My mother recently stayed at this hotel in Istanbul, and she was very happy with her experience. She was traveling alone, and she felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout her stay.

The staff were very kind and professional, and the overall service was excellent. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was perfect with a good variety of fresh options every morning.

The location was also very convenient and made it easy to access nearby shopping malls and other attractions.

Overall, it was a very pleasant and safe stay, and we truly appreciate the hospitality.

Really lovely hotel in a quiet location which is great for a good night at sleep away from the hustle and bustle of areas like Taksim.
Breakfast was fine, a variety of fruits, cheese, celissants, bread, and cold meats. The room was made up everyday with fresh, clean towels. The staff were very helpful when we were planning trips to areas, helping us with what locations to put into the BiTaksi app or even Google maps. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for a week in April while we visited various dentists. The hotel was conveniently located close to most of the clinics. I would highly recommend getting the breakfast included package, as breakfast was wonderful and lots of variety. Not many cafes within walking distance, so that was convenient. Overall staff here was great and we had a great stay.

Overall, a nice stay. Room was clean and breakfast buffet was good. It’s not in the best area that is close to much, and for some reason the sixth floor where we were staying always smelled like spoiled trash. I told management about it, but it continued to smell in the hallway. Air-conditioning system shoots right down on you in bed while you’re sleeping and is in a very awkward spot. Otherwise, hotel staff were helpful and the room was clean and had a nice view. I will say, if you want to have happy patrons, do not try to charge them over $12 for one beer in your lobby downstairs. That’s extortive pricing.

I am extremely disappointed by the behavior of your reception staff, especially Özgür and Ardan.

The night before, I clearly asked to extend my stay and was told me the price per night. When I asked to pay immediately, I was told that the extension would have to be handled with the morning staff.

The next morning, instead of handling the situation professionally, I was treated with complete disrespect. Özgür was aggressively knocking on my door as if I had begged for the room, and Ardan spoke to me horribly on the phone, insisting that I leave the room immediately because “other clients were arriving,” as if I was some kind of problem instead of a paying guest.

This situation happened because of your staff’s lack of organization and communication, yet I was the one treated badly for it. The way they spoke to me and handled the situation was unacceptable, disrespectful, and extremely unprofessional.

A hotel should hire receptionists who are trained in hospitality and know how to speak to clients properly. No guest deserves to be treated this way.

Horrible experience! avoid this place.

Gleam Bomonti is our to-go place in Istanbul. We like the area and the fact it’s not in the middle of a touristy hassle, yet the neighborhood and authentic Sisli feel is there and we always love it. Use of spas, availability of the massages and delicious diverse breakfast choices make it for us place we will always return when in Istanbul.

The hotel staff were excellent, helped with the luggage both with check-in and check-out. The cleaning lady was very sweet, and helpful. The hotel staff was excellent. The spa experience, however was rather disappointing....very dark premises...hot stone massage was done with luke warm or rather coldish stones, for 60$ for 50 minutes and rather average/ robotic type massage wasn't very relaxing....there was a possibility to use sauna for 20 minutes, and they knock to prepare the room for the next person. But this was the spa experience. The hotel staff however were great and super-helpfu. The location is great in terms of walking in the area, but rather loud if you wish to get fresh air or sleep with the windows open...it is possible that my room location was as such.

Clean room and good breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helped a lot. The location is in Sisli which is a good part of Istanbul. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the metro and also the center part of Sisli which you can find a lot of stores and restaurants. From the metro to Istanbul center took about 10-15 minutes which was surprisingly good. The only bad thing was that when we entered the room there where only beds for 3 people and we booked for 4 people. The staff was very helpful and fixed an okay bed that night and after that night fixed a new mattress so the experience got better. In general, a good hotel.

Staff is very helpful and provided umbrellas on a rainy day. Food and service was great.
The only thing we didn't like was that when we checked in ( around 11.30pm), porter took our tiny light cabin bag, and said- foolow me. we were so tired and in the lift i thought why is he going with us. Allhe did was to open the door to our room, and waited for a tip. I didn't have small notes, so gave him 200 Turkish lira for 30 seconds help.

The Gleam Bomonti Hotel is an excellent hotel option in Istanbul. The rooms are clean, safe, and quiet. The breakfast is absolutely excellent. The only thing I would change is to have the breakfast buffet open a bit earlier for people like myself who wake up very early.

The only downside was the location—being next to a busy street meant traffic noise was noticeable throughout the night.

My stay at Gleam Bomonti Hotel was truly exceptional from start to finish. The entire team deserves special thanks for their kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality — they made me feel completely at home throughout my visit.

