walked from the hotel for coffee and found 3 street cafes serving after midninght
it is only 800 metres from a lovely military museum and I walked to the bosphorous bridge and small seaside area in an hour

Great hotel in a shopping area on the outskirts. Lots of food places near by. To get to Taksim Sq just one metro stop for 1.75TL. Take 5 mins to walk to the Osmenbeg - every 10 mins and takes about 3 mins once going. Easy. So location not really a problem and Metro runs until midnight and taxi's are cheap!
My friends stayed in a hotel on Taksim Sq that cost 3x as much and was half as good. Breakfast at the Titanic was great! Free wifi too. What more could you ask?
