Great stay at this hotel. 5 mins walk away from Sisli metro stop and 5 mins walk away from mall. Plenty of eating places in close distance.

Blisstanbul Hotel has a great location with easy access to all kinds of conveniences. The rooms are clean and quiet, and the restaurant downstairs is quite good. But what really sets this hotel apart is its staff. You could not ask for people who are more kind, friendly, helpful, and willing to go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. They're simply outstanding.

We stayed at this hotel for a week as a group and had several rooms booked. The location was great and close to various restaurants and shopping centers.
The best thing about the place was the staff. They were all quick to help with anything we needed or give advice on any questions (and there were many of those!). They were especially great with our son, particularly the lady at the kitchen bar, who was very kind to him.

we were not happy with this hotel, and we checked out the next day even we had reservations for 6 or 7 nights. The images were misleading, the hotel was very old and dirty.
I had reserved two rooms, both rooms had very dirty bathrooms and mold was all over the shower doors and on the floors of bathrooms, I have taken pictures to prove it.
We could smell someone was smoking in the other rooms. The wall paper in one room was ripping apart.
Electrical panel was making too much noise and so many other issues that we couldn't stay there any longer

Superb inexpensive hotel

As inexpensive hotels go, this was superb. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location was good with shops all around and only about 7 minutes walk to the Metro and a large shopping mall. We ate at the hotel a couple of nights. The food was very good and plentiful and reasonably priced, as was the beer. Would definitely stay here again if we visit Istanbul again.

I recently stayed at the hotel and I have to say, the staff were absolutely fantastic. They were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to solve an issue I had with my booking. I was really impressed with their professionalism and how smoothly they handled the situation.

Overall, I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a basic and reasonably-priced place to stay in the area. .

I’m very pleased to have selected this hotel to stay in during my transfer in Turkiye. They have friendly and very kind staff. The hotel is very clean and in a good commercial area of town. It’s central and close to all kinds of urban transportation as well as shopping malls, restaurants and various merchants. It’s next to a masjid also which was nice. The hotel restaurant was excellent. Overall this boutique hotel is a hidden gem and you could pass by it and miss it. I recommend this hotel to all people who seek to be close to the centre of the city but not too close to busy locations like Taksim Meydani or Sultanahmet Meydani.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed

First of all the location of the hotel is great - close to Shishli metro station, Cavahir shopping center etc.
Rooms are nice and vide and cleaning were performed every day

The best thing about this hotel is it's convenience to everything in Sisli area. I got a basement room and was unhappy to have no natural light. It felt a bit odd. It was huge though. And the guys at the desk were very friendly. The included breakfast was a nice touch. I'm not sure I'll be back though.

I loved my stay, the room was very clean, the food was amazing and everyone was very friendly. I would recommend it to anyone and will stay there again next time. The hotel is conveniently close to the shops and restaurants. It is very cozy.

They placed me in the basement, then the attic. The TV was parallel to the bed so unable to watch anything.
Had next door neighbors screaming and hotel staff would not act until told that I was going to call the police.
In addition, no wake up call and the front desk person was upset because he felt that I should not say anything as I was there already. Total mess!

This is what we expected for the price. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and bedding good, but not excellent. More like 3 Star, not 4.

The room was big but furniture dated. Water from shower didn't drain well, but pressure was good and water hot. Breakfast was good, but nothing special.

Overall a good place to stay for a short visit if your main use will be sleeping and taking a shower. Would not recommend for stays of beyond 4-5 nights though. Good central location and walking distance to large shopping center.

reaching hotel was not straightforward this street is very busy, however Reception was good and fast. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was ok. Concierge was very helpful he stayed with us for 15-20mnts trying to catch a taxi as most of them were busy.

I stayed in Blisstanbul for five days. It is well placed in a busy part of Şişli but the hotel and room itself was quiet and private. It has easy access to transport and lots of eateries. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Day trips and visits can be organised from the hotel. Would recommend and stay again.

