Absolutely no! The room service is an app where they deliver the food you have to pay a fee. It’s old very small rooms. My shower had mold and the door knob was coming off.

The location of the hotel is actually very nice It's close to the metro and many central areas. The staff were also very helpful and kind. However, on the second day of my stay, when I returned to the room around noon, I saw one or two bugs on the bed. Since I had just opened the window a few minutes earlier, I assumed they had come from outside and didn’t think much of it. But later that evening, I noticed that there were tiny tiny bugs on the floor around the bed. I immediately called reception and said I wanted to change rooms. The person on the phone was very polite and helpful, and they moved me to a different room. Still, from that point on, I continued my stay feeling very uncomfortable. Since I had already paid for the room and I knew there is no refund policy and I was also on a business trip — I had to complete my stay. Also

Мы остались не очень довольны нахождением в отеле Cumbali. Это максимум 2 звезды, но никак не 4. Было очень грязно, много пыли было в углах и под мебелью. Под кроватями также никто не моет. В номере имеется плита, но никаких приборов, посуды нет, как готовить - не понятно, либо запрашивать каждый предмет, что тоже не логично. Завтраки неплохие, нам понравились, подаются с 8 до 10. Но если вы придете к 8, ни факт, что все будет готово. Из плюсов - хорошее постельное белье, удобные кровати, матрас, просторная комната. Хорошее местоположение, метро в 5 минутах. Рядом много кафешек и магазинов. В общем, в целом было неплохо, но грязно, за что, естественно, и снижено ревью.

Scam!! THERE IS NO WAY THIS IS A 4- star hotel!!!!!. The only good thing is the room is big. It is an old building, dust under beds, electric socket came off when tried to take my charger out!! Curtains were loose on one end! Stuff were limited in English!

I didn’t like the cleanness at the enter but after I informed them they cleaned the room . I didn’t like the breakfast there was only a few items or choose and mostly when something was finished there was no replacement,when I asked for a hot egg they brought that but they were not statisfy. Staff was posing and you can not find some one in the hotel to help you in your language specially with the entrance door They have .we hired a family suit but there was no facility for anything and every small thing should be asked from reception for an Iron it took a day to bring as they have shortage of Iron as they declared . The bathroom shower water pressure was near to null and to be under shower you should be just beside the wall . In total that property has a very poor management and staff are not professionals in their field . I will never get back to that hotel again .

Convenient and reasonably priced
We enjoyed our stay, the room was spacious, convenient and great location. The only misfortune was that there was a disturbing noise coming from the next building which was a bit annoying but I think if we had a higher floor we wouldn’t feel it. With the price we paid we will totally consider staying here again. Thanks for the staff for being friendly

This hotel is not a ¨luxury¨hotel as they advertise, but it is more than enough and a good deal for the price. The 4 person room we had was very large. Plenty of heat for the winter and AC for summer. The breakfast was plentiful and very good. The hotel is close to a metro stop in near plenty of small markets and grocery stores within walking distance. The room has a small kitchen but no pots, plates, etc so you would need to bring your own if you plan to cook. The maids clean the room but do not clean dishes or the kitchen. Would definitely recommend.

Was very close to my work meeting venue, close to parks and shopping. Room was not as nicely furnished as in the website photo but was clean and had basic amenities. I only stayed here for one night. Based on the reviews I read I was not surprised by what I got. The rooms are very small and the view non-existent. If you are looking for a bed and a decent shower for a few nights this will fit your bill. The hotel staff are kind and helpful. It is quite a trip to get the other side of the straight, involving a ride on three separate modes of transportation. The walls are quite thin making noise from the hall and other rooms an issue.

The location is ok - its quite a walk to Taksim square, but it is close to metro stations. The room I got for the good price is extremely small (depressing) but very clean. Staff was very good, one guy actually spoke very good english. Also, I wasn't aware, but I thought I had already paid through expedia - they charged me when I checked out, saying that expedia does not take the money - I didn't like this part of it.

quite good hotel. The only issue that i have is that the WiFi is not working. I can connect to the WiFI, but then cannot get IP address and cannot connect to the Internet. I tried my MCBOOK AIR AND IPHONE AND ADROID PHONE. All three devices showed the same issue for the entire stay of 5 nights (day and night). I have to bring my Wireless Access Point to the Lobby and use that to get online each day when I need to get online

Personalen är jätte trevliga och hjälpsamma. Housekeeping var inte bästa. Byggnaden är gamma och svårt att hålla rent. Jag och min vännina kom till Istanbul för lite ärenden och koppla av, hotell passade oss perfekt. Hotellet ligger 2 minuter från allt. Mattaffärer, restaurang, corner doner shops McDonalds. Klädaffär allt allt var där. Det var perfekt för oss.

*Çok ciddi Temizlik eksikliği var. Balkon daki masa sandalyeyi ben sildim ve üzerinde 1 yıllık kir vardı. Havlular eksik bırakılıyor ve çok temiz görünmüyordu.
*Tek kişilik yatağın baş kısmından demir çubuk çıkmış şekilde duruyordu. Kızım farketmese yüzüne gözüne girebilirdi.
*Banyo da duş kapısı tekeri kırıktı örtülmüyordu. genel olarak tuvalet, lavabo, duş çok eskimişdi.

*Çok ciddi Temizlik eksikliği var. Balkon daki masa sandalyeyi ben sildim ve üzerinde 1 yıllık kir vardı. Havlular eksik bırakılıyor ve çok temiz görünmüyordu.
*Tek kişilik yatağın baş kısmından demir çubuk çıkmış şekilde duruyordu. Kızım farketmese yüzüne gözüne girebilirdi.
*Banyo da duş kapısı tekeri kırıktı örtülmüyordu. genel olarak tuvalet, lavabo, duş çok eskimişdi.
*Yataklardaki çarşaflar yatağı tam kapatmıyor, yatağın yan tarafdaki kirli kısmına yatıp kalkarken vücudunuz temas ediyordu.
*Kahvaltı salonu -1. katta ve klima vs yok.