The spa and massage services were absolutely wonderful — relaxing, professional, and among the best I’ve experienced. The tranquil atmosphere and skilled therapists made it the perfect way to unwind after busy days in the city.

Breakfast was delightful and abundant, with a rich selection of fresh and tasty options to start the day on a high note.

The hotel itself is elegant, clean, and very comfortable, ideally located for exploring Istanbul while enjoying peace and relaxation.

The hotel had several problems:
•The air conditioner was very weak. I reported it, they checked it, but nothing improved.
•The room was extremely small.
•The bathroom had mold.
•Small black insects were coming out of the drain and spreading in the room.
•I requested an iron and had to wait more than a day and a half to receive it, so I couldn’t iron my clothes on time.
•There was a lot of noise coming from the windows because they were not properly sealed with double glass.
•The mattress was very uncomfortable.
•The pillows were oversized and not standard.

All staff were amazing and very helpful/professional and friendly. The breakfast was alright and the hotel itself was very clean and aesthetic. The immediate local area was a bit run down but was only a short walk to the bus and metro. I am sure not all rooms are the same, but I could barely fit on my toilet due to the position of it next to the wall and shower.
Overall, was a good stay and the staff are running the place really well.

Good hotel and staff, I will give them 4 stars for two reasons. 1. The sauna and spa are open only from 12 pm to 11, so if you have plans to use early in the morning or late at nights you won’t be able to. 2. The AC is so weak it takes forever to cool the room down, especially if you like your room on the cooler side.

It was my first time in Istanbul and I don’t speak any Turkish, but the staff made everything easy and stress-free. Anything I asked for was sorted out very quickly. This is my first time in Turkey, as a tourist I would say this hotel is very safe and clean. The hotel provided us whatever we requested (they give clean water whenever you request it). The room service was really good, the lady was very efficient and cleaned the room really well. The receptionist helped us with our bags when we arrived and also when we left. The receptionist Mohammed knew how to speak English whereas the others didn’t so it’s best if you download google translation (nothing wrong with them not knowing just a suggestion to any tourist visiting this hotel)

The cons were the room was small for us and they had not checked my booking as they said it was for 3 people whereas I had paid for 4 people (didn’t bother me as the hotel room was very clean and organised).
I would recommend tourist to pay the extra amount for the breakfast as the two cafes we went to around the area, the breakfast was expensive and small portions (not worth it) The cafe next to the hotel called “boro” was amazing and worth trying.
The area is far from the central and tourist sites (30minute drive). There is a path way down to get taxi is a 3min walk, to get to central it’ll cost you around 450lira (which is around $17). Would recommend tourist to book closer but this hotel is pretty affordable and a good stay.

The hotel is within walking distance of a huge mall and a lot of convenience stores and restaurants. Throw in the 24-hour gym (that is not a given in Turkey) and the truly exceptional and considerate customer service, and I would gladly stay here again. They stored our bags while we had a free day before our flight and took many other such steps to go above and beyond in their service of us.

We had a great stay at Gleam Bemonté Hotel! The staff were friendly and welcoming—special thanks to Ali at the front desk, who was very helpful during our stay. We opted for early check-in for €45, which also included breakfast, so it was worth it.

Barış, our waiter at breakfast, was especially attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. A lovely touch was the cheesecake and drinks that were brought to us in our room—it really made us feel welcomed and cared for.

They stored our luggages which allowed us to explore the city prior to our flight to Bali. Mahir, the evening front desk clerk in consultation with the manager allowed us to use their amenities even after we have checked out while waiting for our shuttle. Truly appreciated that.

The only small downside is the location—it’s about a 15–20 minute walk to the nearest Metro station, but manageable if you enjoy walking.

Overall, a comfortable stay with great service!

Conveniently located in sisli area and most of the stuff are on walking distance. The AC temperature set to 18 and i am unable to change the temperature, Called the helpdesk and they tried to change the temperature but no luck. Eventually i have stop the AC and just used the fan. Breakfast is good l, doesn’t have lot of varieties but enough to start your day. They don’t have trolley to transfer your luggage but hotel staff was kind enough to help with the luggage.

We only stayed there one night but staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but nice. Not an ideal area for checking out the historical part of istabul but we had an overnight layover so we didn't need to be in the heart of Istanbul. Staff did push us hard to use one of their taxis but we were able to get a taxi to the airport for only 1000 liras.

Room was spacious enough. Relatively quiet area in busy Şişli. Close to local market. 5-8 min walk from Main Street in Şişli where you can find shops locally priced and not a tourist trap. Just look for Şişli cami in your map app and you’ll get there. Breakfast buffet just average which isn’t a bad thing.