Very friendly and extremely helpful staff at the hotel. The hotel restaurant had good food. If your room is on the roadside, it can get a bit noisy. The hotel is in the business district so a bit distant from tourist sites. But taxis are always available. We had a great stay.

Awesome hotel! And, really helpful staff!

I stayed for 4 nights at Blisstanbul, and I was really impressed!
Staff were very welcoming upon my arrival.
The room was fantastic! Had my own terrace which had a great view facing towards Trump Towers.
The bed was really comfy as well!

The breakfast they supply is also very good! Great selection! Both Turkish and western breakfast foods.

Blisstanbul also has a great location! About a 5 minute walk from the Sişli metro station and the Chevahir shopping mall. And the Metrobus stop for Mechidiyekoy is only about 10/15 minutes away.

The only problem I had was that I had a problem with my TV. But, a member of the staff simply had it replaced for me.

Over all, I would recommend Blisstanbul to anyone, and I would certainly stay there again.

I chose this hotel bcs its very close to my organization regional hub. Its a pleasant stay. Breakfast is good. Staff helpful. Five minutes away from metro station so its convenient for airport. The only downside of this hotel is that its on a busy street and the street noise might wake you up earlier than expected.

Great small hotel in Istanbul

This hotel is a small, European style boutique hotel. The location is fantastic - - a short walk to the Metro and then two stops to Taksim Square or three to Shishane, closer to Galata Tower. Many of the hotel staff speak excellent English and all are welcoming and friendly. There is a very good café in the hotel. The rooms are attractively decorated and very clean. I recommend highly, unless you are looking for a mega-hotel.

Fully renovated hotel with reasonable rate

Looking at the outside sign of hotel, and entering the reception area, not impressive at all, but once you get to the rooms, we were so impressed with how beautiful the setup was. My family stayed in three rooms, all different layouts, nicely decorated, spacious. The bathroom was amazing. Bonus is being greeted by two wonderful staff, Ahmet and Tuncay, they represent the hotel so well, very professional. These two were able to communicate with us fully, always ready to assist us and very friendly. Very convenient to have a restaurant on the main floor.

Blisstanbul is a very special place !!!

Amazing ! Amazing ! Amazing place!!!! We found the hotel staff and the accommodation First Class and could not fault the service in any way. The reception desk and restaurant staff were always most pleasant and only too willing to help and advise us, which made our stay all the more enjoyable. I would like to give my special thanks to Ms. Lutfiye who made everything perfect from the beginning to the end of our trip. Also a big Thank you to the restaruant staff members especially the gentleman with the ponytail ,who made us feel very special (sorry for not remembering your name ).

The hotel has been open for 15 months and the location is approximately 5 minute walk to the Sisli Metro Station and Cevahir Shopping Center. From the hotel location you can be in the Taskim area in 5 mins. The staff (I will not attempt to spell their names b/c I will be incorrect) was friendly and personable and provided outstanding customer service. For example, I asked the front desk as to where I could find 35mm film and so happens the gentleman that works behind the bar was going out to pickup some items. They offered to located the film for me and I could pay them when he returned. Another example was the assistance with locating a Turkish Airlines main office and one of the staff (Yasamen) actually went with me to locate a the main office, which turned out to be in the Taksim which required taking a transit bus to the area.

I loved to stay at the Blisstanbul hotel

I loved to stay at the Blisstanbul hotel. The staff were all so helpfull and nice. The hotel var very clean, the bed very good and my room was very calm and no noise. The window was into a closed shaft with daylight coming from above, this meant that the noise from the street did not disturbe me. The metro and a mall is 10 minutes walk away and a supermarket is newt door to the hotel and lots of good restaurants very close by. Connected to the hotel is a bar where you can get breakfast and something to eat all day. Everything I ordred was very good. Also the hotel manager helped with getting tickets to a evening cruse and also getting a good and safe taxi to the airport. If I come back to Istanbul I am definitely giong to staya at the Blisstanbul hotel.
