We arrived early morning and the reception said there’s no reservation for your stay but after 20 minutes he found out that there was a similar first name and he was wrong. Then they gave us a room with the separate bed and the reception said they will change our room after 12 o’clock but after the next receptionist said they don’t have double bed room and we have no choice. Carpet was dirty and one of reception guy was impolite. Overall we’re not gonna stay there next time.

The room is nice and clean. Breakfast wasn't too good. The check-in staff was incompetent but some other staff members were nice. Overall it's a pretty okay hotel for the price I paid.

We ordered a rom with a double bed for two persons but when we arrived there was only a tiny wider single bed, which is why we went straight to the reception. They (hotel staff) didn’t deny the fact that the bed didn’t correspond to our reservation instead they told us that we could get a new room the day after tomorrow. Why should we pay for the new hotel without getting our money back from our booking, and why should we have the troubles asking and really trying to get our money back, when they should be the ones trying to fix this problem because it is their job but also because the hotel is their collaborator, so when hotel made the mistake hotels.com should fix it, cause it’s their responsibility.

I was shocked when I went into my room and found that there were no windows! Was greatfull when then front desk staff came to an understanding and offered me another room. I reviewed Hotels.com info details about the hotel/room and found there was a small note on the lack of windows. I truly believe hotels.com should not offered any kind of accommodation that does not meet minimum standards. And among those hotel rooms (3 stars) without windows.

The hotel is clean, quiet, and comfortable. Try to bargain the room price down if you can though because they seemed negotiable when I added extra nights. The breakfast is amazing. However, the staff is unfriendly when I tried to ask for help over anything for help they acted like they couldn't be bothered. The wifi goes in and out as expected in Istanbul.

Das zimmer was uns zu verfügung gestellt wurde war ohne fenster ich habe niergens wo gelesen das das zimmer was wir gebucht haben ohne fenster ausgestattet war. Ich fibde es von ecpedia schade dad das nicht richtig beschrieftet wurde und vom hotel das wir aufpreis bezahlt haben weil wir ein zimmer mit fenster haben wollten obwohl es leere zimmer gab. Nicht sauber und das Personal gar nicht zuvorkommt oder hilfsbereit gewese. Das hotel nicht noch einmal.

too many arabs in this hotel unfortunately, disturbing behaviour, making too much noise and being rude. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast could be improved, but is abundant. Personalet sa at dem ikke hadde bodd der selv mens når hotels ringte til hotellet så luktet det blomster. På nettsoden står det at det er parkering der. Men neida. Må leie plass 500m unna. Ser ikke trygt ut i det heletatt.
