Having looked for and booked a simple, clean, and comfortable sleep experience in proximity to our family's location, we knew not to expect a resort, but come on folks, I don't think that expecting a warm room with a working TV is asking too much.

Clearly nobody checks to see if the electronics work in the rooms, because after not being able to turn on the TV, when I checked to see if the TV remote had batteries, they were completely corroded and stuck in their compartment. The TV couldn't even be turned on by its physical/local power switch either.

Asked for a room on the lower level(seniors) and the room was only a double bed yet we paid for a queen beed. Bed was terrible and the tv didn't work. We asked for a queen bed room and needed a second floor room. Bed was much better and the tv worked. No elevator and the stairs are not very good. Spiral stairs with narrow treads on inside curve. Not impressed with the place and won't stay there again.

This is a pretty average highway side hotel. In all honesty, I would say it’s closer to a motel then a hotel. But, it was clean and quiet, so we got a good nights rest. Nothing fancy, but good value for the money. The only « problem » was arriving in our room at about 6pm during a heatwave to find that the air conditioning had been off all day and the room was a furnace. Once we turned it on full blast, the room was livable in about 20 minutes.

Window was open , coming breeze.Toilet flash of commode water was used manually every time finished used. Standard bed was short of length while sleeping. My leg was out quite outside We were cheated by hotel. Com in every respect. They should not sale this type of hotel to their customer.
