In a quiet street away from the main shops but all within walking distance. 10 minutes walk to metro station and around 15 minutes from main shopping mall. Nice room with a fridge and a great walk in shower. Great stay for my work and plesant staff. Would stay here again.

Hotel itself is good clean and nice vibe, but girl who works in the reception, so rude and aggressive Merve receptionist, she doesn’t help at all, when you ask for guidance she says look for written signs, we were slightly late for breakfast she was saying that’s your problem,we being good customers Tv didn’t work for couple of days, fridge didn’t work properly either doesn’t cool the drinks, so I ask we didn’t make any issue while all those staff didn’t work, once we were slightly late for breakfast you guys can’t accommodate she start to argue saying that’s your problem, so rude and disrespectful, that reception Merve shouldn’t work on customer care service from my opinion, other people was good and helpful.

No frills, economical hotel with no restaurant for the evening but the bedroom was immaculate, in terms of decor and cleanliness, and reception was manned 24/7 and always helpful. I would happily stay there again.

I have stayed in this hotel twice. Its a very decent boutique hotel. Staffs are friendly and spas, nail salons, salons, gyms, pilate classes, grocery stores and nice restaurants are walking distance to this hotel. I would highly recommend it.

Great hotel, highly recommended

Hi, I have stayed at the hotel for four days. I must say I was really happy with the hotel, its location and especially its staff. All of staff helped me greatly, they even personally delivered my food orders from outside to my room. I am thankful to all of them. The hotel is located in a good location. There are lots of caffees and restaurant you can go or order from. The location is safe at any hours. I haven’t tried the breakfast, but it seemed nice. Thanks for everything

You can hear everything from outside which means you cannot sleep well. The staff are acting weird downstairs, Their looks are really bothering. The shower is leaking water outside. Other than these I would say it is really really clean, towels smell so so clean.

The crew was great, but there are no air conditions at rooms they have only one at reception and they set it at around 28 Celsius so it was too hot inside. Also the breakfast has limited varieties and the hotel location was at narrow street and hard to find for taxis drivers.

Amazing location with lovely stuff

Very lovely stuff, clean, great location, accept check in was a have to wait almost 1 hr, because my room wasn’t ready

But I am recommending this hotel strongly and definitely will visit it again.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Fußläufig zur Hauptstraße von Sisli. Gute Anbindung von öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Das Hotel ist klein aber fein, sehr sauber und nettes sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Ich war bei meinem ersten Besuch sehr zufrieden und habe meine zweite Reise auch direkt dort gebucht. Ich kann es wärmstens empfehlen.

Kısa süreli tatiller için çok iyi bir adres

Karşı binada birileri gece vaktine kadar müzik açmıştı. Odanın hemen karşısında olduğu için çok ses geliyordu. Giriş ve çıkış işlemleri çok kolay ve hızlı gerçekleşti. Oda fotoğraflardakine benziyordu. Sadece banyoda duş alırken bir kısmı dışarıya akıyor. Ama çok da bir problem yaşamadık. Yatak rahattı. Oda temizdi. Kısa süreli tatiller için kesinlikle yeterli. Pek çok market lokanta vs yakın mesafede. Toplu taşıma kullanmadan güzel alanlara gitmeniz mümkün.

Üç kişilik odasında bir gece konakladık, odaları yeni, temizliği gayet iyi, metro durağına yürüme mesafesinde. Olumsuz olarak koridorda geç saatte odalarına dönen bir grubun bütün gürültüsü odanın içindeydi, ses yalıtımı iyi değildi. Genel olarak memnun kaldık.

Her şey çok güzeldi. Çok temiz, geniş ve konforlu bir odada kaldım. Banyosu özellikle çok geniş ve tertemizdi. Personel çok güler yüzlü ve yardım severdi. Özellikle resepsiyonda Sami bey ve mutfakta Bahar hanım çok iyiydiler. Açık büfe kahvaltı gayet yeterli, ürünleri kaliteli ve çok lezzetliydi. Osmanbey ve Mecidiyeköy metrolarına, Cevahir Avm’ye 10 dk yürüme mesafesinde olan konumu da tercih edilebilir bir nokta. Emekleri için bütün otel çalışanlarına teşekkür ederim 🙏

1 günlük konaklamak için tercih ettim.Konum güzel, merkezi ve sakin bir yerde.Otel'in mimarisi güzel.Lobi küçük ama samimi.Yalnızca Mercan isimli resepsiyondaki arkadaşın uslübü ve konuşma tarzı çok kaba.Güleryüzlü olmayabilirsiniz ama girişte otel sektöründe en önemli husus karşılamadır.Bir turizmci olarak uslübü, konuşma tarzı ve vücut dilinden hiç memnun olmadım.Girişte odanın bulunduğu kat dısında hicbir bilgi vermedi.Ne wifi sifresi, ne kahvaltı hakkında bilgi vs.Oda'da buz ve tuz ihtiyacımız oldu, getiremeyecegini, istiyorlarsa lobiye gelmemizi söyledi.En tatlı sürprizde checkout zamanı.12.00'de checkout saati ve o andan itibaren 10 dakika bile esneklik saglanmıyor.Kendilerinden late checkout'un mümkün olmadıgını ögrendik.O yüzden hızlıca odayı toparlayıp asagı inicektik 5 dk içinde 2 defa odayı arayıp cıkmamızı söyledi(12.05) Sonrasında hızlıca 12.10'da hazırlanıp cıkınca daha kapıyı acmadan Mercan Hanım tarafından odaya bellboy ve housekeeping gönderildi.Tüm odaların 12.00'de cıkması gerekirken ilk temizlenen oda bizim oldu.Ve Mercan Hanım'ın kasıtlı sekilde temizliği bizim odamızdan başlattıgını düşünüyorum.Daha 'welcoming'i bilen ve turizm ruhuna ithaf eden güleryüzlü personeller çalıştırtırlarsa potansiyelli bir otel.Puanım 10/4

Odam güzel , sakin ve temizdi. Benim kaldığım oda diğer standart odalara daha genişti buda tabi konaklama kalitesini arttıran bir faktör. Otelin asansörü dikkatimi çekti standartlara göre çok geniş sedye bile sığar bence bu önemli çünkü bazı asansörler tabut gibi oluyor insanın içi sıkılıyor. Benim oteli asıl tercih etme nedenim -1. Katta spa bölümü var çok güzel bir masaj yaptırdım.. Benim evim zaten İstanbul da ama haftada bir gün filan kafa dinlemek için burda kalabilirim.

Odaya ilk girdiğimizde masaların üstü bembeyaz tozdu ve sarı saçlar vardı. Resepsiyonu aradığımızda gelip sildiler ancak onu da acelece yaptılar. Onun haricinde çarşaflar temiz duruyordu, banyo temizdi.
